UNEXPECTED MEETING: Naura's Luck

Naura got a notification that there was an incoming email, from an email address obtained due to her status as a High School student. After dinner, in the room by opening the laptop, to check the email. Naura's eyes were wide open to read the information submitted by the Human resource department of PT. Eagle Jaya.Tbk.

"Welcome You Pass the First and Second Stage Selection on our Company. Please come Thursday, October 15th at 10:00, to follow the interview stage."

Naura felt that she had not submitted a proposal anywhere, but she received an invitation to attend an interview at the company.

"Or from the Career Center at High School who sent the file, or the company that was intended by Mr. Teddy first." Naura thought to herself.

Then to get rid of curiosity, Naura opened an email and chat whattapps with academic guidance lecturer Mr. Teddy. He traced the chat that his PA lecturer had sent.

"What is meant by Mr. Teddy kok PT. Elang Nusa, Tbk yes, not PT. Eagle Jaya." Inner Naura.

Naura is back to searching PT. Elang Jaya, Tbk in the Google media, and appeared a list of companies that use the name. After a while he searched for information, Naura finally got an answer if it turned out that the company was owned by Prasetyo Pangestu.

"It turns out that both companies have one main owner. Okay, I'll give you an answer soon. Thursday tomorrow I will attend." Naura finally smiled, and gave an answer to the invitation.

She replied that she will be present at the interview session with HRD on Thursday morning. After sending a reply email, Naura prepared herself by preparing a photo copy of legalization diploma, value transcript, curriculum vitae, and official cover letter, as well as other additional competencies. Although he had been sent from the campus, but he also showed a professional attitude, so he completed his presence tomorrow morning with a job application file.

"Attent." Naura asked to wait for him for a while.

After hanging up the clothes she was going to wear tomorrow morning, and preparing everything, Naura then opened the door of the room.

"Edward.., what's up?" Naura was surprised to see Edward standing at the door of her room.

"I want to talk to aunty, I want to."

Naura nodded her head, then closed the door and followed Edward. But the Edward he followed went out through the front door.

"Edward.., we're gonna have a chat where, don't tell me you're taking me out of this house."

"We're out looking for dinner, yeah aunty." 

"I've had Edward's dinner, Bi Ijah cooked a lot. If you want to eat, I'll hang out at the dinner table. No need to go out, please Edward.., tomorrow morning I have an interview appointment at 10:00. I have to prepare the equipment that I'll bring tomorrow." Naura pleaded with Edward.

Hearing that, Edward finally stopped and granted Naura's request.

"We talked at the table near the pool in the back." Edward finally invited him to the back of the house.

"You're not going to dinner? He said he wanted dinner."

"That's an easy affair, just order Bi Ijah to make coffee just as bring a snack to the back."

"Naura.., it's okay yeah I call you Naura. There's no Om around here."

"As far as you are." answered Naura briefly.

Edward was silent for a while, then took a sip of coffee from his cup.

"Naura.., please answer honestly. What exactly are you and Om Fir playing?"

"What do you mean Edward?" Naura was surprised by Edward's question. As long as he knew her, Edward was a cuckoo child, but often teased her.

"I think you know where your mind is headed Na. We are both adult human beings, who can learn from what we see and encounter all the time."

Edward spoke with a cynical smile, Naura silently tried to listen to what Edward said.

"Have you asked Om Fir what status I have for him. Ask Ed first, tell me later. I'll answer your question right now."

Naura looked at Edward, and she pulled his hand as Edward would suddenly clasp her hand.

Naura stopped her steps, because of Edward's behavior that she felt was crazy tonight. Edward stood in front of Naura.

"Naura. Seeing Om Fir's treatment of you, prompting me to release you from him Na."

"Edward. Have you ever seen Om Fir do anything to my detriment. You're wrong Ed, Om Fir never did anything beyond my approval. To me Om Fir is my helper, my family's helper, please don't just talk to you. I respect him a lot."

Hearing Edward's words, Naura rushed to leave her husband's niece behind. Even though Edward called out to her many times, she no longer cared. Even Naura did not realize that in front of her room had sat her husband. In silence Firmansyah only looked at his wife who seemed to be in a state of anger.
