The Woman of My Past
Episode 1 Storm

The sea breeze whispered melodiously. The waves of the Gulf of Turtle beach are heard here. It's so cold tonight.

I looked at the window. The rain started to fall. I enjoy the rain that comes down jumping around in a friendly manner on the roof of my house. Tonight my body shivered with great cold. I picked up the blanket next to my husband who was fast asleep.

I saw my smartphone, apparently at 20:00 WIB this room temperature is 21 degrees Celsius. But why do I feel the cold. Like a hunch something bad is going to happen to me.

The smell of rainwater was inviting me to look at the window. The view of the waves rolling and the lights of the fishing boat was seen from the window of my room which was on the third floor.

I sat down and remembered Dhea's words to me earlier.

"Li, yesterday I saw your husband at a college reunion. How come your husband sits so close to a woman huh?! I'm afraid to see him, Loh Li. I accidentally saw them looking at each other so sparkling with lust. I also saw once in a while your husband's hand pinch that woman's face. That woman is sticking herself on your husband's shoulder. They're laughing. I don't know what they're talking about. At that time I just saw them from far away. I'm surprised Li saw it. Why don't you join your husband's college reunion?! Your marriage is fine, right?!" Said Dhea while occasionally his breath up and down holding anger.

I smiled at my best friend's questions. I know my husband has been a little different lately. He's more often engrossed in smartphones than he's in a conversation with me, after work. I don't want to think negatively, maybe there is business with others, so need to use a smartphone. I don't like to get dizzy.

I took a deep breath trying to digest Dhea's words. I saw my husband from where I was sitting.

My husband looks so slick. I saw his tired face. The veins on his cheeks showed all day a lot of heavy things that he had been through.

Until accidentally my eyeballs saw my husband's smartphone. He fell asleep while holding it. Bad habit. He always does. Always sleep while holding a smartphone.

I've reminded him many times, to keep the smartphone away while sleeping. Of course, he who is smart knows that the smartphone's electromagnetic waves can damage his brain.

The smartphone I took. As usual I want to activate the plane mode so that no electromagnetic waves from the smartphone radiate.

When I opened the smartphone, accidentally opened the WhatsApp application. I saw a chat on WhatsApp. I read that chat. I was struck by lightning while reading the contents of the chat. My husband chatted with a woman. My husband sent a message to the woman.

I read that chat scroll up from the start they were chatting. The message my husband sent so burned my soul. My heart's rumbling great. The sparks in my heart started to blaze like Portgas D Ace's fire in the One Piece anime. My teeth clashed against each other as hot blood rushes in my soul. My tears keep dripping.
