39. An Accidental Meeting

"Mama Lea."

Hearing her name on the call Alea instantly turned around to see who was calling her.

"Zio." call Alea quite surprised to see the presence of Zio in a place like this, a place that Zio would not be able to visit.

"Who are you, baby." asked Alea while looking for a person she might know who came with Zio, but she did not find any adult existence with Zio.

This morning Alea was having breakfast with Bagas at the cafe not far from the hotel where they were staying. Alea who invited Bagas for breakfast outside the hotel, besides being bored with hotel food, he also wanted to get some fresh air, because from before the wedding to the party he was confined to the hotel.

"Which orphanage?" ask Bagas.

"Mother's Jewel, not far from my father's house. Sometimes you come with Lea when you visit there, yes, Bee." answer and invite Alea.

Bagas smiled as he nodded in agreement with his wife's invitation. But the smile faded when it recognized someone who was approaching them. Even though Alea was already his current wife, there was still some unease that Bagas felt when Alea had to meet Radit before him.

"Dad." call Zio to the approaching Radit.

"Dad. Mr Radit?" said Alea slammed into his heart when he found out who the person who adopted Zio was.

"I'm sorry that Zio took your time" Radit said.

"You adopted Zio, Mas? Since when?" aela asked Radit.

Radit simply smiled answering Alea's question. "Let's go, Daddy's done." take Radit to Zio to leave the place.

"Zio still wants to be with mama." Zio refused Radit's invitation.

"Zio, I have to work" Radit said.

"Alright Dad" Zio replied after hearing Radit's explanation.

"Mama Lea, Zio go home first." said Zio to Alea.

"Dear, see you soon." Alea replied as she kissed Zio's forehead.

"Papa, Zio's coming home" said Zio who also paid a farewell to Bagas.

"Yes, sometime we meet again." replied Bagas stroking Zio's head.

"I'm sorry" Radit said to Alea and Bagas and then passed from before Alea and Bagas after both nodded.

Alea and Bagas continued their breakfast, but Alea could see that Bagas was currently not focused on the food before him. Her husband seemed to be thinking about something.

"What's Bee?" ask Alea at last.

Bagas looked at Alea while raising his eyebrows, he did not understand Alea's question.

"What are you thinking?" ask Alea.

"Does it look like that?" ask Bagas. Alea nodded.

Bagas did not answer Alea's question, but asked back. "Why did your boss Radit adopt Zio?" ask Bagas.

"Lea doesn't know for sure, probably because she can't have any offspring and..." Alea did not continue his words, he did not want Bagas to know if Radit's property was no longer working. Let it be Radit's secret and he's it.

"And what?" tanya Bagas curious.

"And lonely." Alea answered trying to find an answer that Bagas could understand.

Bagas silently thought of Alea's answer, Radit could not have any offspring. "Is that true?" Bagas wondered in his heart.

"Zio's Face?" ask Alea.

"Like no stranger." replied Bagas.

Alea was silent, in Alea's eyes, Zio's face was Radit-like. Alea chose Zio for her adoption while still with Radit.

"People that Lea knows or that you know Bee?" ask Alea again.

"People I know. Forget it, we should get back to the hotel immediately." replied Bagas.

"Why should you hurry?" aela asked as she still wanted to enjoy the scenery in this place.

"We have to get to the airport, baby." replied Bagas.

"Airport?" aela asked not to understand.

Bagas smiled again, he forgot yet to tell Alea, if oma Sundari had already prepared the tickets for their honeymoon.

"Oma gave us the gift of a honeymoon ticket" Bagas replied, then asked Alea to stand by rolling her hand to be welcomed by his wife.

Alea did not realize that Radit and Zio were still there watching her and Bagas' affection.

Radit who was still watching the backs of Bagas and Alea who disappeared behind the door was shocked.

"How are you?" greet the woman who called Radit.

"Paula" said Radit in disbelief. It had been a long time since they had met after such a big fight and ended their relationship eight years ago.

"I'm Zio aunty, Radit's father's son" Zio answered Paula's question to Radit.

"Where's his mother?" ask Paula.

She returned to Indonesia because she was married, and married Bagas who only lasted for one month. Divorced from Bagas, she returned abroad to continue her career as a model.

"Dad, Zio will pee" said Zio cutting off Paula's speech.
