"Isn't God sufficient to protect His servants."
[Az-Zumar: 36]
---
Amira tidied up her bed, then she headed to the window to open the curtains and clearly see the scene below, as her room was upstairs. Amira could see under Ifa - the sister of Dinan - was playing and joking with the princess. He looked down silently. She still remembered Ifa's body gesture when she came to this house for the first time.
Amira sees the face of Ifa who is not cheerful and tends to be cynical towards her, she is not blind that her husband's sister does not like her. He had been here for almost three days but it never brought the two closer together. Amira became more and more guilty, moreover she saw that estrangement also happened to Dinan.
"Who saw what?" Amira turned her head quickly towards Dinan who was buttoning the arm of his shirt and she approached and helped Dinan.
"See Ifa is teaching the way." Dinan looked at Amira frowning then nodded. She did not know what was in the mind of the man who was already her husband that there must be something that Dinan seemed to be hiding in silence.
"Today you want to come to college?" Amira looked at Dinan then she shook her head but before long she moved her head back up and down.
"People say the first answer is an honest answer because it's spontaneity, but considering Mas's girlfriend's Miray's thinker so the second answer could be the final answer with a lot of consideration." Dinan stepped towards the closet and took the tie. Amira takes over then she puts it on her husband's neck.
"What's Miray doing there?" Amira took Dinan's suit and bag.
"There is a student expo event, there is also an event like a child economy bazaar. So no need to worry about not having activities." Dinan hugged his wife from behind.
"People can't leave you alone on the battlefield." Amira looked at the expression on the husband's face.
"meaning?"
"Mas knows the wife of this mas is not feeling good with Ifa. Mas know ifa's treatment is a little offensive, but Mas hope you understand ya." Amira nodded then took off Dinan's embrace.
"I know and know very well, that the ideal brother-in-law of Ifa is not me." Amira immediately walked out leaving Dinan who let out a long sigh.
Amira went down the stairs slowly, she did not want to slip because at this time she was wearing socks which means the floor felt slippery for her. He stepped towards the dining table, there were already two bottles of water he had prepared. One bottle he brought and one bottle he put in Dinan's bag. Amira again stepped forward he did not meet the occupants of the house because he knew the occupants of the house were playing in the side yard.
"Mi," called Dinan to coincide as Amira was about to pick up Dinan's shoes on the shelf.
"Yes" replied Amira quietly.
"Follow yes," said Dinan taking over his shoes and he also took Amira's shoes.
"Nice to mother. Cook me around, not to mention tomorrow Zainab's aqiqah." Dinan stared silently at Amira's eyes, he did not want to be denied at this time so he did not make a sound just staring at the wife.
"Mas, don't dong if you're eating." Dinan did not care about Amira's words.
"Yes, Miray get the bag first." Amira said that in an unwilling tone but when she saw the smile engraved on Dinan Amira's lips regretted her decision that had rejected Dinan some time ago.
She knew her husband wanted to keep the feelings she had but Amira also realized that she could not keep avoiding her problems.
"Mas wait in front." Amira nodded at the ease of stepping inside to pick up the bag. Amira was wearing a hijab that was in line with her shirt and she put her phone in a bag not to forget she was carrying a spare sock. Amira comes out of the room to coincide with Ifa rising to the top. Amira does not know what Ifa does but certainly Ifa's room is below and the upper area is very rarely colonized by people because there is only a warehouse, Dinan's room and library.
"Mbak," call Ifa when Amira pulls the zipper off her bag.
"Yes" replied Amira looking up.
"I'm sorry if I'm wrong." Amira stared in confusion then she nodded.
"I also if there's a wrong apology." Amira said slowly.
"Actually I want Dinan to marry Maura's mother." Amira could not say anything she was silent locking her lips tightly, she was unable to digest everything. He thought that for three days Ifa did not like him because he did not want to share Dinan with him but there was a much more frightening reason for Amira to know.
