Yashinta (My brother-in-law My love)
Roof of Company Building

"Honey, this is Aunt Arumi, Sean's mother."

Yashinta will say hello before Andri continues his sentence.

"Your Mama's candidate."

Yashinta instantly sculpted, staring at Andri with an illegible highlight. Sean just turned his attention in the other direction, he watched the soap opera for the scene several times as they are currently doing, it feels Sean realized if the expression Yashinta gave is a rejection.

"Well" Yashinta said, Andri knew her daughter. He knew what Yashinta meant, though not outright rejection, but his daughter demanded an explanation. Andri looked at his future wife for a while, the woman gave him a smile full of understanding. Then Andri rubbed Yashinta's hand which was in his grasp.

"Papa and Aunt Arumi have known each other for a long time. We are both alone and need each other."

"We found ourselves fit to be in a relationship that was more than just a work partner." Andri said in a soft-sounding speech so her daughter could easily understand.

Andri and Arumi–Mama Sean, as two people who both run a company, have been working together for the past five years, he said, in fact they have a restaurant run together with Arumi's sister as her manager.

Gradually, the working relationship made the two who had been lonely for a long time after their respective partners went away for a long time to feel each other's comfort. The two men are too mature to just play around and intend to go to a serious level on the approval of their child.

"Papa's right, Yashinta, and we're waiting for your approval." Mama Sean spoke up.

Yashinta turned her gaze to Andri, the man nodded his head. "Yes, Honey. Had you not agreed," Andri paused his sentence, appearing doubtful with eyes fixed on Arumi.

"Father and Aunt Arumi will not marry" he said understandingly. Andri knew, it would be very difficult for Yashinta to accept the presence of a new mama in her house after ten years there was only Andri beside the girl as a parent. Andri will not force Yashinta to approve her and Arumi.

While Sean, he's already given his blessing. He had met several times with Andri on top of his status as the future husband of the mother as well as the prospective stepfather, his stepfather, unlike Andri who has not managed to step up to say to Yashinta and Arumi is very understanding of it.

When he first met Andri with Sean, his son also gave the same reaction as Yashinta. But slowly, the man was able to accept and understand the mother. He also needs a companion after a long time alone once Papa Sean dies.

Sean understood that, it was enough that the mother continuously prioritized it. It was Sean's turn to be behind his mom and support his happiness.

"We can give you time, dear." Arumi connected with a sincere smile. Yashinta only smiled faintly, his eyes still looking confused.

"Yes, go to the toilet for a while." she said, which passed from the presence of the three people. Andri seemed to sigh, also feeling bad for Arumi and Sean.

"Yashinta just needs time." Arumi calmed down, Andri just nodded faintly. Sean stared at Yashinta's back as he walked towards the elevator and through the crowd.

There is nothing stupid to do when you are in the toilet except just wash your hands are still clean. He just stared at the reflection of his face in the mirror and did an assessment of his stepmother candidate. The first thing Yashinta saw was Sean.

Yashinta knows Sean as a good man, meaning Arumi manages to educate him because he is also a good person. Arumi's smile and also the understanding that the woman gave him when he could not make a decision also looks full of sincerity.

Yashinta obviously could not immediately refuse, he had no reason, let alone see how Andri seemed to adore Arumi. The glint of affection in the eyes of the father clearly emanated when he looked at the woman. The glow that Yashinta last saw about ten years ago when the mother was still there.

However, to see another woman in her house with the status of being Andri's wife, as her mother, Yashinta found it difficult to accept her.

The girl just kept daydreaming for a moment when she was in the elevator. The elevator door was about to close when someone put their fingers in to hold the elevator door. The elevator doors opened and the two facing each other stared at each other in a straight line.

Yashinta saw Gibran who was so handsome with his formal black stellan, looking neat as usual. Gibran also looks as handsome as Yashinta who today looks different, the girl looks mature with her makeup.

But that was not what caught Gibran's attention. But the bubbelgum-colored knee-length dress he wore. At first glance the shadow when Mother designed the dress even discussed the color with Gibran across the man's head.

