Young Master Genius
Chapter 10

Fadeyka Energy Holding Company is the largest private company in Russia engaged in energy and mineral resources. The holding company owns more than sixty companies spread around the world, such as ONE Migas in Indonesia, English Petroleum in the UK, Germany Electra in Germany, Platonic Petroleum in Greece, Yuan You Energy in China, Khan Energy in India, and more.

Among them, the largest company with the highest revenue is Oilzprom in Russia which is engaged in oil and gas. In just one year Oilzprom revenue could reach about 110 billion US dollars or 1,500 trillion rupiah. The company recently announced the discovery of oil reserves in the Arctic Pechora Sea.

Oilzprom is based in Lakhta Center, Saint Pertersburg. Oilzprom has been integrated and active in all sectors of the Russian oil and gas industry, including exploration, production, refining, transportation, distribution, marketing, and power generation. Oilzprom is the largest producer of petroleum with a production of forty million tons of oil reserves of two billion tons.

Mr. Dmitry is very Ingenious – Smart and Cunning. He put a fixed rule that must have a stake of 70% in all Fadeyka Energy companies. With the business principle of “One Unit, One Profit”, he has a rule that he will not build subsidiaries other than Fadeyka Energy and the companies under it with the aim: narrowing of management space and suppression of expenditure costs.

Mr. Dmitry inherited intelligence, wealth and character from his late father.

The late Mr. Fadeyka used to be just a small investor in the post-war era of world 2. Its stake in the Soviet Union's Oilzprom was only ten percent. After two years of business, he influenced the owner of Oilzprom that the oil and gas company will go bankrupt because it will compete with other oil and gas companies such as from Arabia and India.

Incited, Mendeleyev eventually sold all his shares to Mr. Fadeyka for fear of loss. Sneaky, Mr. Fadeyka borrowed money in the bank as much as billions of dollars to buy all the shares. It didn't take long for young Mr. Fadeyka to pay all his debts.

Mr. Fadeyka sold thirty percent of his stake in Oilzprom to buy shares of Germany Electra. One year of his business, he again did cunning by influencing Adolf as the main owner of Germany Electra with a stake of seventy-five percent. Adolf was influenced by incitement, then sold all his shares on the grounds of fear of loss.

To control his two companies, Mr. Fadeyka founded Fadeyka Energy because in the next few years he believes there will be many companies that will be acquired, in the same year he managed to take over one oil and gas company in the UK on the grounds that he claimed to be American and not Soviet.

Mr. Fadeyka also acquired one power generation company in France and another in Italy. He built his oil and gas marketing offices in Spain and Portugal. In one of the Soviet Union's splinter regions, now Ukraine, he took over a nuclear power plant company with the backing of the Soviet government itself.

Not ten years into business, Mr. Fadeyka has held up many flags in the fertile lands of Europe. It is not wrong if Fadeyka Energy is called like a kingdom. Therefore, the name Fadeyka is very famous and respected by people in Europe, especially among state officials and businessmen.

In the era of Mr. Dmitry himself the flag of Fadeyka Energy increasingly fluttered in the lands of Asia. If they enter China, they will sell the name of Russia and Communism.

“We will fight for the fate of the workers!” shouted Mr. Dmitry in front of workers in China.

However, if he entered the land of Indonesia at the time of acquiring ONE Migas, he decorated like a candidate for board members with high patriotic values.

“We as citizens who uphold democratic values certainly keep harmony between religious people. Do not let small issues will eliminate your livelihood. We are socialists, not communists! The rights of every worker should be upheld.”

However, in fact in terms of economy and business he is a true capitalist. Socialists are mere masks. Even in his country Russia today, he often fuss with the government because it does not obey the rules, but because with so much money, he has to do with the government, with ease he managed to kongkalikong with officials who are always short of money for the purpose of launching his business.

Now Mr. Dmitry has a lot of assets and property spread in many countries in the world with a nominal amount of thousands of trillion rupiah. However, of all there is one of the most valuable assets and properties, namely Fadeyka Palace located on the island of Valaam.

Valaam is the largest island in the Lake Ladoga Islands. The island is located in the northwestern part of Russia. Due to the uniqueness of its geological structure and geographical location, the island has special micro-climates. This is because the island of Valaam is rock-based and is in the middle of the largest lake in Europe.

The palace of Lord Dmitry is like a building in a fairy tale. The giant pillars as tall as a four-story building were so gallantly standing. The typical European carving is so thick with a milky white color. Thousands of cypress trees neatly arranged around his magnificent palace are extraordinary.

In front of the giant door made of teak with jasmine carvings there is a roundabout fountain. The water doesn't stop flowing. Left-right streets are planted with the unsightly Syngonium Zira Garden and Dracaena. On the other side of the road are Calandiva and Fuschia.

In the vicinity of his palace there are more than five hundred kinds of Russian plants and imports. Among them there are imported from Indonesia, such as ornamental plants wijaya kusuma and raining mas. In the vast expanse of land there are some banyan trees whose age is still very young. All these plants are in one area of the palace bounded by a twenty-meter trellis fence, encircling the palace fifteen kilometers away.

Valaam Palace is guarded by full security officers 24 hours seven days nonstop. At the main entrance there are five people standing guard and at every one kilo meter there is a post guarded by two people. There was one more guard post that was right next to the palace building. There were five people standing guard there.

How are things outside the palace?

Valaam Island is like any other city or region, only the locals will obey all orders of Mr. Dmitry because most of them are Mr. Dmitry's workers. He is known very well by the people of Valaam island for giving aid too often. He built schools, hospitals, roads, bridges, markets, malls, parks, and all the amenities of the city.

He built his own steam power plant on the island of Valaam, then electricity was provided free of charge to all citizens. He also has his own water treatment plant with two products, one clean water and another drinking water product that has gone through the Reverse Osmosis stage. Everything's free.

Actually the people who live on the island of Valaam are the workers of Fadeyka Energy itself and his family. For example, there was a man working in the Fadeyka Energy office in Saint Petersburg but did not have enough money to buy a house, so the worker was given the opportunity to get a house on the island of Valaam until the completion of the service period.

Therefore, most of the residents living there are families of Fadeyka Energy workers, only a very few non-Fadeyka civilians, among whom are police, civil servants, among others, house of worship officers, private employees, small traders, the rest a handful unemployed.

However, behind his wealth and kindness, Mr. Dmtiry was like a king who was free to behave as he pleased.

After the engagement of Stefan and Anouskha Zigor in Switzerland, when he arrived at his palace, he saw a security guard sleeping during working hours.

“Sir yego zovut? (What's his name?)” ask Mr. Dmitry who is still in the car.

“Artyom, Sir,” replied his partner.

“The meaning of his name is safe, but he himself cannot make it safe.”

Artyom. He's ambushed.

Mr. Dmitry is rampaging. “You I fired. Get you off this island!”