"Will you share?" Amira turned quickly towards Ifa. What's in that woman's brain?
"Maura is pregnant, she needs men to support and support her. So there's no harm in not trying to share it with Maura." Amira tightened her grip on the bag she was unwilling to answer anything at this moment. He was only able to keep quiet and contemplate everything before uttering a sentence that might bring a lot of influence someday.
The marriage that she had built had only been running for five days but consciously the woman in front of her asked her to share a husband that Amira was very unwilling to do. Really, if you may ask which woman is willing to be in the position of Amira at this time. When her marriage alone has not been perfected by unification and she has received a husband-sharing offer, is all this natural?
"I'm willing to share Dinan's car with Mira. So it's not difficult not to share Mira with Maura. Status mbak remains the first wife in a household mbak. Ma'am remains in full power because mbak the first." Amira was eager to shout in front of the one-child woman. She did not understand the mindset that was inside her beautiful head. O Allah, if I may shout maybe Amira will do it at this time, want to express all her opinions and break all arguments of her sister-in-law.
"Mbak is also a woman, although Mbak has never had children but Mbak clearly knows what it is to be pregnant without a husband. I think Mbak is an open-minded woman so I'm sure Mbak understands Maura's feelings. And what's more, Dinan's mas is a former Maura so the chaimistry between the two will definitely be more easily strung together than between Mbak and Dinan's mas which took almost three years." Amira was silent, Amira did not want to say anything was enough for him. Amira does not want to mispronounce and make something simple complicated, because emotions will blind the human mindset.
"You're a girl too, aren't you, Ifa? So please think also from the point of view of mbak, not just from the point of view of yourself and Maura. I first, I've been waiting for Dinan in front." Amira took off her purse strap and put it around her neck and under her armpits, before stepping over she patted her sister-in-law on the shoulder and gave a small smile despite her sour impression. But at least for Amira he tried his best.
---
Amira stepped from one booth to another, she was in a bazaar held by the economics faculty. He did not understand in detail what the event was so there was a bazaar that he knew he was currently alone. Amira steps towards the snack show, she sees her favorite cake she steps up and takes a seat next to two people who seem to be waiting for the booth.
"Is there help, Mom?"
"May I rest for a moment." The two students nodded. Before long Amira was busy with her phone and ignored the many people who swarmed the booth.
"I want the same guidance Mr. Dinan. But honey, it's full."
"Surely Mr. Dinan opened how many seats."
"Only seven."
"At least, when usually at least the lecturers open thirteen."
"According to rumors, Mr. Dinan anti equal coed. So it's open for students."
"Emang sir Dinan still single? That's handsome."
"Singles."
"Well, if not single. Even the combination I feel like I want to." Amira looked up quickly until the two female students turned towards Amira while grimacing.
"Well if lukewarm said the lecturer of Indonesian literature I want to ma'am," replied the student in red hijab. Amira nodded then smiled faintly.
In the heart of Amira refers to the lips of the two girls, when it has not happened can still think like that but if you are married what is sure it will be used as a principle.
"But baby, Mr. Dinan doesn't seem like the kind of person who wants polygamy." It was not just the two girls who turned their heads but almost all the visitors.
"Do you know Mr. Dinan?" Obviously, the man you are talking about is my husband.
"Yes, I used to teach in the same place as Mr. Dinan. Ardinan Nawwaf isn't it?" Amira observed all the girls who were nodding. Amira smiled in her heart saying that not only the students in High School who admire Dinan but many students from various faculties who idolize her husband.
"Yes, listen to me, Mr. Dinan taught there." Amira typed in a message then she turned to the booth number installed on the inside.
"What was Mr Dinan like?"
"Mr Dinan? Yes as it is today it just now looks older than it was two years ago." Amira replied slowly. Then he took out some wet cake packs.
"Not that, it means its nature. What's it like now being cold towards women?" Amira turned towards the red-hijab girl who looked enthusiastic.
