ADURAS

ADURAS
Chapter 3. Dellena

It was a very cold night. It has become commonplace in the Sand Country. Nor does it discourage venereal criminals to seek pleasure at night. Such a thing is quite organized in this city. City of Dellena.

Many robbers sell their slaves to the innkeeper, there they are employed as butterflies night—so name for the men and women who peddle themselves to the people of money for one night.

Most of the slaves brought by the thieves were people stranded in the middle of the desert. Once caught, if the slaves were beautiful or handsome, they would be sold to the innkeepers immediately. While those who have ordinary and even ugly faces will be sold at low prices to people who need them—most of them are unfortunate, some die from being forcibly employed by their employers.

For men like them the laws of the kingdom are meaningless. Because the King himself legalized the activity. So many cities in some areas became uninhabited due to the work of the King of Firan. The worst king in the history of the Kingdom of Altair.

There have been many empires that have opposed the inhumane deeds of the King Altair. However, even those who voiced out ended miserably. Even his only hope has been shackled by the power of the King Altair. The Legendary Sword of Er'dura. That was why no one was able to overthrow the power and might of the Kingdom of Altair in his reign.

...

In a tree near the inn. A black-masked man, sitting leisurely there. Right on the tree trunk. He looked at the window next to the one that was open.

Before long, enter a man dragging a beautiful woman in a transparent fashion. From the outside he can clearly see the shape of the female body.

His fingers pressed against the sharp nostrils. Scared something came out of there, unknowingly when he saw the appearance of the opposite sex.

Around the inn were many guards on guard. Even right under the tree—which he made a hiding place—there were some bodyguards there.

The man in the room had started to undress, until he forgot to close the curtains so eager to taste the woman he brought in.

Before it was too late, the man on top of the tree immediately removed the sword from within the sheath. Suddenly a purple light appeared from there. The plant motif on the sword seemed to be alive and clutching the man's wrist.

The man jumped quite high. It rests on the side of the open window.

"Mr Almeer. It's an honor to meet you" he exclaimed. The man crouched down with the two netra forming an arrow bow.

But instead of replying, the man named Almeer who almost hooked the woman below was surprised. On the entire face began to appear sweat until the drops reached the bed

Mr. Almeer grabbed the pants then put on in a hurry, his body seemed to tremble in fear. "You ... how can it be?"

The masked man jumped inside. The two of his neutrals were still smiling, very friendly. But unfortunately he carried a flaming sword.

"Oh, looks like I've been interfering with your pleasure. Please continue."

Mr. Almeer shook his head strongly. Both of his legs stepped back intending to grab the doorknob. Unfortunately, the door was locked because of her own actions.

"Don't come any closer! You must be the killer!"

The expression of the masked man changed. One of his eyebrows appears to be sticking out. After that, there was no movement.

Mr. Almeer thinks this is his chance to escape. He planned to injure the man in front with an ornamental urn next to the door. Unfortunately the masked man knew clearly Mr. Almeer's plan, from his line of sight staring at the urn.

"Araghh! My hand!" erang Mr. Almeer. His right arm was cut off easily from his body. Fresh blood poured out. Both of his legs were limp so he was unable to stand.

"What do you want, sir? Why not continue the fun?" cerca the man. His glittering net was filled with a killing aura.

"Bad! How dare you do this to me! The Chief Minister of the Kingdom!"

A head fell to the floor, the sound of its fall managed to cause a commotion outside. The headless body immediately fell down. The fishy smell instantly pierced his kiss

"Hahh .. troublesome." The masked man immediately carrying his slash head without hesitation. He glanced at the woman on the bed not wearing clothes, but her body was covered by a thick blanket. I don't know why his figure when seen up close, feels familiar.

"Sorry, Miss. I'm not trying to scare you. Get out of this place if you get a chance."

The masked man did not understand. Why he can freely speak all that time to people he just met. He shook his head, turned back.

"Wait!"

Steps ceased. The man could hear the woman walking closer with a blanket wrapped around her body.

"You-you ... Hazard?"

Fixated. The air around makes the atmosphere feel tense. The steps of shoes together sound increasingly clear.

The room door was broken. A few guards entered the room. While the masked man has disappeared somewhere.

"Master Almeer!" pekik a Chief of the Guards. He stared at the woman on the floor.

"Who killed, Mr Almeer?!"

Biting her lips, the woman clenched her fingers on her chest. "Sa-I don't know. Suddenly a man came in through the window and killed Mr. Almeer. I can't hold it."

"Damn! Again the killer! We need to act immediately!" The guards and the chairman came out of the room leaving the innkeeper there.

The owner looked at the woman. A breath sounded from his lips. "Dearly enough. Today you can not eat well because the first customer .. apparently do not have a long enough life, Mrs Senna."

