18. Securing Alea

Bagas' phone vibrated on top of the piles of paper he had just tidied up. Reina's name is on her smartphone screen. Bagas made sure Reina's call would reveal something about Alea. It was usually like that, since Alea's brother had never contacted her over the phone in case of a work problem. Not wanting Reina to wait for long, Bagas immediately shifted the green button to answer.

"Sir Bagas, Alea was taken away." Reina's voice sounded very frightened in Bagas' ear.

"How can you?" tanya Bagas did not believe.

"Who... who took Alea away?" Bagas panicked to hear the news.

Alea lately has been able to refocus work and cheerful as before, then why would anyone bother Alea's cheerfulness.

"Radit, Sir. Radit took Alea away by force." Reina reported answering Bagas' question.

Reina who was just about to start her car engine saw Alea being pulled by Radit violently. Then the man pushed and forced Alea into the car that Reina knew belonged to Radit. Seeing that, Reina who had just ended the phone call with Deri immediately dialed Bagas number. The person Reina had thought of helping Alea at the moment.

Alea's brother told Bagas what happened to Alea as he saw with his own eyes. While following where Radit took Alea away, Reina continued to hint at Bagas where her position and Alea's position were.

Bagas immediately grabbed the car keys to catch up with Reina, he couldn't possibly just keep quiet. Reina describes the situation of Alea being forced by Radit, which signifies not Alea's desire to be with Radit. What's more when Bagas recalled the talk of Radit and Alea this morning, the man explained if he wouldn't just let Alea go.

"What does that man really want?" muttered Bagas a little annoyed who was also heard by Reina across there. They are still connected by phone call, so Reina can give a clue as to where Radit is taking Alea away.

"Radit brought Alea home to them, sir" Reina reported as soon as she regained consciousness, currently entering the area where Radit and Alea lived.

By the time Reina reached Alea's house, she had not seen Alea and Radit. He was sure that the two were inside and Reina did not dare to enter alone, she would wait for Bagas who would soon arrive.

Not long after Reina stood on the terrace of Alea's house, she heard Alea's cries from inside the house. Reina finally ventured in to see the state of her brother. Just then, Bagas also arrived at Alea's residence and he immediately followed Reina who had gone inside first.

"Alea" said Reina as soon as she saw Alea's condition was not okay. He regretted not going in immediately to save Alea. Reina did not expect Radit to do this to Alea, who was still his wife. Radit was really outrageous, Reina came crying as Alea spilled all the tightness on her chest.

Not much different from Reina, Bagas who saw Alea in a mess regretted that he could not help Alea immediately.

"Drink first" said Bagas, giving Alea a glass of water.

Reina who received the Bagas glass, she also helped to drink the water to Alea. Alea's hands were still trembling with fear, her face was as pale as cotton, and the clothes she was wearing were torn from her arms and chest.

Looking at the remaining tears on Alea's face, Bagas rubbed the remains of those tears with his finger. Bagas' treatment tightened Alea's heart which instantly warmed.

"Don't criticize anymore" said Bagas, who was taken by Alea.

"I can't stand to see you like this, Alea." continued Bagas his words that he said inwardly.

"You're crazy Radit." snapped Reina at Radit who could only be subdued dimly.

Alea's kick was hard enough to make him currently feel powerless limp. Radit had not expected, what he had done made Alea this hateful to him, not even wanting to be touched by him anymore. Where did Alea who used to willingly give up her soul and body. Regret Radit?

It had been a week, but Alea was still haunted by fear. The shadow when Radit forced himself to serve the man, he could not erase and forget. Almost every night Alea had a nightmare, she screamed loudly to wake Tuti's mother who was still assigned Bagas to accompany Alea at her parents' house.

What happened to Alea was reported by Tuti to Bagas. Not only about the nightmare experienced by Alea, Radit who has not stopped bothering Alea, did not escape from Tuti's report to his employer. They're gathering at Alea's parents' house. Bagas asks Reina and Deri to come, after getting a report from Tuti's mom. They had just finished dinner at Alea's parents' residence, which was usually only Bagas and Alea sitting at the table every night.

"I have an empty apartment if you want to live there, Tuti ma'am will still accompany you." Bagas bargained.

Alea ventured to look at Bagas who was smiling at him, then turned to Reina and Deri asking for the opinions of his two brothers.

"What if you stay with us. At home there are children, you will be entertained when playing with them." bargain Deri approved by Reina.

Deri and Reina had already talked about this on the way to Alea's old man's residence, as soon as Bagas told her what happened to Alea every night.

"Bang Deri was right Alea, the twin Rio and Ria must be happy to have his aunt Aleanya stay with them." persuaded Reina again by naming her two twins so that Alea agreed with Deri's offer.

"How's it?" ask Deri.

"Lea lives in Bang Deri's house and Ms. Reina's house" Alea replied.

"I'm sorry sir." continued Alea apologizing to Bagas, for rejecting the man's offer.

"It's okay, it's better." replied Bagas. He had to be legowo with the decision Alea had chosen.

That very night, Alea was secured at the residence of Deri and Reina. With Alea living with Reina, Bagas no longer had to worry about Alea leaving and going home from his own office as usual. From tomorrow Alea will always be with Reina, it means Radit's chance to tease Alea less and less.
