Help and Trap

Reno comes to his office again accompanied by Yoga. He wanted to meet the Chief to show him the evidence he had obtained. Although he did not want to expect much, at least his words and guesses almost never miss a bit.

“Pak Reno sure you want to meet with Mr Head? Can he trust us right away?” tanya Yoga is doubtful about Reno's proposal.

“Quietly, I don't expect too much that the Chief will side with us. But obviously I never mess around if I've handled a case like this. At least I want to prove my suspicions all this time.” Reno said firmly.

Yoga who had been hesitant seemed excited again. His superior always knew the moment that could make him dispel the doubts in his heart. He greatly admired his superior because of his firmness and skill in handling cases. Even in almost dangerous situations.

Reno enters the Head pack room with Yoga following her from behind. But when entering his room, Reno immediately squinted his eyes to see the Chief talking to someone he did not know. He felt he had to investigate. After that person came out, Reno immediately walked over to the Chief.

“Thank God you're back.” Said the Chief but with a look of alert eyes.

“Do I interrupt your conversation?” reno asked with sharp eyes.

“Of course not. Anything you guys wanna say? Say.” His words tried to distract Reno who seemed to be investigating him even with just his gaze.

At that time Reno immediately opened his laptop and showed a view of the results of CCTV cameras. The Chief was very surprised to see the conversation he was hearing from the recording. Meanwhile, his facial expression was being recorded closely by Reno.

“So, my guess is not wrong right?” ask Reno when she has finished playing the video. Mr. Head seemed silent for a moment as if weighing what to comment. He admitted that Reno was really very ambitious. Suddenly Reno's ID card was stored on the table.

“Take your ID Card back.” said Mr. Head. Reno took it.

“But, if only one proof of this alone will not be enough to catch him.” The Chief's words made Reno think.

“I know, in the future I will try to get more proof.” Reno was about to leave the room but the Chief said something that made him stop.

“Why don't you investigate about the cause of the bankruptcy of the big company Atmanaja Group?” haggar sir Head.

Atmanaja Group's? Reno murmured in the heart. As he knows, the big company was a few months ago almost bankrupt hit by a sloping issue. Although he is sure there must be a mastermind behind all this. It turns out that evil not only befalls the weak, but also the strong to be weakened.

“According to the gaffer, why should I investigate the company? What does this have to do with the case?” ask Reno.

“Because if you want to catch the mastermind, start from the owner of a large power first.” Said the Chief as if he was giving a clue. Reno's forehead shriveled.

“From there you can see more clearly. Even the perpetrator of your case is likely just a pawn. But if you can uncover a high-class criminal, then all his pawns will be caught by themselves.” The Chief's words made Reno think a lot. Maybe all of this has something to do with it. The Chief took a document in his desk drawer and gave it to Reno.

“Investigate this, then all the chains will unravel. And if you can solve this case, you can immediately get a promotion.” Her speech. After that Reno took out a map containing some documents and immediately left the room. He feels challenged and excited.

Turns out the Chief wasn't who he was expecting. He even seemed to be helping himself. But even like that, he cannot be caught off guard by the possibility of anything that can happen. His spirit instantly burns himself to quickly reveal and solve the case.

"Welcome to my homeland, Paul" Bara said to himself, as if he were welcoming his homeland. Instantly the longing came back to him. Missing every moment with his family, friends, or his heart.

Luxury cars are already waiting for the arrival of Bara outside the airport. It appears that a woman was welcoming Bara and the Bara guards. The appearance of the woman is fairly open if only intended to welcome her. According to Bara, there is something strange.

"Please follow me deputy director. I was ordered by Mr. Arman to welcome you." said the woman while directing the way to Bara.

"Call me Bara. Looks like we're the same age." said Bara still with his polite nature. The woman was certainly happy to hear it.

"Please go up Mr. Bara" said the woman. His smile grew even more when Bara's handsome face passed by him.

The woman sat in front of the driver, while Bara sat with Paul in the back. Paul's instincts catch on like there's something weird about that woman. He must immediately tell Bara what might happen.

"Bara, I think..."

"Ssuutts.. I know what are you thinking." cut Bara so that the two of them don't really suspect the woman.

Paul did not think that Bara also felt the same anxiety as himself. His instincts were faster to catch the oddity. He felt the need to refuse and stop the speed of the car so as not to get more trapped, but held back by Bara.

Meanwhile, Bara wants to see what the woman is planning. He will try to get into his game and follow it. There was absolutely no fear that enveloped him after so much had happened to him all along.

Bara also stopped Paul's intention to thwart the woman's plan, but as long as this is still within normal and reasonable limits, he will pay attention to it. Strategy must be met with strategy.

The car that Bara boarded finally stopped right in one of the hotel buildings that are quite famous for its luxury. Bara's guard car seems to still be left behind because the speed of the car he was riding was indeed speeding very fast. Very suspicious as if deliberately wanted to separate Bara with her guards.

"Let's come with me Mr. Bara." said the woman still with a smile that continues to decorate her face. Bara and Paul looked at each other and just followed the direction of the woman.

After arriving in the elevator, they were apparently taken towards the 27th floor. Without any instruction, Bara and Paul had put up their alert level. And soon the elevator stopped and opened.

"Pak Bara please come with me." said the sexy woman. While he told Paul to follow the middle-aged man who served as his driver earlier.

This fix must be a trap. Because Bara was completely separated from his entourage. Neither with his bodyguards nor with his personal assistants. Although Paul had shown his rejection, Bara made him calm and told him to follow what they instructed.

Inner Bara wondered. What do they really want? If it turns out they have something to do with someone who is a target of Bara, maybe this will even be very profitable.
