A few days ago Mr. Harley met Mikhailovic Lukinov. Lukgaz is one of the oil and gas companies that become heavy competitors of Oilzprom, he gave a large investment fund in Lukgaz in order to beat Oilzprom with the condition of providing more benefits behind the investment.
Mikhailovic agrees because he wants to beat Oilzprom. When Oilzprom's sales were slumping, Lukgaz was flooded with oil and gas orders from countries in Europe. Even Mikhailovic added a big bonus to Red York because of the support he has been given. Those bonuses are what Mr. Harley used to finance BlackCarbon.
Actually Mr. Harley, Mr. Wilson, Mr. Harry, Frank and Jones remain active as usual in Russia. They hide their identity as important people in BlackCarbon because until now the name BlackCarbon itself has not been sniffed by anyone including the Russian Defense, Russian Police, FSB, CERN, Fadeyka Energy, and others, so did Hanz and Zahid.
