Nathan accompanies Mikayla until she is completely asleep, Nathan's eyes look into Mikayla's room. He was astonished because if only exhausted it was impossible for his wife to be in a different hospital room from the patient in general and another various tools attached to Mikayla's body.

Soon Nathan pulled out the phone he had in his pants pocket, without letting go of Mika's hand. Nathan tried to type something in an internet search engine, although it was difficult but not a problem for him.

He typed in medical devices, because he did not know the name of the tool so he searched slowly on the image section in the online search engine. Until his movements stalled on one of the exact same images worn on Mikayla's body.

Immediately he pressed the picture until an article appeared about the tool, slowly he read. Both of his eyes trembled until his hands trembled violently. The phone in his hand just fell on the floor.

His hand held onto Mikayla as if stiff, tears just fell from her eyes. Feeling the movement of Mikayla's hand made Nathan immediately look at her, the face of his wife who was restless with Nathan gently rubbed his wife's forehead.

"Sleep peacefully, Mika. I'm right here." Nathan whispered slowly.

Slowly the grip of Mika's hand loosened slightly and her face began to calm down, Nathan rubbed his wife's face with a feeling. After confirming that Mikayla was sleeping again, Nathan let go of his hand with a patch so as not to wake his wife.

Nathan picks up his cell phone and heads out of Mikayla's room, with Nathan's cold flat face walking towards Doctor Joy's room after passing by the nurse to ask her about her study.

Without knocking on the door, Nathan immediately opened the door of Doctor Joy's room. Making assistants, patients, and Doctor Joy shocked because of Nathan's presence.

"I'm sorry, other than the patient is barred from entering!" Dispel the nurse who prevented Nathan from going deeper into the doctor's room.

Doctor Joy, who saw a flash of anger at Nathan, instructed his assistant not to throw Nathan away, "Let him wait, I'll finish my job first." Said Doctor Joy softly.

The nurse invited Nathan to sit in the front seat of the doctor's desk, with patience as thin as Nathan's tissue sitting quietly without looking in any direction. Fifteen minutes later, Dr. Joy finished treating her patients.

"Please, for the next queue wait another hour ya." Doctor Joy told her assistant.

Dr Joy walked past Nathan to the sink near his desk, an obligation for health workers to always maintain cleanliness. Doctor Joy walked by wiping her hands using the cloth that had been prepared.

He began to sit in front of Nathan so that now the two faced each other, "Can I help you?" Ask Doctor Joy gently.

Nathan looked at Doctor Joy's eyes with angry, disappointed, and sad eyes simultaneously. "You lied to me." Nathan replied, beginning to shed tears without warning.

Doctor Joy began to understand the direction of the conversation, she pulled a box of tissue and approached Nathan. It was no stranger sight for him to see every patient and family crying like Nathan.

"It looks like my lies have been discovered." The doctor said with a gentle smile.

"Tell me the truth, what's my wife sick? Why does she have to use a heart device, does my wife have a heart-related illness or what?" Lick Nathan with a stir as if to immediately find out everything.

"Calm down, I'll explain Mikayla's true condition." Doctor Joy tries to calm the almost hysterical Nathan down as he sees the man's hands clenched over his desk.

Doctor Joy immediately explained what Mikayla's disease was, from symptoms, abstinence, and also diseases that could have taken her life at any time. Nathan listened intently to the explanation of the doctor who made his heart melt.

Nathan walks out of Doctor Joy's room with a blank look, he walks unsteadily in no direction. His steps stopped in front of Mikayla's room. Nathan cried without a voice, why is God this cruel to him.

How could God present the two women in his life with the same illness, how would Nathan have to face the future. Does he have to leave Laura to live happily with Mikayla who is struggling with a disease that is gnawing at her, or leave the two women at her side?

Nathan walks into Mikayla's room, he walks over and sits next to Mika. Seen a pale face that began to fade, the sound of a heartbeat machine that makes every beat of Nathan's heart hurt like in sepat sembilu.

He was only able to sit pensively thinking about everything, "How do I choose between the two?" Said Nathan slowly who began to lay his head on the edge of Mikayla's cage.

Nathan looked at Mika's face with fingers stroking his wife's black mane. A very difficult choice, because Nathan really does not know Laura's lies, he also does not want to be a cruel man who dumped his closest woman just like that when he found out the health condition is not okay.
