ADURAS
Section 21. Secret

"I mean how? Come, Mom. Tell me a story, huh?"

Layha stared at Yena's grey bead. Very similar to her husband. Yena who has grown into a mature woman increasingly makes Layha miss her husband who has died.

Layha sighed then walked past Yena, "When will I tell you. For now I still can't tell you."

"But ...."

"That's it, you rest, baby. I'm gonna bathe Adam first."

Layha came out of the house to the stone bathroom outside, without caring about Yena's curiosity that had reached its limit.

His feet were walking towards Layha's room. Yena did not care anymore, her mother always kept her problems a secret. I don't know what it is. Maybe in Layha's room, she could find something related to her mother's secret.

Without thinking any more, Yena ransacked her mother's room. Open all the closet doors and drawers that are there. Unfortunately, it produces nothing.

"Bahh ... Where did you hide your valuables? Not even under the mattress," said Yena, laying down into the mattress with a light blue spray. His eyes were fixed on a pillow at the end of the mattress. Is it possible that her mother hid something in a pillow?

Yena sat down, pulling the pillow into the lap. She squeezed the pillow, like there was something inside. Suddenly the door of the room opened from the outside.

Glug.

Finished already.

"Bi, Bi Layha's. It's me Bahar! Auntie's inside, right?"

Someone outside knocked on the door. Make Layha's focus distractible.

"Oh? Yeah, hold on a second!" peekit Layha's. "Adam, just go in. I'm going ahead for a minute."

"Yes, Mom."

Helaan breathed out loudly from Yena's lips. The only thing that came out of the door was Adam with astonished tears. The towel was stuck on his waist.

"Miss, what are you doing?"

"Sstt, don't be noisy." Yena fizzed softly, sticking her index finger in front of her face.

"There's a sister's stuff left behind here. Relax, I've met you." Yena kept the pillow back neatly. The smile of five fingers was clearly displayed. Then Yena approached Adam and said, "Adam, don't tell Mom that you've been here. You see, Mother was angry again. Later, I was angry with Adam. Adam, don't want to be upset, do you?"

Adam shook his head quickly, "Please, Miss, Adam won't tell you."

Yena smiled in satisfaction, her hand breaking for a while Adam's hair, "Good, smart boy! Brother's out now, yeah."

Adam nodded quickly, which was when Yena escaped. He closed the door slowly, entering his room immediately. Yena's breathing was irregular, her heart beating fast after coming out of Layha's room. Yena quickly hangs her sword on the wall of the room, a towel she drops on the shoulder.

"Go take a shower first."

🍂🍂🍂

Shopping time. Yena walks the market leading the camel, as the food in the barn is running low. Of course, Yena had to fill it back up immediately. It is his job to shop for supplies.

Yena was looking for someone with a short haircut, the merchant uncle who a few days ago had gotten acquainted with her.

"ah! Uncle Fan!" yena exclaimed, waving both hands of sumringah.

Uncle Fan returned a wave of Yena's hand with a friendly smile.

Yena finally finds Uncle Lutfan. Uncle Fan was cleaning his merchandise at a wooden pole, on it using a dark colored cloth so that the sun does not directly puncture the skin.

On the left and right side has lined raw food that is ready to be sold. There were coconuts, dates, and grain sacks on the left. Then, flour with different types on the right. As well, fresh fruits from tropical countries and spices on the front. Completely complete. I was confused which one to buy.

"Emm, I want a sack of wheat, Uncle, which is small in size," Yena said at last, pointing at a sack of wheat.

Uncle Fan immediately moved the excess on the grain sack using a coconut shell then tied it up, "There again, Miss?"

Thinking for a while while folding her hands, Yena said, "The spices are half a kilo each if you buy a lot of fear of rot and the apples are one kilo."

"Who Miss, is there any more?" uncle Fan asked, his smile never faded.

"It's like .. I want to buy meat at the store next door."

"Well, I'll get ready soon."

After the payment was completed, Uncle Fan helped Yena. The two of them tied a sack of wheat to the right side of the camel. While the left side is filled with various spices and one kilo of apples.

"Thank you, Uncle."

"Together, Miss. Thanks for buying it too."

"Ah, just shopping for supplies only, really. Usually if there's less, my mom's going to shop by herself."

"That's it, huh? Miss Yena's mother's name is Layha, isn't she?" uncle Fan asked, his hand stroking his chin curiously.

"Yes, that's my mom. The guy's a little chatty, hehehe."

"Had she always mentioned Miss Yena's name. He seems to love you very much."

Yena smiled faintly at the thought of childhood when she was joking with her parents.

Seeing Yena's tears in her face, Lutfan felt a little overwhelmed. Not because I don't like to see it, Lutfan just doesn't know what to do.

"Ah, I forgot to buy meat," muttered Yena. He drew closer to Uncle Fan and whispered, "Uncle, do you know which butcher is a normal price and does not cheat?"

"That's ... Miss stay straight, there will be two roads, Miss take the left. There was a friend of mine who was a butcher. Complete there," said Lutfan.

Instantly Yena smiled knot. It was not in vain to ask Uncle Fan.

"Thank you, Uncle. I'll go first, yeah. After finishing shopping I would like to invite uncle for lunch at home. Don't refuse, Uncle."

Uncle Fan immediately bowed, smiling happily, "Thank you, Miss. I'm glad to accept your invitation."

As Uncle Fan explained, Yena walked straight while guiding her camel, she did not care about the other merchants offering her merchandise.

🍂🍂🍂

Midday is over an hour.

All tasks are finished, including filling the water already he has resolved. Yena had lunch with Uncle Fan. Now it's time to investigate the new neighbors. Hazard's. Until this moment, not even visible though the nose stem.

In front of Hazard's courtyard, there was a well of springs on the right side. The tread is clean covered by carved stones laid out. At each corner there is a palm tree planted in a pot. The house is better than Yena's. It would be a pity if the house was abandoned.

Suddenly...

"Yes! Fortunately you are," cried Eden, he immediately quickened his pace.

"What's wrong?"

"Your Majesty Firan wants to meet. There's something he wants to discuss with you."

The look of wonder was on Eden. Tumben once he's the one who picked up Yena directly. Usually only the subordinates.

"Why?"

"Emm, no. I'm just a little amazed. Usually the ones who pick me up the waiters or if there are none, yes. But this time, a Commander named Eden willingly hot in broad daylight to convey something like this?" Yena grinned.

"I'm just delivering a mandate. It has nothing to do with who's delivering it."

"Yes yes, you are indeed the most loyal Commander."

Yena walked ahead, towards the Altair Palace. No matter what Eden's babbling. It's a little strange, Eden's personality immediately changed if alone with Yena. Don't know why, maybe because they've been friends since childhood? If you think it will continue to make dizziness, mending let it run properly.

Altair Palace

In a King's office. Hidden a secret room behind a large bookshelf, it almost covered the length of its walls. King Firan grasped a book, there was a button under it. For the button to work, the book is taken for granted. That's when the big shelf moves to the side and the button is the mover.

The King entered the secret room. Inhaled the scent of antiques there. Many gold-framed paintings hang freely. Waist flower pots are made of gold as a decoration so that the room seems classy and luxurious.

In the middle of the room, there was a sword storage area standing firm and elongated. On it was a long blood-red pillow. Engraved with a rose motif under the floor, looks good in view.

King Firan brought the book that had become strange earlier. Open sheet by sheet.

"Adura Stone, a precious stone that is very important to the Spirit Trees. It's only fitting that he and Father are so protective of this room. Unfortunately, Mr. Zain was only able to translate part of the writing in this book."