A woman named Senna clenched her fingers. Resisting the burst of emotions within, as his position could not be said to be able to resist.

The Master Owner looked at Madame Senna with a contemptuous look. He said, "Your husband was also killed by the desert killer. Why don't you take revenge on him?"

"My life .. is worth more."

Silent. The reply from Madam Senna was enough to shock her. Because it was completely unthinkable for the Lodge Lord. An ex-wife of the royal high-ranking was so formidable in answering such a question.

"Servant! Quickly clean this room and take Mr. Almeer's body out. Give it to the Chief of Guard," the innkeeper scoffed at his servant. He continued, "Oh and .. help Mrs Senna to take a bath. In a few weeks I'll ask for it."

Senna looked at the Lodging Master. It's strange he thought.

The inn master smiled meaningfully. "I'm quite interested in your attitude, Madam. You don't mind, do you?"

Senna threw her face away, not caring about her current position. In his mind there was only one name, a man he had been looking for a long time.

🍂🍂🍂

Yena and Sameer sat on the floor barefoot. Slightly reluctant to face the old woman, it seems like it has lived long enough in the world.

"Say ... what kind of information do you want, right?" ask the shop owner.

Yena was tense. This condition, so foreign to him. "Um .. Look, Grandma. I ... want to ask you about the sword I have."

"May I hold it?" Suddenly the old woman reached out to Sameer.

"Wrong, Grandma. Miss Yena is here" Sameer said, sliding the shopkeeper's arm towards Yena.

The shopkeeper glanced at Sameer, immediately smiling kindly, "Sam, it's you?"

"Yes, Grandma." Sameer scratched the back of his head that was not itchy. Yena looked at Sameer asking for clarity.

"I'll explain later. Remember our purpose, miss," whispered Sameer trying not to discuss her first. Sameer wants ... Miss Yena remains focused on her purpose here.

The shop owner smiled. "Miss, must be curious about the history of the formation of your sword, right?"

"Rubber, Grandma. I am the first user after centuries, information about this sword I have remembered out of my head. Yet I feel, this sword still has many secrets."

The grandmother smiled again, her arms still outstretched asking for a sword stored on it. Although Yena still felt doubtful, she still gave the two blades away.

The first time the sword changed hands, the owner's grandmother looked surprised. The ten fingers of his hand fumbled in earnest, then smiled with satisfaction afterwards. Yena and Sameer did not understand the granny's smile at all. How strange.

"This sword is called Er'dura, isn't it?"

Marvellously. That was what Yena and Sameer thought after seeing with their own eyes. A Grandma knew the name of a sword just by grabbing it? Just incredible!

"How did Grandma know, just by touching?" ask Yena curiously.

The grandmother smiled, answering Yena's question kindly. "I can feel the energy within this sword motif. Exactly the same energy Adura Stone had long lost."

Adura Stone's? What kind of thing? Yena felt like she had never heard of this. "There's such a thing, Grandma? Why did I just hear it?"

"If Miss doesn't believe it's okay, I won't force Miss to believe." Grandma handed back Er'dura's sword to the owner.

Yena was puzzled, looking at her pair of swords. One side he was very curious about something called Adura, but on the other side. The main problem lies in Er'dura's sword storage, there is no clue about Adura there. Wh why? What information about Adura is being deliberately hidden?

"Then, is there any evidence that could corroborate Grandma's speech?" ask Yena.

Grandma replied with a grown smile. "There certainly is."

"May I see it, Grandma?"

The shopkeeper's grandmother took out a book behind his back, giving it directly to Yena. "This, take. The evidence Miss is looking for."

The book looks strange, the cover is pictured with the roots of the tree and the edge is covered by a picture of small flowers.

"Great," muttered Yena, her net twinkling with amazement.

"Thank you, Grandma."

"One thing you can't do, don't open it when you're not alone ...."

Both of his hands stopped. Yena almost opened her book here.

"What's the matter, Grandma?" sahut Yena asked back.

"The book is not friendly, something bad will happen if the contents are read by people who are not the owner."

Yena nodded in understanding, immediately putting her two swords back up.

"I'll remember, Grandma. Thank you." Thank you." Yena stood up, bowing respectfully, Sameer followed.

"We're saying goodbye, Grandma. Excuse me," Sameer's last greeting, running around little Yena.

The shop owner returned alone. But suddenly from behind the wooden wall a strange figure arises from there. His posture looked like an ordinary human. When in fact, if seen more closely, his body is filled with tree veins. His own face was absent, just a large blue stone protected by a ring-shaped tree root.

This thing is sounding from its blue stone. "Finally after centuries. Adura Stone can be reunited."

"You're right Mr. Yeubnet." Grandma is smiling.
