Yashinta (My brother-in-law My love)

Yashinta (My brother-in-law My love)
Dining Table Mother (2)

The following days, when the wedding between Andri and Arumi only had to count the days, Yashinta got an invitation from Mother to dinner at her house, Yashinta could not refuse at that time, Yashinta said, the fact that Kafka has not told Mother that they have broken up seems to make Yashinta still transformed into Kafka's girlfriend.

This time, Yashinta tells Gibran how Mother thinks she and Kafka are still dating. Apparently, Gibran was the same as Kafka, did not want to offend Mother.

The man gave her permission to come to meet the invitation of the Mother with Gibran who will also stop by the Mother's house and join dinner together.

Yashinta came when the time showed at five in the afternoon, he jumped into the kitchen and helped Mother cook. At that time, Kafka had just stepped down from the second floor of his room and walked into the kitchen to grab a drink.

Judging from her messy hair and slightly red eyes, Yashinta was quite certain that the man had just woken up.

"Where are you, Ka. Not coming home from the office yet?" asked Mommy when she saw her youngest son was drinking a glass of water.

"Say she'll stop by."

"Wait for Bun, most are still in the company." Kafka then sat down on one of the dining table chairs right opposite Yashinta who was peeling an onion.

Kafka just stared at the girl, at a glance he remembered his quarrel with Gibran the other day, he had not had time to apologize to the brother, honestly Kafka felt guilty for offending Kanza in front of Gibran.

Though he knew how the relationship between his brother and former sister-in-law ended.

"Silver,"

Kafka regained his senses upon hearing Yashinta's voice, spontaneously pulling the girl's hand and taking her to the sink after seeing Yashinta's watery eyes. Mother who found it just watched.

"Darling, you slice a carrot. Let the bring it be Mother's business with Aunt." Mother voiced after a while, making Auntie ngibrit take the onion container following Yashinta peel.

While the two people in the sink looked busy, Kafka was helping Yashinta wet his eyes so as not to get sore after the gadus carelessly rubbed his eyes with a hand used peeling onions.

"Don't use your hands." stop Kafka, hold the girl's hand that will rub her eyes again. Kafka used his hand and rubbed the girl's eyes slowly.

"Where is it going?" kafka asked, Yashinta blinked his eyes. Then nod his head. And he realized that Kafka was still holding his hand.

"It's light, honey?" mama asked, making Kafka spontaneously take off Yashinta's hand as well as the girl who pulled her hand.

"Udah–Bun." Yashinta replied, nervous.

"Sorry, Mother, yeah. Mommy should not let you peel the onions." sorry Mommy, feeling bad has made the girl shed tears.

"No Papa Mother." Yashinta displays her best smile so that Mother does not need to feel guilty.

"Yes, you sit down and eat Mother, yeah"

"Yes to help."

"Help look, okay." Mother forced a little and made Yashinta finally just nod her head. He just sat there and saw Mommy cooking, while Kafka came back to the bathroom to take a bath and change clothes.

The man immediately threw his body over the bed, stared at the ceiling of the room and exhaled a rough breath. Kafka could not hold it any longer, he could not continue to let Yashinta be around him and acted as if they were still dating.

Kafka doesn't want to hold her back any longer or she won't be able to control her feelings for the girl. Kafka wasn't good enough to hold back.

He closed his eyes, then took a pillow and covered his face with it.

Kafka went downstairs right after Mother and Aunt finished cooking, Yashinta seemed to be arranging the dining table and put some containers filled with side dishes along with the sound of knocking on the door, kafka to open the door.

"That must be Mas Gibran," Mother said.

"Let Yas open the door, Mother." the girl quickly moved and made Kafka's steps stop. The man who was about to go to open the door chose to sit down immediately but his eyes fixed on Yashinta's back who was walking towards the exit.

Yashinta straightened her hair before opening the door, smiling as she saw her lover standing at the door with a suit draped in her hand.

"Hay," Yashinta greeted with a cheerful smile. Gibran smiled and waved his hand, the man had a glimpse of the conditions inside the house before then briefly wiping one side of Yashinta's face.

