After passing through the market, they returned to the bar where everyone rested. Then an old man who looked to be in his 70s came with Eric and greeted him. Most of the development of Pearl city is done in coastal areas with the center and east of pearl city as the main focus while the West focuses on mining and agriculture. The population of this city is in the millions as there is a thriving commercial and agricultural industry and they should only focus on pirates when it comes to borders.

They headed to the southwest of the city reaching the Mansion prepared for them. This is Joseph's own house. After reaching them first take a break and then during lunch, they get together and go to the main business.

During lunch, Butler Phillip told Joseph about various matters concerning his family and business. It seems that one of his brothers leaked information about the source of his soap to one of his uncles.
