The apartment guard immediately opened the door to Luis' car parked haphazardly in front, because Luis was holding Mikayla. Luckily the car keys are still in place so that the apartment guards quickly plug gas until the car moves quickly to leave the apartment area.

“Can it be fast, Sir?” Ask Luis worried.

“This is fast, be patient to keep communicating so as not to kebablasan.” Answer the guard who incidentally is Javanese.

Although Luis doesn't understand what the apartment guard is doing, he does. Whispering in Mikayla's ear called out her name to wake up immediately.

After about fifteen minutes until he reached the largest hospital in the city, Luis immediately opened the car door and got out running as fast as possible.

“Nurse! Doctor! Please,” exclaimed Luis with irregular breath.

A few nurses who heard him immediately approached, they directed him to one of the brangkar in the ER. Luis immediately broke down his sister quickly “Please, sus. My sister drop!” Luis said in panic.

“Quiet, let us check the patient first.” Answer the male nurse who slightly pushed Luis away from the patient cage.

Both of Luis' hands clutching his hair tight, he was only able to see Mikayla who was being examined by a general practitioner. Long enough for Mikayla's examination, she was immediately transferred to an intensive care room.

Luis who saw the brother's cage removed immediately from his seat and walked quickly, seeing the whereabouts of Luis the doctor immediately followed him.

“Nak,” call the doctor.

“How is my sister, Doc?” Ask Luis in a daze.

“Something was bad enough, he was exhausted, and it seemed like the patient ate the food that the doctor had forbidden.” The doctor was obviously slow.

Doctor nods , “True, to further the state of the patient. After realizing we will do further checks again so as not to be wrong in handling it.” Said the doctor.

A pariah nurse approached the two, “Dok, the patient at this time his heart rate has started to stabilize.” Said the nurse.

“Good, I will check the state of the patient once again.” Said the doctor who walked into Mikayla's room.

Luis walked away in the footsteps of the doctor, his pale face lying weakly on the brangkar. There are no drip needles because antung disease sufferers are usually sensitive to some drugs, may be installed after a stable heartbeat.

The doctor removed his stethoscope and rotated until faced again with Luis, “The patient is currently resting and please wait until the patient is conscious.” Said the doctor who was nodded by Luis.

The doctor and two nurses immediately left the room quite spacious, Luis blankly looked at Mika who was resting soundly. He dropped his body weight on the waiting chair next to the patient's cage.

His shoulders were shaken slowly and his head slowly lowered, his hands tightly clasping Mikayla's fingers.

“Im sorry, sister.” Said Luis slowly.

Luis wept even more, spilling all the claustrophobic feelings inside his chest. She was so traumatized to see Mikayla unconscious in the hospital as a child, and now has to happen again and almost die if she is late. That's how Luis thinks, though,

At school, at school,

“Dean!” Call supervisor.

Dean who is asking for answers then the club, “I, Sir?” Dean was pretending to be stupid.

“Yes, who else are you. Do it yourself, if again you cheat I will take your answer sheet.” Jawan watchdog with ferocious.

“Good, Sir I will cheat even more.” Said Dean who was the worst sentence in his heart.

The students who saw Dean's behavior were just chuckling amusedly including Nathan, because the last test was Bahasa Indonesia to make Dean confused many trap answers. Either from capital letters, punctuation marks, raw words – is not raw, and others.

The bell rang loudly, the students lined up to gather the answer width to the front of the class, and immediately came out when they had collected it.

“Skuyylah, Mika does not leave today so there are no friends.” Said Kinan by holding Dean's hand.

Hearing Kinan's words made Dean and Nathan's steps stop, “Not come in? Where to?” Ask them simultaneously.

“Cie .. together who asked Mika nih.” Instead of answering Kinan instead mocked the two men without sin.

Nathan glanced sharply at Dean, “Ha Ha a Ha Ha, ti-no. Allow Nathan we're just asking.” Dean replied laughing stiffly and blandly.

Nathan was silent, he pulled out his gawai, and walked away from Dean and his sister. Dean calls Nathan a few times but is ignored, Kinan quickly smothers Dean's mouth and drags him down to the first floor to the cafeteria.

“Mika, lift.” Nathan said that he has now climbed into the school rofftop.

Several times Nathan called Mikayla nil, there was no answer across the phone. He sat on the rooftop floor near the wall staring at his phone with mixed feelings.

“What to contact Mommy Star or Lucas? But, what if they just ask where Mikayla.” is Nathan said softly in a frustrated tone.

Nathan eventually tries to contact the Bintang, with Nathan's call quickly picked up by his mother-in-law.

“Ha-hello, Mom.” Nathan said.

“Halo, Nath. What's up?” Ask the stars across the phone.

“Nathan just wanted to ask Mommy and Daddy news only , sorry we have not been able to come to mansion.” Nathan replied lying.

“It's okay, after you guys test come kemansion. Mommy also misses you guys.” The star's speech left Nathan riveted.

“Alright, Mom. Sorry Mom, Nathan can't be long because soon it's in.” Nthan said he lied again.

“Of course, success for you.” Answer the star who immediately turned off the phone connection.

Rest assured Nathan is upset, because it turns out Mikayla is not in the mansion, “Where are you Mika,”His speech is clear by looking at the vast blue sky.

At the end of the rooftop door, someone seemed to hear all of Nathan's words. Clenching his hands he immediately left the roftoop without any intention to meet Nathan.
