Chapters 5.1

..."There is no need to explain yourself to anyone, because those who like you do not need it. And the one you hate won't believe it." ...

...(.(.Ali Bin Abi Talib)....

...🌪️🌪️🌪️...

It's a school holiday because of the red date. Aish's schedule today is empty and he won't do anything according to plan. Perhaps today was spent to make up for more of his morning sleep in the early mornings.

However, the habit of waking up at night still cannot be eliminated. He woke up in the middle of the night and his sleepiness had evaporated somewhere. But Aish was not as irritated as the previous nights because she had a plan in her heart.

Soon he got out of his bed. Walk towards the window and uncover the curtains of his room. His hand quickly opened the window, allowing the cold night wind to fill his room.

"Has he come?" Aish asked as she scanned the streets below.

Lonely, no one.

"Did he go in there?" Peering at the musholla-gate is still locked.

Habib Khalid is not here yet.

Impatiently, Aish sees the time on the alarm clock over her nightstand. It's 3 o'clock in the morning but why hasn't Habib Khalid arrived yet?

"Are I up too early?" He muttered to himself.

Not long after he muttered, it flashed through his mind a question, why was he so excited to see Habib Khalid?

But Iyon and Gisel's betrayal taught him a lesson that it is not easy to trust people in this life. Because, if you already trust people it will be painful to know the person is not sincere and secretly betrayed.

Miraculously.

SHUHHS

The night wind moves lightly, the touch is very light but it is undeniably quite cold. Due to the cold, Aish shuddered while hugging her body to provide warmth.

The sound of someone's footsteps. Nervous, Aish spontaneously looked towards the origin of the sound. Sharpen his eyesight to see the tall man at the end of the road.

"Sister Khalid..." Aish enchanted.

The current aura of habib Khalid was somewhat different. Somehow there was a touch of seriousness and shade that Aish felt when looking at him. Slowly the figure of Habib Khalid became clearer in Aish's field of vision. He walked straight and steady, without looking back or sideways, his steps were not at all wavering.

"Sister Khalid?" Call Aish out of control.

He froze, conscious, he immediately hid himself before habib Khalid turned his head. Right after Aish went into hiding, habib Khalid raised his head to look at the two-story building next to the musholla.

There was no one but the window of someone's room was wide open.

"Hem?" Habib Khalid smiled, he shook his head before continuing his steps into the musholla.

"Has he gone?" Aish peek-there's no one there.

Habib Khalid has entered the musholla. Aish was disappointed, she pulled up her chair in front of the window and sat down while propping up her chin.

Not long after, that soft, melodious voice reverberated again filling the emptiness of his heart that had long been untouched by the sweetness of the holy verses of the Qur'an.

Aish pensively in silence. Think about the last time he prayed and read the Qur'an. It's been, it's been a long time. He doesn't pray after all these years - to be honest, at school and at home, he often pretends to pray to trick his teachers and parents. It feels heavy, but only 4 to 5 minutes, but Aish still feels heavy when asked to pray. Let alone praying, reading the Qur'an alone is very rare. In addition to being reluctant or feeling heavy, Aish still stammered when reading it. He and Aira used to study at the same teacher. But because Aish was naughty and did not want to be with Aira, he eventually often skipped and eventually stopped teaching.

It's been years, it's been a long time.

"Many people say that God is just, but if it is as they say, then where does God keep justice for me?"

A one-sided family, growing up without a mother's affection, and often misunderstood makes Aish doubt his destiny.
