UNEXPECTED MEETING: Naura's Luck

UNEXPECTED MEETING: Naura's Luck
Storytelling

After finishing enjoying their order, Fikri started talking to Naura. Iin and Akbar listened and complement each other what was conveyed by Fikri. Naura looked at them, she tried to smile, but she was unable to lie to her own eyes. Without her being able to prevent it, her eyes glazed over at the question her best friend had submitted.

"Cry Naura, if it can ease your pain" Iin said as she hugged Naura.

Naura returned a hug from Iin, then after a while, Akbar gave her a tissue. He used it to wipe his tears.

"I'm sorry guys, you guys are so nice to me. But I don't have the readiness to tell all of you my problems."

Everyone was silent listening to Naura speak.

"Actually I was in Gasal's semester yesterday having a marriage with someone. No one knew, not even the extended family of mom and dad nor was anyone present at the wedding." the words just now Naura delivered greatly shocked her three best friends.

"What did you say Naura?" asked Fikri who immediately saw Naura's eyes.

Iin immediately closed her mouth, she seemed to not believe what Naura had just said. He watched Naura from top to bottom. Naura nodded her head, then with her eyes still dim, she looked into the eyes of her friends one by one.

"Aren't you the same age I'm old, I'm Naura. You're only 18 years old, why did you decide so quickly Na?"

"I can't tell you her background, because this is the best way to save my family. I married a man who was single. And I was also the first wife, although my husband's age was more appropriate I called him grandfather." back tears flowed from Naura's eyes.

Fikri hit the table with his hand, while Akbar did not blink looking towards Naura.

"Who's your husband Naura, can you come and find out?" asked Fikri in a hoarse voice.

"If you look at the house that you live in now Na, I'm sure your husband is not a random person. He must have a position." said Akbar.

Hearing Akbar's words, Naura looked towards Akbar.

"Me and Akbar followed you home yesterday Na. We suspect, why do you now seem to close yourself, even both go home together, you often refuse the offer I give. Though we have not known each other since High School, we do not know only a month or two."

"Yes Na, but as soon as your gate closes again as a boy our age, we turn around. Is that your husband's house Na?"

Naura nodded her head, because she could no longer lie to her best friend. He was currently already a little relieved, by telling his friends the problem.

"'My husband is Mr. Firmansyah the owner of PT. Cemani." said Naura quietly.

"What?" Iin immediately spouted out the water he had just drank.

"Naura, he's old. If not wrong, his current age is almost 60 years. He deserves to be your grandfather Naura, not to be a husband." exclaimed Iin.

"In, please lower your voice. We're in the cafeteria right now, not in a special place." Fikri reminded Iin.

Hearing Iin's cry, Naura nodded her head again and cried again. Iin joined in tears to hear the story told by Naura. He did not expect that Naura, the college flower with a myriad of achievements, would have to end her bachelorhood early with an old man.

Because he had been searching the internet, he got the old home address, and he was mining it turned out they did not occupy the house anymore.

"What's Non Jess, how angry from earlier. Don't be slammed again. What Non doesn't pity Bi Siti?" siti patiently tried to remind Jessica.

Aunt Siti silently listened to her employer's first daughter. Jessica has been closer to her since she was a baby than to her mother Novi. Since the baby Jessica and Naura often left her mother to get together with her social friends.

"Non Jess why not ask the address of Naura's husband to Mr. Samsuar or Mrs Novi Non?"

'It's Bi, they're bad. Like not having responsibility for his own daughter. So much as selling his daughter to a rich man, then not caring about her fate now."

"Non, don't speak out loud Non. That's polite, Non, talk. Later if the Master and Madam hear it, Non Jess even bothered herself later."

"Let Bi if mama and papa want to hear it. it's like that."

"Or Non Jess can search for Non Naura on her campus. Bibi believes Non Naura will continue her studies. No way, just because of marriage, Non Naura quit college, because last month Bibi still received a submission of Non Naura study progress report from her campus."

"Oh yes too. Why don't I think about it until there. Thank you Bi Siti. Indeed in this house only Aunt can respect me."

Jessica stood up and hugged Bi Siti. Aunt Siti returned Jessica's embrace. After a moment, Jessica let go of her embrace with Bi Siti, then she walked into her room. Seeing that the first daughter of his master had improved his mood, Bi Siti continued her work in the kitchen.

The next day Jessica, accompanied by her boyfriend, Doni, was on the High School campus. She intends to look for Naura, but she does not have her sister's college schedule. Doni suggested that they go to the Bureau of Academic Administration to inquire about his college schedule. They are currently queuing at the public service counter.

"Can we help you?" BAAK officers graciously serve Jessica.

"Just want to ask my sister's college schedule can mbak. His name is Naura Ramadha Samsuar Digital Business majors are now in semester 4."

"Wait a minute, I'll check first."

After waiting for not five minutes, BAAK officers again called Jessica while handing out printouts of Naura's lecture schedule.

'See yourself, yes, I have printed this."

"Okay, thank you mbak.'

Jessica approached and sat down next to Doni. While using a stabillo, Jessica colored her sister's college schedule.

"Good thing we came in the morning, say. This is Naura's lecture schedule that ends at 10:20, in room 109."

'Then we wait for Naura to come out in front of her class. Worried that somewhere else, Naura's gone home." Doni advises.
