A Couple of Hearts

A Couple of Hearts
Accompany Me

A whisper was heard right in Amora's ear. At that time also the fur of his nose creeps great. The fear running through his body made him unable to move at all.

“Basic of a disobedient child. You killed us.” Whisper a figure that resembles his mother.

“You should die too with us.” This time the whisper came from a figure that resembled his father.

Amora tried to cover her ears and shouted loudly. It was all her fault. If time could be played, he would rather die with his parents. Her broken cry made her breath feel even more tight and heavy.

“You are the child we never wanted.”

“You should have died to make up for your mistake.”

“Thus he feels guilty for this all.”

The whisper is still heard. The more he tightly shut his ears, the more it sounded as if it was emerging from within his own mind. Before long his cries were a little stalled and sidetracked as the white light began to shine through the dark room.

“You will remain our pride, dear.” Said the mother gently while stroking Amora's head. The light emanating from his mother shone on him. And at once the whispers were not heard anymore.

“Never blame yourself for the death of both of us. It was already the destiny of the almighty.” Said the father who has the same luminous glow as the mother.

“Ta.. but Amora feels empty in this life. Better Amora follow the same father. Free Amora live. The people that Amora loves go leave Amora alone.”

“You're wrong, son. Don't ever talk like that, okay? We are always with you.” Said the father while rubbing the remaining tears on both cheeks Amora.

Amora's tears flowed back and immediately embraced her father and mother. The tightness in his chest slowly disappeared into a feeling of relief. All this time he always harbored his guilt for what had happened to his parents.

Bad thoughts, anxieties and traumas about events a few years ago still haunt him sometimes. Especially when the ambulance sirens sounded, he immediately remembered when the bodies of his parents were delivered by the ambulance in a terrible condition.

It always reminded him of the feeling of deep loss especially when it was someone he cared about was not at his side. The one thing that has kept him alive to this day is hope. Amora hopes that someday she will meet someone who has always reigned in her heart.

“Where is he?” bryan asked who had arrived in front of Satria's house.

“She's in my room.” Reply Satria. Bryan's face turned red upon hearing that.

“What have you done with him, huh?!” bryan pulled his collar.

“Gue it's clear that I don't do anything with lo girls!” Reply Satria with a high tone.

“She fainted. I don't know why.” either It clearly made Bryan release the grip on his collar.

“Awas aja elo if macem-macem same my girl,” threatened Bryan still can not trust the man in front of it. Because as a man, he knows his character. Let alone seeing Amora alone and in a place where there were only the two of them. Maybe he doesn't think negatively.

After that Bryan was invited to meet Amora in his room. But Amora was conscious. He held his head as if he was holding back the pain he was feeling. Bryan's reflexes ran over to Amora.

“What happened to you, Beb?” Amora immediately looked up to hear the voice.

“Bryan, my head hurts so much,” said Amora still holding her head.

Amora was carried by Bryan regardless of the owner of the house at all. But Satria could not say anything more to see Amora's condition. He was also confused about having to give up drugs that he had bought or not. Medications previously prescribed for Amora. But he chose to be quiet.

After arriving in Bryan's car, Amora stops Bryan's intention to take him to the hospital. He just felt like he wanted to rest.

“You sure you want to go home?” bryan asked softly.

“Iya. My headache medicine is also at home.” Amora answered slowly.

Bryan just sighed softly. Sometimes Amora would be such a stubborn person. But he was unable to oppose or reject his request. Suddenly an idea came to his head.

“There are two options. First, we go to the hospital and I'll get you. Second we go home and I'll keep you. How?”

“Bryan, I no longer want to joke.”

“This is no joke. I'm serious,”

“I just want to go home, Bryan.”

“Okay then we go home.” Bryan said he immediately started his car engine and shot towards Amora's house.

While on the way Amora kept staring out the window. His mind began to wander in memory of the dream he had when he was unconscious. Was it true that her parents were always with her?

“You were why?” bryan's question blew his daydream.

“Em looks like I fainted.” Amora answered and then turned back to look out the window.

Bryan already knew from Satria that Amora had fainted so that was not the answer he wanted to hear. But again, he could only be silent. The rest of the journey was filled with silence.

"I went in first well," said Amora after the car entered her yard.

"OK." Bryan replied as he walked after Amora. He walked right behind Amora.

Amora casually entered her house and immediately climbed the stairs to her room. Her body felt tired for some reason. Once in her room, Amora immediately looked for her headache remedy and drank it after eating a piece of jam bread that was on the table near her bed.

Soon the drowsiness attacked him. But when Amora was about to close her eyes, there was a noise from the direction of the living room. What's the matter? Amora's heart was racing fast.

"Who's there?" amora asked as she walked slowly towards the living room. He walks by snuggling. And how surprised he was when he saw who was in front of him.

"Bryan! I thought you were home." said Amora in the voice of one typical sleepy person.

"I just want to make sure you're safe. Can I stay here?" pinta Bryan with pleading face.

Amora was immediately struck by turmoil. On the other hand he felt happy because he felt someone was accompanying him. But on the other hand he felt afraid if something unwanted happened.
