The Woman of My Past
Episode 17 Paper
"Shock!" Electricity is grabbing my heart.
Just like in the morning I found a pile of heart-shaped paper in the Lilies. I opened the paper one by one, the words really shocked my heart like it was struck by electricity.
"The beauty of white lilies represents the beauty of you." I read the writing with a pounding heart and then I turned the paper again there is further writing.
"Bu Liana, our meeting seems like a fate. Your presence to me is like an angel who puts his wings on me." I open the paper again.
"These white Lilies represent me. Through these white Lilies, I want to get to know you more closely." My heart was pounding more and more as I turned the paper.
"I can't give you riches, I can only give you my heart. Will you accept my heart to be your companion?" My face blushed red instantly and my heart seemed to stop beating.
Bram expressed his feelings for me and proposed to me. I am confused by how I feel right now. Seeing this writing made me soar up into the seventh heaven. Without know. Slowly but surely, Mr. Bram has taken my heart very gently.
There has never been a man who could touch my heart so gently. I was bewitched by the words of Mr. Bram delivered through the white Lilies. However, I really do not believe it, Mr. Bram dared to express his feelings to me.
I couldn't focus on working all day. Looking at the Lilies and the papers made me think far ahead. Will I accept his proposal? I dare not show my face to Mr. Bram. I still think about accepting it or rejecting it. Though my heart says yes, I'm not sure.
I try to put aside all this soul turmoil. The pile of my work files I have to finish. I didn't feel like I was working until night. My office feels quiet, maybe everyone's office has gone home. Suddenly,
"Tokay! Geck! Geck!" My office door was knocked by someone.
"Lake in." I said slowly while staring at my laptop screen.
"Bu Liana forgive me, I want to ask you the answer." Ask Bram.
"Hmmm... How about Bram?" Reply confused.
"How's Mom doing?" ask Mr. Bram.
"Are you serious about what you're doing?" My toot.
"i'm serious. I really wanted to turn my mother into my wife. I have to kneel like this. Miss Liana, will you marry me?" Reply Bram on his knees.
"Alright, I'll be coming to Liana's parents' house soon to propose to Liana's mother." Shouted Bram in excitement.
"Hust! My index finger touching my lips signals him to speak slowly.
"I'm so glad Liana's mother gave me this opportunity." Bram.
"As you say, maybe our meeting is a fate." Answer me with a smile.
"Yes, it's a beautiful destiny." Bram said with a smile.
"Now it's night, we'd better go home. I'm tired too." I said as I tidied up the files on the desk and turned off the laptop.
"Can I take my mom home?" Ask Bram.
"Sorry Mr. Bram, we are not halal. We better not be together before halal." My speech.
"Well I'll be patient waiting for the moment when we're halal." Answer Bram.
