Jim woke up from the movement beside him. Rachel is awake. Jim immediately pulled him and hugged his wife's waist.
"Jim! Off!"
"Just a minute, please," Jim's pinta still possessively hugged Rachel. Rachel let her body be hugged Jim.
"I'm sorry about last night" whispered Jim.
"No, I'm the one who should apologize. Too curious" replied Rachel.
"You deserve to know, I'll tell you about him later. Now take a shower" whispered Jim.
"Jim! No!"
"Why? You refuse?" ask Jim.
"Hmmm... I'm..."
"Most of the reasons" Jim immediately lifted Rachel's body and took her to the bathroom. Rachel tried to rebel but still her power was not as strong as Jim.
"Well, are you still angry?" rachel asked as they soaked in the bathup. Rachel leaned against Jim's chest.
"No, why be angry? My wife took a bath, a moment of anger, "Jim chuckled Rachel's face reddened to remember what they were doing just before the shower.
"That's not what I meant. About last night," said Rachel.
"No, don't talk about it anymore. It's the moment we both. Want to go again?" Jim Goda.
"No! Shrimp yuk, I'm hungry" said Rachel.
"I'm hungry too" whispered Jim as he looked at Rachel's body grabbing a towel.
"Ear once again I lock the bathroom from the outside!" said Rachel wrapped a towel around her body.
"Haaa... Threaten up! Not exciting," said Jim who came out of the bath. Makes Rachel turn her face red.
Jim and Rachel were sitting down for breakfast.
"Well, breakfast is bad luck," aunty seduced.
"Hope is good" Jim replied.
"What a dong!" said aunt while giving warm tea to Rachel.
"Excellent bi," Jim said as he blinked one eye. Rachel just looked down embarrassed, she took a sip of her tea. Rachel really likes warm tea mixed with a little ginger. Cold rural air is perfect to enjoy the warm drink.
"We go for breakfast, yeah" Jim asked
"Where?" ask Rachel.
"It's still in the plantation area" Jim said.
"Oh... Okay!" Rachel agreed to Jim. He was bored waiting at home.
They returned to the plantation road on a motorbike. After passing through the paved road, they entered the dirt road with a slight uphill. Rachel tightened her grip on Jim's waist, because the road they were walking on was very small and slippery.
The journey ends in a saung. The saung is usually to rest the farmers, such as a small house without walls and usually higher than the ground so to climb we need to climb some stairs. There's some saung over there. Around them lay tea plantations. Rachel inhaled that fresh air deeply while stretching out her hands. The distinctive aroma of the foliage as well as the wet soil enters his sense of smell.
"It's so good Jim!" said Rachel staring at the expanse of tea plants before her. Jim sat in the saung first. He took off his gloves and sat looking at Rachel. He's a little tired.
"I can't take you to an exotic place, a romantic place or abroad. Just this,"
"That's why my father bought this farm to enjoy the fresh air,"
"Hmmmm..intelligent, if this is maintained. This will be a source of fresh air as well as income" said Rachel. Jim nagging.
"Sit here!" Jim patted the floor next to him. Rachel moved closer. And positioned himself sitting next to Jim then staring at the green expanse of tea leaves.
"You tired?" rachel asked as she watched Jim close his eyes and looked up.
"No, but I think I should explain something to you, right?" asked Jim, still closed.
"Uhm. Last night I just..."
"Leanna... That girl you want to know? Also my past?" jim asked cut Rachel's conversation.
"It's okay if you want to keep Jim, I'm too involved and..."
"No! You should also know that there are no misunderstandings,"
"No Jim, I don't feel that way" Rachel argued.
"It's okay, let's not hesitate with me anymore" Jim said with a smile. Rachel actually did not hesitate with Jim but when considering Jim and Leana's relationship she felt to be the third person here. Leana's circumstances are unknown.
"I have no doubt" Rachel continued.
"Yes, I'll explain whatever you want to know. I'm sorry about last night. I just want to enjoy our time together without any stories about the past. But that doesn't mean I'm hiding my story. You can do anything, I'll answer my truth, '" Jim explained. Rachel listened while looking down.
"I'm sorry if I opened up your memories of the past. I feel something is awkward,"
"On what? Let me explain everything" Jim said.
"Uhm... I just feel guilty,"
"Why?"
"We got married while Leana was still lying in a coma. Aren't you and Leana still dating?" ask Rachel.
"What really happened was that we were dating at the time. He was a good boy and obedient to his parents. He was also very familiar with my activities at the time. It's just, I'm too busy with my world to pursue my career. Many times he relented to travel if the schedule clashed with my training schedule. And when I don't exercise, it feels like my body is tired. So I prefer to rest. I'm so selfish" Jim said as he watched Rachel squint at Jim.
"Then?" ask Rachel again.
"Yes, I was very tired. We rehearsed when we would accompany one of the artists who would be a concert so the training schedule was very crowded, even very little rest time. For some reason at that time, Leana forced to meet. Usually he'll budge when he finds out about my schedule,"
Jim took a slow breath and exhaled.
"I was angry at that time, when my body was tired of the concert schedule, Leana also forced to ask to leave, then I upset I went to pick her up because she kept whining asking for a little time for both of us,"
"Hmmm..." Rachel nodded her head understanding.
"I picked him up by then, he was already in front of the house. At that time I wanted to say goodbye to his family but he refused. And hurried to take me away. Although I was surprised at the time, I left with Leana on the side. As he got further away from his house, he sobbed in tears,"
"Why?" rachel asked the more curious.
"Let's know, I let her cry. I took him to a park. There he told me everything. That his family did not approve of our relationship. That a dancer like me couldn't possibly finance Leana's life in the future, Leana was against her family. That was the first time he did. He forced me to run away, but that's impossible considering my career was just beginning,"
Rachel looked at her husband with sadness, what a difficult choice for a man when faced with that choice. Rachel stroked Jim's hand that was clinging to her hand.
"Then...."
Cheer again ya😅🙏
