"And if you fear that you will not be able to do justice to the (rights) of the orphaned woman (if you marry her), then marry the women (other) whom you love: two, three, or four. Then if you are afraid that you will not be able to be fair, then (here) only one, or the slaves that you have. That is closer to not doing wrong."
[An-Nisaa'/4: 3].

Polygamy is one of the Islamic Shari'a. Polygamy is also a widely opposed Sharia among Muslims. Which he said harmed women, according to those who held the method of female emancipation.
But polygamy itself is not what they think it is. The scholars judge the laws of polygamy with different laws. One of them is Shaykh Mustafa Al-Adawiy. He mentioned that the law of polygamy is sunnah, but there are several conditions, including; a person who is able to do justice, safe from neglect to worship so that his duty increases, able to take care of his wives, and his wife, and able to fulfill the birth and inner living.
So according to Amira polygamy is legitimate, but she as a woman must also consider everything first. He really did not expect that the man told by Arif was Dinan. Amira believes Dinan meets the above criteria but she is not sure of herself. Polygamy???
No, none of that was on his mind. It was as if he had lost his brain function at this moment. Amira sat down with a dashed breath sign that she was holding back the emotions that would overflow at any moment.
Amira put the paper in her hand. He really wants to feel pulverized or tear the paper to formless. But his instincts were still reliable so he simply put down roughly.
Amira taawudz while sitting with her legs hanging, after enough she got up and walked to the bathroom, she had to take a shower and ablution immediately to cool her boiling head. In the past, once before Amira knew how to relieve her anger she would grumble or scream as much as she did but now she knows how.
Said one of ustadz filler routine studies in the housing complex, if you are angry there are some things done. The first time is to ask for protection from God, then change position if standing immediately sitting down and if in a sitting state immediately lying down, take ablution water, take, silence to withstand the overflow of emotions and the last is to remember the primacy of people who are able to withstand emotions.
In a hadith from Muadz Radhiyallahu anhu Rasulullah Shallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:
مَنْ كَظَمَ غَيْظاً وَهُوَ قَادِرٌ عَلَى أَنْ يُنَفِّذهُ دَعَأهُ اللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ عَلَى رُؤُوْسِ الْخَلاَئِقِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ حَتَّى يُخَيِّرَهُ مِنَ الْحُوْرِ مَا شَاءَ
Whoever holds back his anger when he is able to vapourize it, Allah will call him before the creatures on the Day of Resurrection to give him the choice of the angel he desires.
Isn't it amazing what a reply is for a person who is able to withstand emotions? So when we are able to withstand the emotions why should we vent, when we vapourize it we can sometimes get out of control and add to sin. Why so? Just imagine, when we are angry sometimes that comes out of our lips is something that we sometimes do not think. This can sometimes hurt the feelings of others, so when we hurt the feelings of our own brother does that add to sin?
After fresh Amira came out of the bathroom, she then took the mukena for the preparation of Maghrib prayers. And looking at the clockwise he walked up to the Qur'an, for there were still about fifteen minutes left. Amira read some letters in the Qur'an in a random way, she read along with the meaning.
Amira closed the Qur'an when she heard the call of her brother, as usual she prayed with her brother and also her little ponakan. After the Maghrib prayers three rakaats Arif called Amira to talk.
Amira took off her face and put her headscarf back on, she took some drinking water in the kitchen and then she took it to the living room. There he could see Arif reading the book, whether the title was clear that the book was smaller than the folio but thick.
"What do you want to talk about?" Amira sat in the chair opposite Arif.
"Just talk," replied Arif while giving a partition on the book. He looked at Amira then put the book back on the table.
"Where's mom?" Amira turned to the door of the prayer.
"By Fatimah." Amira put her glass on the table.
"You've read the biodata you put on the table." Amira looked up at her brother's face then nodded.
"You must be surprised?" Amira nodded back.
"What will you decide?" Amira looked at the older brother and then shook her head.
"What's the surprise that you lost your vocal cord function?" Amira knows Arif is teasing her but she is still reluctant to make a sound. He couldn't put out all the flavors in his body in any way.
