"Aish, how are you, son?" Grandma asked as she took her grandson's hand to hold.
Aish was a little unusual and involuntarily moved avoiding Grandma's hand. Really, Aish didn't do it on purpose. His avoidance earlier was purely due to physiological reactions that did not like being too familiar with people. With his family alone he is like this especially with others who are already very foreign.
"Sorry, Grandma. I stink of sweat from just getting home from school." Said Aish making excuses.
Grandma's smile was frozen. A few seconds later he returned to smiling normally but not as widely as before.
Grandma purposely swept her gaze at Father and Father's family with an unsatisfied expression that was not disguised.
"Grandmother and Grandpa really came here, if Aish can know what's going on, yeah?" Aish pretended not to see Grandma's hostility towards them.
Reminded of the intent of his arrival, Grandma and Grandpa looked at each other, they felt bad for Aish and decided to hide it first.
"It's nothing, son. We just miss you. Oh yes, Grandpa and Grandma have prepared a gift for you in the room so don't forget to use it."
Aish nodded lightly. After a short talk with Grandma, Aish decided to go in and go up to her room. When he entered the house, his back seemed numb from being stared at in such a way by a few twists of people.
Aish knew they would want to ask her how she could go home this early or why she came home this morning while their beloved daughter did not?
Huh, what a pity. Aish won't tell them.
He opened the door to the room. Throw the bag in any direction and close the room door with a right foot push. After that he immediately threw himself on the bed with both eyes closed. A few seconds later he lifted his eyelids, looking at the monotonous ceiling of his room for the umpteenth time. Then her mind was distracted when she saw the two gift boxes on the dresser.
Curious, he used his left foot to slide the box to the edge of the dressing table. After reaching the edge, the other leg is lifted and by working on both legs can bring the box to him.
"This is what, dad?" He put the box on his stomach.
"Not too heavy and not too light, it may be a bag or a shirt." Murmured Aish guessing.
But how surprised he was when he opened the box because it did not match his expectations. Especially when he saw it properly, Aish's jaw immediately fell into his shock.
"This..this is mukena?" Aish asked blankly as she spread out the light green cloth she picked up from inside the first box.
"****, this is really mukena!" Amuk Aish threw the face on the floor.
"Mukena lebaran aja still not used eh already there is a new mukena aja. Grandma couldn't pick a gift right." Aish opened another box.
The result is more or less the same because in the box there is a set of beautiful gamis that have good fabric quality. Aish really couldn't accept it, so he threw it in any direction.
Upset, he got out of bed. Walk a few steps to the front of the window of the room that is still covered in curtains. Aish dragged the curtains away so that daylight could enter inside. I don't know what he's thinking right now because he's just silently looking at the dome of the musholla in front of the house. Confused, Aish lowered her head resting on the side of the window. Slowly a light sobbing sound was heard inside this room. He cried in silence. His heart felt sore and tight, every time he took a breath it was very painful. But what should he do?
