A Couple of Hearts

A Couple of Hearts
Unresolved Issues

Somewhere, close to a vast lake, a detective was observing the scene where the bodies of Amora's parents were found. Both bodies were seen hugging in a drowning car. And after the car was pulled to head to the mainland, many strange things were found.

After the inspection, the car looked fine. No engine is dead, damaged or even the brakes are in trouble. All the car engines are in good condition. Bizarrely. And what the detective did not expect was, he found traces of other car tires that began to be disguised by shoe traces.

The suspicions of this detective are growing. He was convinced from the beginning that this accident was not a single accident. But it was a case of premeditated murder. He was very sure of that. His instincts were never wrong during the various investigations he handled.

"Check the nearest cctv. Record all the car plates seen passing. Let no one escape." the detective ordered to his men.

"Well, sir." she replied.

Meanwhile, Amora was watching Deri and Bryan who were fighting with their mouths. His head was dizzy not understanding. What makes Deri hate Bryan? He said Bryan had done nothing wrong. Instead he helped himself and strengthened Amora when she was grieving. So, what's wrong?

"Elo so brave as this? Elo nantangin huh?" deri's words aroused Bryan's anger.

"Why are you thinking negatively? Actually I'm wrong what's the same elo?" challenge Bryan not accept being accused like that.

Amora who saw Fani just fell silent, nudging her shoulders to resuscitate her who seemed to be daydreaming.

"Fan, you know why they're on this kayak?" amora asked with a worried look.

"i.that's.. Um.." Fani looks nervous to explain. He also did not know how to tell Amora that Bryan actually had special feelings for Amora, but was opposed by close friends Bara, one of which was Deri.

"What, Fan?!" demand Amora more intensely ask for answers.

"They were like that after the incident in the villa." replied Fani finally. Amora seemed to think about what events could actually make them hate each other like now.

But the result is nil. He did not remember any events that could have a major impact. Amora only remembers Bryan's mistake when kissing her cheek during a truth or dare event. But after that Bryan immediately apologized to him and he was happy to forgive him.

It should be done, Amora thought. But why is it as if Deri does not accept Bryan's behavior? He is even angry. But on what basis? That friendship? For Bara? Amora had no idea that there was actually another complex problem she didn't know about.

"Get out of this school quickly. Before I get on the blackboard." said Deri looks relaxed but very threatening. The students in the class watched the scene.

"If I don't go, what do you want?" bryan replied in no way.

"That means elo chose war." Deri grinned. Bizarrely. Why is he so angry? And by reflex Amora immediately approached the two of them and stood in the middle of it.

"Stop!" amora yelled out her arms trying to block the brawl that Deri and Bryan were about to do.

Bryan who was about to float a bogem suddenly stopped his action when he saw Amora running towards him. Deri who was overcome by anger immediately stopped by the reflex of what he was about to serve Bryan. For a moment he felt bad.

"Please stop." asked Amora in a pleading tone. He doesn't want any fights between people he knows, including Bryan and Deri. Amora turned her head to the right looking at Bryan's eyes with a pleading look. Inevitably Bryan was devastated by his gaze and tried to calm himself who was previously provoked by emotions.

This time Amora turned her head to the left, looking at Deri with a face asking for help.

"Please forgive him, sister." said Amora pleading. Deri frowned to digest Amora's words just now. It seems that Amora and herself have different conclusions regarding Bryan's matter.

"It's not about sorry, Ra. It's a matter of.." Deri's words hang when a teacher walks into a classroom.

"What's this?" ask the teacher.

"Sit in each of you!" the teacher's orders.

"You, Deri. Why are you even here? Third graders just now were having a division of mentors in the hall of the building. Get there!" said the teacher while taking out the package book for the teaching materials on the table.

"Well, ma'am." said Deri according and immediately left the class. Before, he stared intently at Bryan as if warning him. Amora's eyes caught the incident. He was still confused as to what was the matter between them that had not been resolved? He even became upset himself made.

"Hows it? Have you recorded any vehicles passing by?" ask the detective.

"Already, Sir. This is a list of license plates of vehicles passing at that hour" said his men while offering some evidence and notes.

The detective focused on observing the results of the note along with photos of several passing vehicles while still paying attention to the cctv recording. Of the 9 vehicles, there are 4 cars and 5 motorcycles that cross the lake area. But after 12 and above, it seems that no motorbikes crossed the area.

There are 4 cars crossing the area. The first car that passed can be ascertained is the car that was boarded by both Amora's parents, namely Gavin and Anne. The remaining three could be the killers. Either one of them, or even all three.

Seen from the car that was originally in tandem, but when it reached the T-junction, the three cars were scattered in various directions. Bizarrely. From here the detective must be more careful in analyzing it. Because the three cars did not appear to show anything suspicious.

A really complicated case. If it is true that the assumption is that the accident that occurred is not a single accident, all events are very clean. It was as if the perpetrator had thought about this maturely and neatly. There was no trace that could be sniffed by his instincts at the moment.

The detective racked his brain to find another way. And when he saw one of the three cars they suspected, he vaguely seemed to have seen it somewhere.
