Nathan woke up to the sound of falling objects, he immediately woke up with a pillow face. Looking around there was no one even Mika was no longer in place.

Soon Nathan flicked his blanket to check into the bathroom, but it was empty. "Where's Mika, is she bathing in the next room." Nathan said slowly.

Nathan then went into the bathroom because seeing the wall clock had shown at six in the morning, they had to leave early because it was still a semester exam.

Tanpan Nathan realized, Mika was curled up below by holding her chest. The voice was Mika who woke up from her sleep but her heart suddenly throbbed pain so that Mika immediately collapsed on the floor slapping a small vase on the nightstand.

"Agh ... huh .. huh ..."

Mika crept her chest tight, it was very painful, wanted to call Nathan but could not make her chest hurt too much, oxygen seemed empty in the room until she returned unconscious.

Nathan comes out of the bathroom after lightning-fast cleaning, takes the uniform from the closet, and puts it on quickly before Mika goes back inside the main room.

Brush her hair neatly as usual, "Light as always." Said slowly. Nathan came out immediately, but the middle room was empty he stepped into the next room.

"Mikayla!" Call Nathan after knocking on the door a few times.

There's no answer from the inside, "Mika! If you're long I'll stay." Nathan exclaimed back but there was no answer.

Until Nathan turned the door knob, it wasn't locked. Quickly opening the room door as wide as possible, the room looked neat and quiet. Even the bathroom door opened wide to where his wife was.

Nathan walks out but in the kitchen and TV room there is no Mika, quickly reaching into her pants pocket to contact Mikayla. The call is connected but there is no answer, Mika's mobile phone vibrating mode is just flickering on a mattress covered in a thick blanket.

"Good, that girl. He didn't wake me up and just leave me." Nathan said in frustration.

Soon Nathan put on his socks and shoes, rushed out of the apartment with a small run towards the elevator. Nathan thinks that if Mika has left first for school to leave him, it does not take long Nathan has arrived in the basement.

Slowly the sedan left the basement parking lot and split the road to school, as Nathan left for school. Luis was speeding on the highway this morning because he got a phone call from the hospital if Mikayla had not taken her heart medication and routine controls.

"Remember, Mikayla!" Luis shouted in frustration.

As with Nathan's call, Luis' call didn't get an answer either. Luis's foot stepped on the accelerator deeper into Nathan's lucky apartment not far from the mansion.

Sloppily, Luis stopped his car, and ran towards the elevator. He was still trying to contact his sister but nil still had no answer as impatient Luis decided to run up the emergency stairs.

Passing one rung of stairs due to Luis' wide steps, although the sweat soaked his body he ignored, he thought of his younger brother at this time. If in logic Luis should look for Mika at school, but he is sure if Mika is in the apartment.

With hunting breath and sweat soaking his face and body, Luis had finally reached the front of the apartment. Quickly and loudly he banged on the apartment door.

"Mika! Nathan!" Shouted Luis from outside.

The door of the neighboring apartment opened, "Can you slow down, here are not only you who live in the apartment." Her speech.

"Master, help! My sister is in pain inside. I don't know the door's password." Luis immediately approached the neighbor of the apartment.

"Have you been in contact yet? Maybe it's going to school, because the schoolgirl lives in that apartment." Answer the neighbor.

"Oh, not answered. Please rock me." Luis said with tears gone.

"Quiet young man, I'll call security first." Neighbor's apartment.

Luis had a dead end in his mind because all he had in mind was Mikayla's state, and he didn't even remember being able to contact the apartment guard or Nathan. Luis pushed his hair back in frustration and scooped up his disheveled face.

A man in a security uniform approached her, "Can I help you?" Ask the neighbor who contacted him.

"Sir, tolonga my sister is sick inside." Luis answered quickly.

"May I have his identity card" said the guard

Soon Luis pulled out the student's card, the guard immediately pocketed it, and opened the apartment door using a spare card that was always in duplicate for this urgent situation.

Luis immediately breaks into the apartment with the neighbors and guards following him, Luis walks into an empty room, and the rest of the room turns out to have been opened by the apartment guard.

"There's a faint person!" Exclaims.

Luis immediately ran into the room, seen Mika lying on the cold floor. Soon Luis cradled Mikayla in his third bridal style way out of Nathan's apartment.

Tetatangga could not follow because he had other needs, so Luis got off using the elevator with the guard. "Mika, hang on." Luis said in a loud voice.

"Calm down, young man. Must be all right, let me drop off." The guard calmed Luis.

Luis just nodded, he was too fragile to see Mikayla dying like this. It was as if dejavu as he and Mikayla ran around because back then they knew nothing of just getting ban after prohibition without his parents explaining.

Making Mikayla end up in the hospital until she finds out if her sister's heart is different from the other kids', "Don't cry, Son. Mikayla will soon be cured and can play with you." Jackson hugged Luis' little body.

"Hiks, Dad is Luis' fault for not being able to look after Mikayla." Answer Luis who does not understand Mika's disease.

"No, hon. Not Luis' fault but Daddy's and Mommy's. Luis has to take good care of Mika, Mika doesn't have a good heart like yours and yours." Clear Star soft.

Luis sobbed at the stars, "Not good? What broken? Then Daddy can buy her a nice one for Mikayla." Luis said plainly.

The star cried to hear Luis' words, if only it could be that easy they must have replaced it with a good one long ago. Even if the heart could replace the heart of the princess they would have exchanged it.

"It's not like that baby, Mikaylla's heart is so rare that it's not that easy to replace it. Mikayla's heart is unique from others." Answer the Star slowly.

That's how Jackson and the Stars gave it. As she gets older, she understands what Mommy says if Mikayla's heart is unique and rare, because Mikayla's heart cannot be replaced even though her parents can afford to pay a heart donor for Mikayla.