"Mother is waiting in the dalem, same Kafka" he said as he walked with the man. "Evening is ready" he continued.

"You're cooking?"

"Follow the onion, keep on crying." Yashinta replied with a laugh, Gibran just smiled in response.

"You've come, Mommy. Let's eat," said Mother, put the last plate containing sweet sour shrimp at the dining table and then sit down. And so are his children.

Gibran put his suit on the back of the chair, at first glance he exchanged glances with Kafka and then sat down when Mother had scooped rice.

"Especially you Mas" Mother directed her gaze at Gibran. "Do not eat late for work reasons. Mommy does not want your child to be sick." continued that makes the three smile and say thank you.

The four begin the meal, with Yashinta and Kafka sitting next to each other and then face off against Mommy and Gibran. Yashinta is directly dealing with her boyfriend. It feels awkward when they have to be together and hide their relationship.

"Papa Yashinta's wedding preparations are all done, huh?" Mother asked on the sidelines to eat.

"Yes, Bun. Almost a hundred percent." the girl said, then put rice in her mouth.

"It's nice to have a new mom." Mother teased the girl.

"Happy Mother, Yas's house must also be a rame."

"Sean lives at home too?" this time Gibran asked, enough to make the girl gasp, instead of immediately saying he was daydreaming.

Gibran who was chewing food frowned looking at the girl, as soon as he swallowed his food he spoke. "Sean's staying at your house?" the man clarified his question.

Yashinta nodded her head in response. Mother who saw it just smiled while Kafka more silent and focused on finishing his food.

After that, the Mother with Gibran and Yashinta again ate. When he raised his gaze to talk to his eldest son about something, Mother accidentally saw a scene that was quite surprising.

Where Gibran looks to keep staring at Yashinta and someone smiles and Yashinta does the same.

"Mas," Mother called out, making the man spontaneously turn to her.

"Yes, Bun?"

"Yesterday Binda meet Kanza." said Mother. It succeeded in making the look of Gibran's face change the conspiracy of seconds, and also seized the attention of Kafka who recalled the incident a few days ago when he discussed Kanza with his brother.

Yashinta looked up. Kafka turned to the girl for a while before focusing on Mommy.

"How many years, dad? It's been a long time, she now looks more mature." Mother is like glaring.

"But it remains the same. Still beautiful, polite and friendly. Still as before." said Mother again but Gibran's mood has changed. Especially at a glance he saw the look on Yashinta's face that seemed to have guessed who the woman was meant by Mother.

"Can't you guys get back together?" ask Mother later.

The woman's eyes looked teary, but then she seemed to push away her tears from falling.

Mother sighed. "Mother shouldn't have said this. But Mommy just wants you to be with a woman who can make you happy."

"Mother feels sure Kanza is the one" he continued.

It made Yashinta's hand under the table clenched perfectly, not angry at Mother, only she felt tremendous pain in her heart.

"Mother wants to have two good daughters-in-law. One Kanza and one Yashinta." this time Mother turned her gaze to Yashinta but the girl could not smile at all. Even so, the girl still tried to carve out her smile.

"After later Kafka and Yashinta married–"

"But Yashinta won't get married, Bun." Kafka interrupted quickly, Mother looking at her youngest son in surprise.

"Yashinta has broken up."

"When?" Mother looked surprised and more astonished.

"Olderly, Mother. We're not dating." Mother was silent, she looked at Yashinta who had been silent since. "Certainly Yashinta?" this time I asked the girl.

Yashinta slowly nodded her head. It seems, this is the right time for Mother to know the facts. That he and Kafka are no longer together.

For a moment Mother just pecked, her appetite was gone already.

Whereas from the beginning when Kafka first introduced Yashinta to her, Mommy assumed that their relationship was only limited to teenagers and she did not expect more from both.

But when you now hear the two people breaking up, you feel empty. He already feels compatible with Yashinta and already loves the girl.

"No papa, even if you break up Mother already consider Yashinta like Mother's own child" said Mother.

"Yashinta, you're free to play here if you want. The door of the house is always open for you."