Gibran is quite sure if the dress that Yashinta wears is a special design of the Mother. The ribbon accents on his left shoulder are proof, even though Gibran recognized the design of his mother. So it can not be wrong, meaning Yashinta knows the Mother, either as a customer subscription boutique Mother or maybe more than that.

"Mas Gibran," Yashinta rebuked, making the man raise an eyebrow and step into the elevator and push the button to the roof of the building.

The two people in the elevator momentarily fell silent to each other, until then Yashinta who reprimanded first to melt the frozen atmosphere in the elevator.

"Mas Gibran is handsome tonight." he praised that made Gibran involuntarily smile thinly.

"Yas' eyes, healthy. Why mother?" the girl furrowed her brows, Gibran just shrugged indifferently. Silence enveloped both. Gibran turned his head, watching the girl who looked dreamy afterwards. Gibran frowned, the look on Yashinta's face was not as usual, the girl looked different with a cheerful aura missing on her face.

Gibran guessed that the girl was in a bad mood. "Do you want to tell me?" gibran asked as the elevator stopped, the two people only fell silent when the elevator doors opened. "Why did Yas have to tell Mas Gibran the same story?" the girl asked back.

"Because I'm ready to hear whatever your story is."

"Meet me when you're ready for the story." the man replied with a smile and came out first, nodding his head briefly at Yashinta before then passing away and joining the others.

The company's anniversary event began afterwards, Andri as the owner of the company. The most important person there gave his speech, thanking the invited guests who were present, telling briefly about his company, he said, thank the employees who dedicate themselves in the company and introduce Yashinta to the public as his only daughter who will be the successor of the company in the future.

Yashinta received a good reception in accordance with what the papa hoped. The invited guests enjoy the banquet as well as all employees of the company employees afterwards.

Yashinta who tried to avoid the chat around the business world from his colleagues papa trying to find a lonely place to be alone. He did not remember the last time he joined the father at a party related to the world of work like this. But for sure, the situation is not much different from the present.

Where Yashinta will always look for a quiet place to avoid discussing business people who sound boring in his ears. Yashinta has not been interested in that.

He grabbed a glass of drink as a waitress passed him a few glasses of drink on the tray, watching the people attending the event until his eyes caught a familiar figure. A person she wanted to hate but couldn't. He frowned looking at the scarves circling his neck.

Suddenly Yashinta recalled what Kafka told him the other day about Saras's problem. As Kafka said, if Papa Saras like having two characters. Yashinta noticed the interaction of the father with the child who was talking to Andri, Papa Yashinta. Andri then waved, asking Yashinta to come closer.

The girl said, walking up to Andri and greeting Papa Saras when Andri introduced her.

"Your son is very beautiful." praised Papa Saras who made Andri laugh, while Yashinta only smiled after saying thanks.

"You know Saras, don't you? My daughter, I hear you guys are a generation." she made small talk to Yashinta.

"Yes, Om. We're one class, another class." Yashinta said politely.

Subsequently, Papa Saras and Andri passed by as some of his colleagues waved to have the two men join them. There were only Yashinta and Saras there. The two people were just staring as if they did not know each other.

Yashinta stared at the scarves around Saras' neck, until when the wind blew hard enough, the scarves came off and exposed bruises around the girl's neck.

Saras, who realizes that if Yashinta sees him, repairs his scarves quickly, he wants to pass, but Yashinta first blocks his wrist.

"Why is Saras' neck?" he asked, Saras did not reply, just looking at Yashinta with an illegible look.

"Kafka tell me, Yas knows what happened." said the girl when Saras really just kept quiet.

Saras sighed. "Gue maksa to Papa to meet Mama and do not need to come to this event. Papa was angry," at last Saras told him.

"Keep the chirp Saras?" Yashinta asked in a doubtful tone. Saras. "Gue can ask you one thing?" ask the girl later.

"What Saras?"

"Loe keep it a secret, don't let the other kids know this."

Yashinta nodded. "Just promise to keep a secret." Saras nodded in confidence, only the girl would pass but Yashinta again blocked her wrist.

"If so Yas can ask for something is also not the same Saras?" tanyakanya.

"What?"

"If yesterday's incident happens again, Yas asks Saras to come to Yas's house, not to Kafka's house."
