Never Let Go

Rayden had been back to New Delhi for a week and during that time the man had never been absent calling and making video calls to his wife. Kara has contacted Abe and apologized for all her actions for leaving Rayden.

"Papa's trying to understand your condition, Kara. Indeed, last year's incident made you traumatized let alone have to lose Boy. At first I was angry with you but after consulting with psychologists and psychiatrists in Tokyo and talking to Kenichi, I was able to understand" Abe said as Kara made a zoom call.

Two Weeks of Rayden being in New Delhi he eventually returns to Salatiga without his two assistants as Jake and Rafli must take care of all the transfer of power from Abe's right hand to Rayden's return.

Kara, who knew at the end of the month they would return to Jakarta, was already preparing to clean up all the items she wanted to bring to Jakarta, including the stock of clothes that were still there.

"It's a lot of Kara" said the teenage girl.

Rayden and Kara are now in bed for the last night in Salatiga. Most of his belongings had already been shipped through the expedition because Rayden did not want them to bother carrying around at the airport. Moreover, the private plane belonging to the Takahashi family is still used by papa Abe so they go home using a commercial plane.

"Your ex or my ex?" sahut Rayden's. Honestly she's lazy to discuss but Kara should know.

"Well, after you left and I went to India, me and papa didn't take care of your ex anymore. The last information, he sold all his shares to an investor and decided to go to Bali" said Rayden.

"It's a pity that the efforts of the late Grandpa and papa are very advanced" Kara murmured.

"If your ex?" Kara looked at Rayden who could only fall silent.

"He's dead, Kara" whispered Rayden.

"How can you?" Kara really did not keep up with the news because she was focused on herself.

"After being beaten by Rayna's mother, apparently made her mentally disturbed and she included suicidal tendencies. When they want to be submitted to the first hearing, the prison warden is not aware of it. The ex died by suicide in the cell by hanging himself."

Kara gasps. "What about his partner?"

"Jailed for life for attempted murder and kidnapping."

Kara breathed a sigh of relief. At least the people who were evil to them were already nowhere near him and Rayden.

"Tomorrow we will return to Jakarta. Are you ready?" ask Rayden.

"God willing to be ready."

Kara gawked at the house before her which was very different from Rayden's house yesterday. It is not as big as the old house but Kara likes the design.

Sumi's mother who welcomed her mistress cried tears of joy at the end of Kara's return home.

"Alhamdulillah the lady is well again. Welcome to the new home, madam. Madam's room is right here." Sumi takes Kara to the second floor to her master room with Rayden.

The sophisticated door that could only fingerprint Rayden and Bu Sumi was open and looked spacious bedroom complete with walk in closet and bathroom inside. Kara smiled because the color was not solid black, white, gray and brown.

Their main room is light-looking broken white with a bit of shades of gray, peach and light brown.

"Do you like the room?" whispered Rayden while hugging Kara from behind.

"Like that! The color I like" Kara said.

"Mr and Madam, dinner is ready yes" said Bu Sumi leaving the two couples who had separated and closed the door to the room slowly.

"You know, when you left, all I saw was that your jewelry was still complete and there were no wedding rings and fiancees. My assumptions, you must be wearing them."

Kara shows both rings on her ring finger.

"As long as I still want to be with you, I will never let go."

"Never let go of it at any time." Rayden kissed Kara's cheek.

"No, honey."
