The Wild And Flower

The Wild And Flower
Uncertainties

Diantha was forced to go home with Damar. A full afternoon bus load makes them sit on separate benches. The girl glanced a little, as she suspected Damar was uncomfortable in public transportation. He did not know why the direction of Damar's goal was always further from him. Diantha had never met anyone who made her assume as badly as that man.

He pressed the button to stop at the bus poles when he reached the destination stop. When it came down, Diantha checked her phone. There was a message from Tama telling her to go to her house. He had been paid a few weeks to teach private lessons for his son who was still Junior High.

Diantha has been known by the lecturers as an enterprising and smart student. Not surprisingly, Tama gave her the confidence to teach tutoring to her children after she saw her ability when they were following a social project held on campus.

Diantha stopped her steps. He then turned his head to the side, only to realize Damar was walking beside him. As expected, the guy followed her. He sighed. “Why are you following me?”

The man scrunched his forehead. “So I told you I would nganterin lo go home.”

Diantha sniffed in wonder. “I am already nolak,” he said.

Damar furrowed his brows. “But why not kayak nolak?” tanyanya's confused.

Diantha exhaled in frustration. This guy must be playing him. “Then you can go home now,” he said later.

“Home lo here?” ask Damar curiously. His eyes looked at the neatly arranged buildings in the sizable housing. As she recalled, Diantha was not a person who seemed to be able to live in such a large housing.

“Not,” refute the girl. “If I have a house here it feels impossible I have to earn money desperately,” he continued slowly.

Damar is still observing the neighborhood. I don't know why he feels familiar.

“I have to teach tutoring for his son Pak Tama. If not, I will be late. You better go home first.” Diantha walked leaving Damar on the spot.

Damar immediately rounded his eyes. His chest instantly rippled as he recalled that fact. He remembers now. This housing was the location that appeared in the news article of Tama's murder that he read at that time. He subconsciously chased after Diantha and blocked her hand, making the girl turn her head with a confused look.

“Don't go there!” forbid Damar spontaneously.

Diantha moved to release Damar's hand. “What do you mean, anyway?”

Damar realized, he then moved his eyeballs randomly and suddenly dazed. Right, he didn't know what reasonable reason Diantha could accept to stop going to that place. If he told her about his time-traveling experience, the most likely thing to happen was that Diantha would think of him as crazy.

“Ah, yes, I just want to ask you about the lomba.” The man could only reason in the end.

“You don't have to worry about the sheep. I'll take care of it myself. Earlier thanks for helping me out of that situation.” Diantha really did not understand why the man had suddenly come and helped her. He didn't want to make Damar any more trouble than that.

Damar shakes a little. “Ngak. I want to be a part of your team. That means I also have to be responsible dong,” he insisted.

Diantha looked at Damar doubtfully.

The guy smiled thinly. “What do you worry about?”

Diantha shook her head small. “This is not a trivial thing,” he said. “Soal our team must definitely win,” he continued slowly.

Damar blinked his eyes, trying to clarify his sense of sight. For he had only seen the first look of Diantha's eyes like that. Eyes full of ambition. Look at the eyes that thirst for victory. Highlight the eyes that were in several sides the same as it seemed.

“Should and sure,” murmured Damar plan. “Diantha, you want to know what my talent is?”

“So the winner,” he said sure.

“But I don't think you'll like this,” said the girl half-heartedly. “Soal ... You rarely enter class except compulsory class, right? I don't want you to waste time on things you don't like.”

“Then I'll like it from now on,” refutes Damar.

“Better you do not have to force yourself,” reject Diantha smooth.

Damar grunts in frustration. He then held onto Diantha's shoulders and looked at her sharply. “Heh, Diantha. Denger. Because I want to win, yes. Ah, nope. Not just that. I want to be diligent in college, diligent in studying, and nyatet like lo. Therefore, if you do not want me to force myself yes lo who makes me, dong!”

Diantha opened her eyes. “I .. don't understand what you say.”

Damar again exhaled, looking at the girl right in both eyes. Ah, briefly. Why did he feel that Diantha's expression was so funny at the moment?

The man then let go of his hand. “I mean, I didn't have to. Just look at it later. I will prove your allegations about me wrong.”

Diantha closed her mouth, then nodded slowly. “If you insist so ... let's prove it.”

Damar smiled faintly. “OK,” he said approving. “For now, I go home first. You must be careful and go home safely because you must be home malem.”

Diantha nodded, she waved her hand slowly. And Damar turned to go to the bus stop. But shortly after, the man twisted his footsteps.

“Oh yes, Diantha! I want to ask you one more thing about lo.” Damar exclaimed loudly, making Diantha turn around.

“What?” reply Diantha.

“If you get a more profitable job from teaching tutoring for Mr Tama, do you want to stop?”

Diantha blinked her eyes, a little confused. But in the end he answered. “Not knowing!”

......................

Damar kept thinking about Diantha's answer. Don't know. The answer is very ambiguous, formless, and certainly does not have certainty. Most likely, there is a reason why Diantha was so adamant about keeping her job. There is also a reason for him to win the race.

What Damar must do to prevent the murder is to keep Diantha away from Tama. And the most effective thing was to make Diantha stop teaching tutoring at Tama's house. Because that's where the murder was.

However, given how Diantha's answer made her brain instantly deadlocked. Damar had no idea what was the most appropriate move to make the girl stop. But the most important thing he had to do now was to prove himself to Diantha.

The man decided to return home after a few days after the accident he hitched a ride in Revan's contract. He was lazy to answer reasoned if asked about his injured body and went home empty. Although he was not sure his family would ride that bike.

Damar had to pass through the middle room to get to his room. Damn, his father was there. The man tried to be relaxed as usual. But then his father opened his voice, saying the unexpected.

“Damar, since when did you race wild?”
