News broke that Oliver as President Director of Oilzprom and two officials under him have been kidnapped and will be killed. The kidnappers publicly informed their identity that they were part of BlackCarbon and that three hostages were in Switzerland.
Mr. Dmitry then ordered Inspector Alfred to immediately go to Switzerland and invite some members of the Russian Police, then immediately cooperate with the Swiss Police.
Avraam gets a special assignment from Mr. Dmitry to captain Fadeyka's security forces in the search for Oliver's hostage-taker along with two others.
Before leaving, Avraam said goodbye to Hanz and Zahid.
“We believe in you, Captain!” Zahid gave me spirit.
Avraam, along with five Fadeyka security personnel, departed and will join the police force. Frank hasn't been caught yet, now there's another case.
Meanwhile, Hanz's house left only two guards from Fadeyka who will be loyal to provide care.
Hanz and Zahid are in the Warnet Mini.
“They all attacked Fadeyka Energy. BlackCarbon is an organization of hackers, thieves, bombers, and assassins. They are like ******.”
“Do you know what their motive is to do all this, Hanz?”
“Ideology!”
Zahid. “What does this have to do with ideology?”
“You understand philosophy enough. Don't you realize their motive for all those attacks was a process of persuading their ideology?”
Zahid thought for a long time. “They're after the capitalists.”
“Fright!” Hanz looked at Zahid's eyes straight. “The ideology is analogous to glasses and roads. The way we look at things and determine where the purpose of life is. The motive of all events is not only because of money and grudges, but this concerns the big issue of the outlook on life of the people there.”
“Feofan and Stefan were killed because the two men were sons of a capitalist and would become capitalists.”
According to Hanz's perception, there is nothing wrong with capitalists. It's just how people are able to pack it well and not make it as a knife that will hurt many people.
BlackCarbon does not want to cripple Fadeyka Energy, but wants to eradicate the abominations of the capitalist system on their land. Since Fadeyka stood up, sometimes they were safe and there were no big problems like this.
“When led by American capitalists, a great many hate even want to kill them.”
“Betul, Hanz, this concerns ideology. Oliver and two others are Americans, although not as cruel as Stefan, but his liberal soul can not be covered.”
“CEO previously, Mr. Wilson, was the grandson of a member of the Bolshevik Party,” Hanz said with a serious face.
“Revolutionary and hardline,” comments Zahid.
“President Director of Oilzprom, Mr. Harry Gorbachev, is a descendant of the French Philosophers who promoted Socialism in the early industrial days of Europe. Even though until now still very utopian, but his grandchildren still dream that socialist society can live in peace and egalitarian in the contemporary era.”
“The dream of the proletariat to keep the world in balance by not being ruled solely by the bourgeoisie. But, until now no country has been purely and consistently able to implement a single ideology. In my country, people who speak out freely reject communism, but they want to work in a state-owned company or BUMN.”
Hanz reviewed the smile and replied, “Ironi. Just like you hate global warming but still use motor vehicles while smoking.”
They both agreed that socialism with socio-economic class equality would still be sweet wishful thinking for dreamers. While after the great European revolution, the feudalists changed their skin like snakes and turned into capitalists to get rid of the aristocrats who had been puffing their chests.
Hanz understood the business flow of Fadeyka since it was still called Soviet. “Tuan Dmitry implemented neoliberalism which at the time was the main enemy of Lenin-Marx by opening the international free market through political and economic diplomacy means, continuing the work project of his late father. Amazingly, Fadeyka Energy successfully intervened the government.”
“To improve the efficiency of the corporation, was at that time Mr Dmitry trying to deny or reduce labor rights policies such as minimum wage, and collective bargaining power rights?”
“Although Mr. Dmitry is independent of the influence of the Russian government, in the company there are several confidants of Mr. Dmitry who is the right hand of the late Mr. Fadeyka, in the right hand of the Russian government, they are true communists and always defend the rights of the hu.”