"Even according to gossip Mr. Dinan refused to shake hands or have private conversations with women. But if the same students are very open." Student in black hijab chiming. Amira seems to enter the past dimension for today, where she returns to be a gossiping comrade around an Ardinan Nawwaf.
"Said my sister who has graduated, Mr. Dinan was close to one of the teachers before moving to become a lecturer. But it's all just bird news because in fact Mr. Dinan remains single."
"Are you sure you're single?" amira asked as she unzipped her bag. He'll pay for the cake he bought.
"Rest assured, this is from a reliable source."
"From who?" ask the red hijab girl.
"From mbak Dania who used to be deket with Pak Dinan. Archival staff." Amira looked up and then she nodded.
"Have it, don't gossip." Amira said in a soft tone. He did not want to offend others.
"This is not gossip Ma'am. This is revealing a hidden fact."
"Just like, if it is true that the fall to ghibah and if it is wrong fall to slander." Everyone looked towards Amira.
"Why?"
"Mother fits into ustadzah. If you say good words." Amira smiled in response to the words of the students who were currently joking.
"There's Mr. Dinan." Amira turned towards the student guarding the booth.
"It's over?" Amira had not seen how she had heard the voice of Dinan behind her. Amira smiled then she looked back.
"I'm still paying for it." Amira showed me her wallet.
"Mas wait in front." Amira smiled then nodded. Amira again faced towards the student guard booth who looked confused.
"This is close to Mr Dinan?" Amira smiled then nodded.
"The return can be taken. Make a drink here the air is quite stuffy." Amira said slowly. The two guards thanked me.
Amira turned towards the student throwing red hijab, she patted the student on the shoulder and then slightly approached and whispered.
"Maybe you should find another man. Because I don't like being mixed up." Amira patted her shoulder then excuse me not to forget she threw a smile and greetings to the female student who was there. Amira wanted to laugh at this moment, the resentment towards Ifa's words disappeared instantly. All she has to do now is keep her husband to herself.
Amira stepped closer to Dinan who was busy talking to some of his colleagues, so Amira's assessment of the clothes worn by three people who stood with Dinan. And as her footsteps drew closer she was surprised that one of the people Amira wanted to avoid was now looking at her with a smile.
"You're here, Mira?" farhat asked making all eyes on him. Amira became misbehaved and stopped her steps.
Farhat stepped closer to Amira, but Amira instead retreated making Farhat stop at the third step.
"What's wrong?" tanya Farhat looked at Amira who lowered her head. Amira was silent until she felt warm hands taking her groceries.
"You're done?" Amira looked up at Dinan who was already in front of her.
"Let me introduce my partner." Dinan pulled Amira's hand and walked past Farhat who was only able to stay still.
Amira lowered her head when she was in front of two men who were in their forties.
"You know Mr. Dinan's wife, Mr Farhat?" The fatherly voice made Farhat turn his head quickly then approached.
"Yes, we used to be a college."
"Well the world is really narrow if we meet old friends who have a common thread in the future." Amira tightened her hands, for some reason when the past was revealed there was still a beam of wounds that approached her feelings.
"Miray, this is Mr. Danil the rector who is wise in making decisions."
"You're overdoing it sir Dinan." Dinan smiled then pointed towards one man wearing a matching shirt and tie, black.
"This is Mr. Santoso, the great master of his very famous intellect." Amira nodded then cupped her hands together.
"I'm Amira, Mr. Dinan's wife." Farhat looked at Amira and Dinan alternately. He still does not believe Amira's words.
"You're married?" tanya Farhat was pretty slow.
"Oh yes, I do not need to introduce not with a young lecturer who is very famous among these students. You know each other, don't you?" Amira looked up at Dinan then nodded. There were words that Amira was unable to say at this moment, she only hoped that Dinan would realize from the look in his eyes, that he was feeling uneasy at this moment.
