Episode 15 of the Strategy
I constantly send white Lilies to Liana's office. Over time Liana invited me to talk outside the theme of work.
"Bram, I'm actually wondering why do you send white Lilies to my office every day?" Liana asked one day after meeting, she came to me.
"Mr Director, I just say thank you through the white Lilies. I don't know what my fate would be if my mother hadn't invited me to work here." I smiled looking into Liana's eyeballs.
"Thank you for what?! I feel like I'm not doing anything for you. I really don't remember that I invited you to work here, because so many people I worked with. I don't have to say that kind of thank you." Liana said while sipping her black coffee.
"For mom maybe it's a trivial thing. However, for me it's a very big thing. I'm just thankful, ma'am, can't I?" I smiled and looked at Liana again.
"It's not okay, it's just that I feel I get an excessive thank you reply. I invite you of course it is also beneficial for me, right? We're symbiotic mutualism, equally profitable." Liana smilingly sipped her black coffee in her cup.
"Didn't you like me to send you those white Lilies?" Tanyaku.
"I actually like that flower. It's just that I'm a little uncomfortable. The office people talked about who the people who sent me white Lilies every day were. Every day they tease me. They thought I had a lover. They don't know that white Lilies are a gift from you, admin staff at this office." Liana said as she moved her swivel chair.
"So Liana's mother who is this beautiful doesn't have a lover yet?!" I asked to pretend I didn't know Liana didn't have a boyfriend.
"I have a lover. My girlfriend is this batik company." Liana smiled.
"Well mom could have. Sorry ma'am my question is sassy." I said while bowing my head.
"Everyone in this office knows that I don't have a lover. I am not interested in getting married. Now my focus is how this company can grow and provide benefits for many people. That's all my focus. Let my soul mate come by itself." Liana sipped her black coffee again.
"Yes Ma'am is right. I need to focus on this company to keep growing and moving forward." Mangosteen.
"Ah mother. Poor people like me, where there are women who want to ma'am. I'm all right, just rempeyek aja ma'am." Smiling words.
"You can make jokes. Money is necessary, but love is also necessary. It's just that I haven't found the right person for me to love." Liana smiled. Maybe you are like that too." Said Liana while stirring her black coffee with a spoon.
"Yes, maybe we're the same ma'am. Maybe we're a soul mate." Answer smiled.
"Yes a soul mate in this company, a solid team is like a soul mate. A soul mate who complements each other's advantages and disadvantages." Liana smiled.
"Betul Ma'am, I agree with that. The team in our company is like a soul mate. I cannot imagine being a mother, serving as President Director. Ah like a dream in broad daylight." I laughed chuckling.
"Future who knows. Perhaps one day you can replace me as President Director." Liana smiled.