Especially after a massive demonstration, finally at the proposal of the right hand and the men, Mr. Dmitry gave a new policy in his business so that the rights of workers remain fulfilled.
“So, Mr. Dmitry can't keep himself as neoliberal.”
“Mr Dmitry with his neoliberlism cannot escape the influence of communist society even though they are free from government intervention.”
Zahid smiled obliquely. “Yes, indeed the workers are made happy by the bourgeoisie, but the spirit of the neoliberalists is to see life as the source of corporate profit and the workers remain as corporate slaves that will never flourish.”
“But not all rich people are ugly. Adam Smith said: The capitalist market society is a free and productive society. Working capitalism produces dynamism, opportunity, and competition. Individualism and the pragmatic spirit of the personal are the driving motors of a dynamic moving society.”
“I agree. If complete communism is really applied, our lives will be monotonous and there will never be competition in the business world because we will never think creatively and dream high. Hanz, in the early days of the Islamic heyday, the aristocrats, the bourgeoisie, and the proletariat were able to live quietly and egalitarianly. Do you believe it?”
Hanz. “Hard to believe. It could have been achieved, but their lives would not be as free as the supporters of the statue of liberty and the connoisseurs of the Eiffel tower.”
Zahid considered that wealth, happiness, and tranquility his place in the heart. As long as there is no envy and hate, everything will feel equal even though the nominal difference between the rich and poor is very far away.
“Much Muslim capitalists are really rich, but they are not like the capitalists of the present era. Is there now a businessman who gave away half his fortune?”
Hanz looked at his computer screen, then glanced at Zahid. “I've never heard of it.”
“Please read the history of Islam. Many of the Prophet's companions were wealthy because of their success in business, but they were so generous that the poor at that time were not so marginalized by the existence of rich capitalists.”
Hanz frowned and asked, “Is it possible that such a system of capitalism could be applied in the digital era like now?”
“Ya obviously can.”
Russia is a communist country. Now they only talk about communists in terms of socio-economic, not about religion and belief. How could Fadeyka Energy succeed on Russian communist soil? Who can predict? Everyone did not expect. But the fact can.
Similarly, if Capitalism based on Islamic law is applied here. After all, Islam is very much about bringing together the welfare of man, whatever his race and whatever his religion. What we are talking about is humanity.
Zahid believed that capitalism in accordance with Islamic law would be very acceptable. At the time Fadeyka Energy is led by socialists or communists, the company is safe, yes there may also be conflicts but not until the company will go bankrupt and until someone is killed.”
For a change in Fadeyka Energy does not need a radical revolutionary who has to induce egalitarianism in a harsh and heinous way, but is quite revisionist and moderate.
Hanz has understood the motives of all the events that occurred some time ago. From all the information from the facts that exist, he concluded that the main brain or at least some members of BlackCarbon are Fadeyka Energy itself who had worked there and ideologically opposed to the ideology that is taken by the late Fadeyka and her children and grandchildren.
The allegations are very strong, but Hanz still has no authentic evidence that Mr. Wilson and Mr. Harry have a close connection to all the events that occurred. However, he is confident that soon the identity of BlackCarbon will be revealed. Especially at the time Feliks served as the new CEO at Fadeyka Energy by doing quite a lot of overhauling the organizational structure, such as giving to native Russians occupying CMOs and COOs. Feliks immediately appointed the new President Director of Oilzprom and two officials under him who are native Russians.
Hanz read through all the situations. When all went on for a few days, Fadeyka Energy shares rose again, their oil and gas sold well, and there was no hacking or kidnapping. Even strangely, when all was safe, Oliver and the other two people were then repatriated by the BlackCarbon party without hurting the three of them at all.
Although the victims have been repatriated, Fadeyka's police and security services are still hunting down the perpetrators. All of the perpetrators were eventually snatched up in Switzerland. They claimed that they were part of BlackCarbon but did not want to be frank who had told them to carry out this mission.
