After the Farewell

Kara ran a little when the phone from Rayden rang incessantly. Because she had to check several staffing schedules for a company gathering, Kara forgot the promise of lunch with her husband.

The black Innova car had arrived in the lobby for almost ten minutes but knowing who was inside, the hotel front dared not ask the car to move.

Kara thanked the front for allowing her husband's car to stay there and get into the car.

"Boss, where are we having lunch?" ask Rafli.

"Seasonal Westin only" replied Rayden.

Rayden grabbed Kara's hand and held her tightly while kissing her.

"Where is the work today? Much?" kara asked, looking at her husband's face.

"Much males. Marahin tuh Jake dear, make mas letoy" he lamented.

Jake and Rafli just whimper. *Durjana nih boss restreeh!

"Letoy's? Seriously*?" kekeh Kara's. "Pity." Rayden then put his head on his wife's shoulder.

"My assistant is all evil, baby. Your husband who is full of diligent saving is encouraged to continue to work and take care of everything while they just paced back and forth waiting for you to finish checking everything" a dramatic Rayden fight.

"Pitenah ih the boss!" jake protest.

"How did you catch Jake? Don't you use airpods with ears?" chirp Rayden.

"Boss, if in the pitenah like that auto auto sounds, clear anyway!" jake is sad.

"Lha you anyway! Love the work is endless!"

"I'm staying to report to Miss Rayna that her sister Durjana is with me" Jake said.

Jake had to turn his head around to see the boss who had casually laid his head on his former widow.

The black Innova car arrived at the Westin Jakarta hotel and Rayden immediately took Kara to the intended restaurant.

Kara who had just come here looked fascinated with the interior and views of the city of Jakarta from the restaurant window. Rayden who saw his wife was very enthusiastic to see the scene with his indifference hugging the slim body from behind.

"Likes?" whispered Rayden.

"Like it but it's definitely expensive?" whispered.

"former?" ask Kara.

"Never. I first came here because of an invitation from a relationship and that's why I came with Jake. How many times did the ex ask to come here but I always said he was busy. Uh, now I'm even bringing my wife here. It's better to taste."

Kara turned her face towards Rayden who was still staring at the view of Jakarta and kissed him on the cheek. "Thank you dear."

Rayden smiled fondly at his wife. "Together Kara Santanku."

After lunch, as usual Rayden drove his wife back to work even though his heart did not want to see Kara looking for money but Rayden did not want to curb his wife because he knew what her job was.

Kara kisses the back of her husband's hand which Rayden replies with a kiss on the forehead because Kara doesn't want her lipstick broken. Afterwards Kara says goodbye to Rayden, Jake and Rafli.

Rayden stared at the back of his wife who walked with graceful steps feeling very lucky to get his beloved flower widow.

"Go home, Raf" said Rayden.

"Good boss."

Rayden scrunched his forehead while reading a message from Kara that he was overtime and had just finished at seven p.m. The man called his wife.

"You overtime?" rayden asked after answering Kara's greeting.

"Yes, mas. Me, Ms. Sophia and Ms. Tara are still here."

"Yes, I'll pick you up at seven in the night. Let Jake follow you overtime too!"

"Jake is given overtime money."

"Go on, the rice crust is finished!"

"Astaghfirullah, my! Rice crust time?"

"It's the same with martabak!"

"Actually what would you like to bring Jake as a mode switch?"

"What's important?" sahut Rayden's.

"Whatever Rayden babang daaahhh!"

Kara can dart with her husband and make herself not finish work.

"Ah I went on first. Waiting for her arrival at seven o'clock."

"Oui, my Cheri" replied Rayden.

"Huh? Want to eat Cherry?"

Rayden patted his eel.

At seven o'clock Rayden has arrived at the lobby where Kara works with Jake who must accompany his ajib boss.

"Boss, miss Kara's tumbens overtime" said Jake.

"Say there want to be a big corporate gathering so everything must be neatly organized" said Rayden while reading the stock movement from his cellphone.

Three other women of different ages walked into the lobby and Jake nudged his boss.

"It's been a while?" the voice that makes Rayden smile.

"It should be." Rayden stood up and hugged his wife. "Mad Sophia."

"Mr Louis. This is Tara one of my assistants." Tara reached out her hand but Rayden just nodded his head and Tara was a little clumsy misbehaving.

"We go first." Rayden sighed to his wife and Jake nodded to the two women before him.

After they left, Tara vented her frustration. "Holy husband Kara!"

"It's not arrogant, but Mr. Louis is so never touched another woman if with his partner." Sophia patted Tara on the shoulder. "Never think you'll do anything to Kara."

Tara was silent.
