Wake Up to You: Thank You

After they came out, my tears kept flowing, my sadness deepened. Sometimes I try to wipe away the tears that run down my face, but those tears come back out and keep flowing.

I then went back to lying in bed, then crying while looking at the picture frame of me with Intan on the table beside the bed.

Arriving at the park, we immediately took a walk to enjoy the cool and warm atmosphere of the park, making me forget my sadness a moment ago.

Aldi looked nervous and looked down occasionally, sometimes he saw me, then turned his face back, he looked embarrassed when I looked at him, maybe he was the first time walking with a woman, I thought.

“Sorry yes, earlier at home you should see me angry to Intan and Angga.” I said while looking at Aldi.

“Already, come on, I never eat meatballs again.” I said while pulling Aldi's hand towards the meatball cart.

The two of us then sat down and ate meatballs together, Aldi was still embarrassed, and nervous about eating in front of me.

“You first went out with girls huh??” My toot.

“EEh...iya,” Reply Aldi.

“Iya look at it, relax, you relax, take a slow breath, then exhale, continue to think of me as your friend as usual, try deh,”.

Aldi then did as I said, he took his breath slowly and then exhaled slowly, then looked at me with a smile.

We ended up chatting casually while finishing the meatball food that was in front of us, Aldi started to look a little relaxed and comfortable talking to me, occasionally he made me laugh with his words.

He also started to cheer me up a bit, with his stories and experiences in his stand up comedy community, when he was performing in front of a lot of people, and nobody laughed at his performance on stage.

Without feeling we chatted for almost an hour, the day began towards the afternoon, we finally decided to go home.
