Chapter.12 The Changing World #Battle to 2 (2nd Battle) part 2

The monster stood on the wall and looked at me, of course I looked back at him. He held a well-kept large sword and wore iron armor that looked sturdy. His body was bigger and taller than a Goblin Knight.

"Ugh.. He's not a Goblin General right?"

{ Not Master, chances are he is Goblin Elite Knight }

Even so, doesn't he look very strong? uh! he's going down.

I ran towards him and did a diagonal slash with both of my swords but he was able to hold back with his greatsword, I tried to kick him in the stomach but because he was bigger and taller than me so I hit the 'how' instead'.

He shouted very loudly dropping his sword and bowed while holding his 'banana', of course I did not pass this opportunity. I crossed my arms and did a horizontal slash to his neck.

I ended up posing by stretching out both of my hands that held swords.

Hearing the sound of her head falling, I stopped posing.

This time I was lucky because the Goblin was male, although I did not know if there were any females for the Goblin.

Thankfully this is not a dark story like one of the manga/anime about a man obsessed with Goblins.

"Whoops...." When I let out a sigh of relief I felt danger and jumped to the side.

Swuusshs.. Taps! Taps! Taps!

Three arrows struck the ground where I was before, turning towards the wall I saw 3 Goblin Archers on top of the wall.

"Are they not going to leave even if their leader has been killed?"

Maybe because they didn't see it from behind the wall or indeed they wouldn't back down no matter what, well whatever it was like I did have to finish them off so I could rest.

"Earth Wall"

Building a wall to hide, I replaced my weapon with a slingshot to do a long-range battle with them.

I can figure out their positions with my detection skills.

"Earth Storm"

So I used Earth Storm to block their view. Using detection to pinpoint targets, I moved aside to guess them as fast as I could.

After Earth Storm stopped, I could see the Goblin Archers falling down from the top of the wall, but they weren't instantly killed because I didn't hit their heads when I guessed just by using my Detection without actually seeing them. So I finished them off with three headshots this time.

Then I went up the wall to look at the situation outside the wall, I found out the number of them left on the map with 10 Goblin Archers, 7 Goblin Knights and 18 ordinary Goblins. I saw that the Goblins were piling up the bodies of Goblins that were killed in the trenches to cross them.

It seemed like they were not trying to pass through the trenches and walls individually anymore.

I saw that even the Goblin Archers were carrying corpses and they were not ready with their arrows. So I shot the Goblin Archers first, then the Goblin Knights and when the last Goblin Knight was killed, the remaining ordinary Goblins fled and I tried to kill as many as I could.

After no goblins were still alive except for 5 who managed to escape, and the Shooting skill went up to Lv.3. I can finally rest too.

"Haa.haa.. No one's coming back, right?"

I checked the surroundings to make sure there were no more enemies, and I only saw a pile of too many Goblin corpses.

"Ughs... It seems like a lot of work after the war"

With this many Goblin Corpses I will have many Mana Stones, the problem is that I have to dissect all of these corpses to obtain them.

For now I will Meditate first to recover my stamina and Mana.

After meditating, I obtained the Fast Recovery Lv.1 skill that increased the recovery speed of Hp, Stamina and Mana.

And also Natural Regeneration (Natural Regeneration) Lv.1 which increases the speed of recovery of the body from wounds/injuries.

Then I started doing work after the war in other words collecting the spoils of the war and retrieving the Mana Stones from all these Goblin corpses.

45 Mana Stones from ordinary Goblins, 20 Mana Stones from Goblin Knight, 16 Mana Stones from Goblin Archer, and 1 Mana Stone Goblin Elite Knight, 1 Mana Stone from Goblin Elite Knight, 5 Leather armor 4 swords that still look good, and 1 big sword.

Those are the spoils of war I kept in the Inventory, the rest I collected into the hole I made with Earth Sink and buried it.

After dissecting so many Goblin corpses, I obtained the Dismantling (dismantling) skill Lv.1

Then I strengthened my house's defenses by expanding and increasing the depth of the moat, and made the fort walls higher.

'Fiuh..for the time being it seems like they won't be able to get through it'

After finishing with the job of collecting the spoils of war, I went to the bathroom filling a large bucket with 45 Mana Stones from ordinary Goblin, 16 Mana Stones from Goblin Archer, and I went to the bathroom to fill a large bucket with 45 Mana Stones from ordinary Goblin, and one catapult then add enough water, then cover with the cover of the bucket. Well actually I wrote this to increase the number of words per chapter to exceed 1000 more words.

Oho! But actually the number of words for the content of the story is more than 1000 words per chapter, yes this is to look more alone.

In this chapter I was actually confused to determine the name of the monster after Goblin Knight, I did not use "Goblin General" because he was the second strongest after "Goblin King". So I decided to use the "Goblin Elite Knight" well although it might be too long.
