Four Months of Sewindu Flavors

Kara belching. Kara Santanku?

"Kara's... Don't you remember anything?" rayden asked in a sad tone.

Kara shakes. "Are you Rayden?"

Rayden nodded and took Kara's ring finger. "Kara Gantari, the third time I pin this ring to you and I won't get tired of pinning it always on you." Kara's wedding ring was removed before the MRI and handed over to Rayden.

Kara looked at Rayden with a trembling heart. Although I don't remember it but I feel like this guy really loves me.

"You can't go for a walk, baby. Your feet should be digips. Look, Segedhe Gaban got cast. Your shoulders too but fortunately there's no need to have surgery."

"Rayden.." Kara's voice stopped her husband's babbling.

"What's wrong? Is anyone sick?" ask Rayden to panic.

"If my memories don't come back, what?" whispered Kara.

"I'll always be by your side and I'll help you remember whatever it is. Both small things to big things" said Rayden sure. "If you don't believe me, this is what I love to see when we kijab kabul."

Rayden showed photos in his cell phone gallery showing Kara and Rayden performing a qobul ijab. Even photos of the two who were on vacation in Bandung. Kara's eyes widened when she saw a picture of herself sleeping with only a blanket covered.

"This...?" Kara looked at Rayden with a questioning look.

"That's... The day before you were kidnapped, baby. You look beautiful after bc***ta so I wanted to photograph you." Rayden stroked Kara's cheek that was not smooth anymore due to injuries falling from the ravine yesterday.

The sound of the door opening made the two look over. Kara sees three people there, a tall middle-aged man, a beautiful woman who has gray eyes similar to Rayden and an Asian man but looks still a bule mix.

"Are you okay, baby?" ask the middle-aged man. Kara looked at Rayden with a questioning look.

"This is my papa, your father-in-law, Abe Takahashi. If that girl judges my sister, her name is Rayna and that's Kenichi McDermott's husband."

Kara smiled as she nodded to the three people who were looking at her attentively.

"Thank you but I'm okay" Kara said slowly.

"Can it be okay Kara? Wong you got battered!" rayna's annoyed nagging that is only given a smile by Kara.

"I think it's important that I'm alive" Kara answered successfully, leaving everyone speechless.

Rayna hugged Kara. "Yes, Ra. That's what matters."

Rayden discusses with Abe and Rayna while Kenichi is still with the doctor who examined Kara after the woman came to her senses.

"So what kind of vampire is Kremi?" ask Rayden.

"Papa wants to be destroyed only the law in Indonesia, obey it. At least you guys beat him up. The important thing now is to restore the memory of papa's son-in-law who is smart to cook tripe fried rice!"

Rayna and Rayden just rolled lazy eyes. If it has to do with the stomach, papa mah must be Numero Uno.

"Dik, Rayna and Ken can't stay in Jakarta for long because we have to go back to Singapore and Tokyo. Yesterday I had to fly to Jakarta while Ken had to have a pending operation."

"No papa, ma'am. Thank you very much for coming." Rayden looked at Abe. "Why go back to Tokyo or what?"

"Papa's coming home next Monday, take care of the two fleas to prison."

Kenichi and the doctor who takes care of Kara approach Rayden, Rayna and Abe.

"You have to be treated here for a week, Ray, because of all the observations. No papa, right?" ask Kenichi.

"Whatever it is for my wife and child. Want to be treated a month is not healthy everything." Rayden looked firmly at his sister-in-law and the doctor who treated Kara.

"All right then. I'm going straight back to Tokyo tomorrow because I have an operation there."Kenichi looked at Rayna. "You're back in Singapore today?"

"Dear, tomorrow, go straight to Tokyo when it's all done" Rayna said, hugging me in her husband's arms.

"Papa's still here, Ken. Titip company yes" asked Abe.

"Lha papa how is it? The company's tenure was left to Ken?" kenichi asked confusedly.

"Who goes back to Tokyo first, papa titipin first anyway." Abe left his three children behind and went into Kara's nursery.

"You don't know what papa's style is" Rayna said.

Abe sat next to Kara, who was half-seated on top of her safe. The beautiful woman who was pregnant with her granddaughter looked at her father-in-law.

"Why why?" ask Kara.

"Papa is grateful you were found alive, Kara. No wonder how devastated and sad papa and Rayden if you lose you. Who would want to cook fried rice tripe for papa?"

Kara gawking. "Rubby fried rice?"

"You're good at cooking tripe fried rice before you get married to Rayden. Papa's hooked."

Kara mangosteen. "Pa, I can ask."

"What do you want to ask?" ask Abe gently.

"Rayden, what is my husband like?" ask Kara.

"Alright, diligently saving, gokil, dimeh and his hobby dangdut" abe quipped.

Kara gawking. "Pa, but Rayden bule you know."

"Your husband is indeed a local bule, Kara."

Rayden had taken a shower and changed clothes after Rafli brought a duffle bag containing a change of clothes. The latest news from Jake, his head got eight stitches and suffered a mild concussion. Rafli now takes care of Jake because his family is in Surabaya and only comes tomorrow.

Kara herself has been bathed by the sisters and looks more fresh. Bik Ijah brought a change of clothes for his nonanya that was entrusted to Rafli who had stopped by Rayden's house.

"My dear, how did it feel today? Still dizzy? Crumpled dimly? Or how? Where's that sick?" cerocos Rayden looking at his wife.

"I'm fine, Ray" replied Kara who made Rayden pout. "Why?"

"You don't call me 'mas' anymore!" Rayden put on a sulking face.

"Huh?"

"As you know, Kara Santanku, after marriage you always call me 'Mas Ray' or 'Mas Rayden'. The call 'Rayden' was not married" Rayden said.

"Oh? So I used to call you, Mas Rayden?" ask Kara.

"Aaahhh finally heard that I was called that. You know, two days you're gone, I'm like a madman until Ken dads I give you a sedative so I don't make a fuss" Rayden said, holding Kara's hand.

"How long have we been married?" ask Kara again.

"It's only been four months but it feels like it's been missed" Rayden said.

"New four months?" Rayden nodded.

Kara looked at Rayden. "Mas, do you really like dangdut?"

"You know from whom?" ask Rayden back.

"Papa."

"Well, you'll remember slowly how about I listen to dangdut" Kerling Rayden.

I don't know why Kara felt something was wrong.