"What makes you doubt?" Amira looked at Arif's face and then she lowered her head, didn't she have to tell her brother everything? But it seems like the older brother is very pro with Dinan meaning pro as well with polygamy. Ah, polygamy with men is something that is already inherent.
Why women should not polyandry if men can polygamy. O God of Amira, what have you thought? Obviously not, how to give fate if women to polyandry, where your brain is Amira.
"Does every man want polygamy?" Arif stared at the sister leisurely, he was just a little surprised but it was only for a moment. For Arif the Amira question makes sense.
"It can be yes, but many do not. Maybe eight out of ten people. But who does only one of eight." Amira looked at Arif, she digested the brother's words.
"According to Brother, what is the viewpoint on polygamy?"
"Polygamy is allowed even in the Quran. What's to be in trouble? There is no problem about polygamy, precisely some scholars argue that polygamy is the sunnah of the law. But it must meet the requirements that have been determined." Amira fell silent, what she suspected was true if the older brother was a pro against men. Naturally Arif pro he is the man who revealed what is in the Qur'an.
Amira is the one who believes in the existence of acquired polygamy, remember it should be underlined that allowed polygamy is not a command of polygamy. Because Amira does not know the reason for being ordered by polygamy. Amira isn't a polygamist, is she. For he is aware that if God permits polygamy, there is a good given by God that man does not know. Or there could be trials given by God that are not known by humans. Back to the point of view of polygamy according to Amira. He is not a pro against polygamy nor is he an anti-polygamist. Polygamy is allowed. But if Amira is polygamous Amira will firmly say 'no'.
Amira does not want polygamy, she wants to be like Khodijah who is the only wife of Rosulullah. He wanted to be Khodijah who was not polygamous by Rosulullah. Not because I don't like it, right. But because he just wants to keep his heart and keep the heart of his people. Yeah, she doesn't want to be the one to hurt other women. He knew, if someone was polygamous surely a good wife would allow. But do not rule out the possibility that in the corner of his heart he must still hold a little sense of named unwillingly.
Therefore, Amira does not want to hurt a wife. Besides Amira wasn't sure she could accept the situation, she wasn't sure that she wouldn't be jealous of honey. Since she was just an ordinary woman, that envy was always there. Amira knew that if she could sincerely enter into heaven according to His promise. But he is not sure he can be sincere, is not it if until he is taken home, not sincerely even dirty his heart and make him fail to get the door of heaven? Wouldn't it be better for him to look for the door of heaven in another way of worship? Who does not play with the heart?
Yes, that's how Amira thinks of polygamy. He does not forbid others to polygamy but he if he can choose he does not want to be polygamous.
"What are you thinking?" Amira looked quickly at Arif.
"Why did Mr. Dinan get into the ranks of polygamous people?" Arif smiling.
"Because he has the potential to qualify as polygamous." Arif answered casually. Amira looked at Arif's face carefully she could see realistically that there was sincerity in those eyes.
"Aren't you going to be polygamous?" Amira nodded then nodded.
"I'm confused, to be honest I don't want to be polygamous but I can't refuse polygamy either. Ah, Ami's confused." Arif instead of concerned he laughs at Amira's ambiguous words and the frustrated face of his sister.
"Jalani alone, heaven is a reward for women who are willing to be polygamized but with a sincere note."
"Well, that's hard." Amira said with a rising tone and a good volume of voice.
"What?" ask Arif.
"Ikhlas." Arif nodded. "You know Deck, sincerely it is only God who is able to judge. Leave everything to God. And be assured that what God gives you under any circumstances is better than your choice
For God gave his servant what he needed not what his servant wanted." Arif stared at Amira's lekat.
"Keep Ami must accept Mr. Dinan." Arif shrugged his shoulders.
"Sholat first to get an answer. Remember God according to the prejudice of his servant." Amira looked at her brother and then she ran towards him and hugged him.
"Now I know the answer," said Amira in a carefree tone. Makes Arif smile thinly.
