Chapter 37: The Imperial Stone

Imperial Stones? Why I never heard of it ….

“Hey miss fairy, why did you tell us such important information? Are you trying to frame us?” asked Richard with a suspicious face.

“Looks like a handsome master doesn't believe me. Well ... I gave you an information as a gift for saving me. For that ... thank you.”

“Nona Lyfa, how to get the stone?” Dom started to show an expression of happiness.

“Hahaha rest easy little brother, I will tell you. However ... there are conditions.”

Hopefully the terms don't make me his partner.

“What is it?”

“You must be my life companion -” Richard suddenly hit Leafa using his hands.

“He's a kid, you don't affect him.” Richard swiftly blocks Lyfa, who wants to be closer to Dom.

“Alright, the stone there is only one place in this world, it is located on Mount Greenfield.”

Mount Greenfield is one of the mountains that have never been touched by humans in the past few decades.

The reason is, at the top of the mountain there is a valley that is very poisonous. In addition, many human skeletons were scattered around it, so people referred to it as the area of death.

“Is the place dangerous?” ask Dom.

“I also know the antidote for poison so you can go there without dying. Plus ... The place is not too far from here.”

“Really?? Where ..., where?” Dom looked around the forest to find out where the mountain was.

“You can't see it from here. For the trip, well ... maybe you will get there within 7 days.”

“HAHHH??!! Seven days you said close?” shouted Dom who did not understand the mindset of Lyfa.

“Hahaha take it easy Dom, after all I've been there before,” cried Richard who was actually just lying to get attention.

“Really?? What is the place like?” ask Dom.

"Wow!" dom's eyes were filled with stars.

Why did he react that way, when I was just making up. I don't even know what it looks like.

Leafa then writes something down on a piece of paper, then gives it to Dom.

“This is the material to make the antidote for poison, look around the forest and make no mistake, understand?” Leafa gives the paper to Dom.

“Okay.” Dom quickly disappears from the place leaving Richard so the atmosphere becomes awkward.

Richard could not say much because he did not know at all about the location of Mount Greenfield or the item that was meant by Lyfa.

It feels like I was completely useless during this adventure ....

“It looks like this handsome master is in a bad condition.” Leafa teased Richard who looked annoyed.

“Stop teasing me,” replied Richard who actually wanted to be treated that way.

“Ah you've always been never honest, so have your secrets, don't you ... Richard Helware??”

As soon as Richard's face turned pale, he didn't think that Leafa could know his full name. Plus from the look on her face, Lyfa seemed to know all the secrets of Richard.

“Hey, why did you know?” asked Richard with a scary face.

He also knew that I was lying ....

"Well .. I'm just guessing," exclaimed Lyfa.

"Are you trying to evade?" Richard's aura turned bright red.

“Hoo ... there seems to be a killing aura around here.” Being hooked, Leafa also unleashed his power.

Their aura overflowed so much that it made the entire forest feel it including Dom who was currently looking for a plant that could be used as an antidote for poison.

"Why don't we just finish it here, fairy lady?"

"Because my energy has recovered, maybe I can comfort you,"

The aura and power in the place was overflowing.

Why at Uncle Richard's place feels so creepy ….
