Chapter 13
Erick, Alan, and Dara await Diana's grandmother's arrival at the airport. They are impatient and give a small celebration as a surprise welcome which is certainly the idea of the nanny herself.
Alan quietly observed the expressions of the two people nearby, still not accepting if his cousin got a beautiful girl like Dara. Another only with Erick trying to get close to the girl, but unfortunately it didn't work out and instead increasingly avoided her.
"You avoiding me?"
"Who's avoiding you?" elak Dara's.
Erick grinned thinly. "Even a child knows you're avoiding me."
"That's just your feeling."
"Yep, and I'm still here." Sela Alan who is not considered, like a mosquito intruder.
Erick grieves, his cousin was always ruining the moment. "No need to leave."
"I'm just pointing to presence." Alan was silent looking at the sharp gaze towards him. "I hate that look" he mumbled softly.
"Why are you avoiding me?" Erick did not budge, again asking questions to eliminate his curiosity.
"It's nothing." Elak Dara was nervous.
"That's because you're sleeping in the same bed." Alan Celetul.
Suddenly it made both of them surprised, while Alan shrugged both shoulders indifferently.
"Eh, that's.that I accidentally slept in your bed. Sorry." Dara was even nervous and tried to tell her the truth, yet she frowned seeing Erick laugh. "Why are you laughing?" tanyanya shame.
"So you think you get on top of the bed when you're fast asleep? I woke up and saw you sitting on the floor, sitting position while sleeping is very uncomfortable."
"Ja-so you're the one holding me?" ask Dara carefully.
Erick nodded and smiled faintly. "Who else if not me. You took care of me last night, thanks for that."
Dara blushed in embarrassment, the figure she had once hurt turned out to still be nice to her. "Together."
Alan was sick of seeing the two men, again he was not considered at all and decided to leave to give them space.
"When did Diana's grandmother arrive?" dara asked curiously, looking at one by one people who passed by in that place.
"It looks like we're overzealous, there's still half an hour left. How we go for a walk first, time will pass."
"Can." Dara nodded in agreement to accept Erick's idea.
The two walked and walked around there, the awkwardness still lingering and trying to pull over. Dara watched Erick, still not believing that the man was being nice was so different the first time he met after such a long time.
"Remember the past."
"That's it, there's no need to be yanked anymore." Sela Erick quickly didn't want the wound.
Dara was silent, their moment together made the two nostalgic.
"Aren't you tired of reading books every day? And always alone." Dara asked frankly.
Erick confirmed his thick glasses and looked at the girl sitting next to him, very fascinated by the beauty of the girl and she knows that Dara is one of the popular girls in school and liked by many people. The first approach successfully captivated her, and the first time felt in love.
"You daydreaming? God, if you're like this, a tree-waiting ghost could get into you. Oh yeah, I haven't said my name yet. My name is Dara, and you?" very enthusiastic, throwing a sweet smile increasingly makes the nerd like it.
Erick was silent for a moment, helping out as their introduction and retaliating by extending his hand. "Erick's." He spoke briefly without making small talk.
"Friends?"
Erick nodded and smiled, very happy to make a friend like Dara.
Since then the two are close, they sell together and become familiar, the feelings develop more and more with each other. Erick was very surprised Dara expressed feelings of love for him, let alone witnessed by some students to be a very beautiful moment, if he could capture the beautiful moment.
"After a long time we were close, I liked you a lot."
Yep, one sentence made Erick's heart at that time very flowery. Feels like a dream and does not want the dream to pass too quickly, every second is very valuable. The statement of Dara's feelings increases her self-confidence, so she also confesses her feelings of first loving the girl.
The two officially became lovers, slowly Erick changed his appearance and made others amazed even Dara to the point of not being able to blink seeing the drastic change of her lover. But their love journey must end, because the man knows the intention of the lover who turned out to approach him is only a bet.
Dara tries to explain everything, but it's too late when Erick doesn't want to see her and always dodges, even deciding to go abroad after high school.
"Why are you daydreaming?" erick flicked his finger in front of Dara.
Instantly Dara regained consciousness and her mind returned to the present. "It's not important." Quickly follow.
"It doesn't matter but you're up to daydream."
Half an hour later, the three of them returned. Shortly saw an old woman coming with several bodyguards, for the safety and security of the grandmother. Some of the company's defeated enemies compete with the Adelmo family-owned company sparking a prolonged conflict, so Erick orders several bodyguards for his grandmother.
Erick stretched out his arms to welcome the grandmother's embrace, but his estimation was wrong because the first hug fell on Dara while he and Alan gaped in disbelief.
"Well Grandma's granddaughter, why would anyone else get the first hug, so unfair!" sewot Alan was definitely envious.
"It looks like Grandma has a new favorite granddaughter, and the old one is forgotten." Erick said showing a sad face, not looking adorable but very strange in the eyes of Alam also Dara.
"Sorry, Grandma's got Dara first." Grandma Diana hugged her two grandchildren lovingly for a split second and let go. He dizzy looking for something made the three feel confused as well as curious.
"Grandma see what?" alan asked scratching his head that was not itchy.
"Where's the welcome for me?"
"Everything is prepared in the mansion, Nek." said Dara who was very excited also enthusiastic.
"Come, I'm impatient." Grandma Diana was also very enthusiastic, pulled Dara's hand and walked first.
Erick and Alan felt that the grandmother's attention was distracted by a girl who had helped him, only to sigh patiently as she followed them from behind.
Arriving at the Adelmo residence, the thing that made them surprised was that the grandmother suddenly had a relapse of senile disease, not remembering about Erick and Alan until the two poor men were forced to sleep outside. Unexpectedly, many guards were around to monitor them so as not to go inside and would give the consequences of severe punishment from the grandmother.
