I'm not arrogant

Today is the first day Mia returns home to her own apartment. Mia is still being ushered in by Kalin.

"I'll be here again tonight! Maybe with Dev," uvap Kalin.

"Devs?" ask Mia.

"Yes, Dev came home this afternoon." Kalin continued to stare at the road with focus.

"Can't Mia and Dev not interact too often?" ask Mia.

"Not so Mia. I'm asking you to move out of my house, not just throw you away. Dev will still interact with you, but will not be as intelligent if you are at home. Youunderstand?" asked Kalin who had looked towards Mia.

Upon seeing Mia nod, Kalin refocused his head forward.

"Until now" said Kalin.

"Thank you very much!" said Mia.

After seeing Mia get off her car and waving her hand, Kalin spurred her car back on. He immediately went to his house because he wanted to meet Dev. Dev must quickly understand what he did to Mia.

Sure enough Kalin's guess. When he gets home and doesn't see Mia, Dev asks a lot about Mia. If only Kalin did not know the story about Mia, of course he was currently burning with jealous fire.

"Darling, listen to me! Mia asked to live independently. He rented an apartment that was not too far from home" Kalin said.

"really? She was an independent and strong woman. Just like you, she's a smart woman." said Dev.

"Then, what's the difference between me and Mia?" ask Kalin.

"It makes no difference. You are both beautiful, strong, smart, independent. Especially yeah?" said Dev.

"Are you sure there's no commotion between us?" ask Kalin.

"none. But there's one thing you should know. Feelings for you are different. I love you as a best friend and wife, while for Mia, I just think of her as a best friend." Dev hugs Kalin after noticing the sparks of jealous flames start to show.

Kalin explains about Mia who wants to spend the rest of her money on fashion. Like a frequency, they are both thinking of buying new clothes for Mia. Kalin lies when he says that there are some clothes that are not used for Mia. Because, Mia would feel bad if she knew Kalin deliberately bought new clothes for her.

"Built and eat first, baby! We will go straight to Mia's apartment" Kalin said.

"Just take a shower. We will eat outside. After all, we haven't had a romantic dinner in a long time, have we? Later after you're tired of shopping, we eat ya!" said Dev.

"Dev," Kalin said with a reddened face because he felt Dev was so romantic.

Dev hugs and kisses Kalin before he goes to the bathroom.

"I love you Kalin" said Dev.

Kalin held onto his cheek which was kissed many times by Dev.

Both are ready to go to the mall. When they are ready, they go together. Kalin's hand never escaped Dev's.

Go inside a store and pick out some clothes, shoes and bags for Mia. Some make up also Kalin take to support the needs of Mia.

"Have you?" ask Dev.

Kalin saw some goodie bag that he was about. "It looks like it has," said Kalin.

"That means now we're eating ya!" bring Dev.

Kalin nodded. After Dev brought the goodie bag in Kalin's hand, Kalin again wrapped his hand to Dev. His feet follow Dev's directions, while his head flies off because of the happiness he feels for Dev's treatment of him.

"Darling, what message do you want?" ask Dev.

Kalin did not answer. Dev followed Kalin's eyes, looking at someone who was calling.

"Darling?" call Dev by waving his hand in front of Mia's face who was staring blankly.

"Yes," Kalin replied in surprise.

"Do you know him?" ask Dev.

"Who?" ask Kalin.

"That" pointed Dev at a man who was on the phone. "So I saw you staring at him for so long" Dev continued.

"Are you jealous?" kalin asked while holding back his laughter.

"Shall I be jealous of him?" ask Dev.

"No. No man can fill the space of my heart but you" Kalin said, holding Dev's hand.

"Then why did you look at her for so long?" ask Dev.

"I remember Mia" replied Kalin.

"Why? She's not Mia's ex-husband" Dev says.

"You know Mia's ex-husband?" ask Kalin.

Waws. It's a batman trap. Dev nearly falls into a trap he set himself. Dev turned his brain to answer Kalin's question. It would be impossible if he were to be honest with Kalin. Kalin could have been angry and disappointed if he found out that Dev had come to Mia's wedding with Haji Hamid.

"All I know is, no dead man can call in the mall" Danu replied.

Kalin laughed and smacked Danu saar's hand upon hearing her husband's reply.

"But I'm not sure that Mia's ex-husband is dead" Kalin said.

"What's the reason?" ask Dev.

"Mia had looked for him at every funeral and there was no Danu to eat" Kalin replied.

"That's what we'll find the answer to" said Dev.

"Are you thinking about what's in my head?" ask Kalin.

"Looks like. Let's eat first!" bring Dev.

After eating, Dev invites Kalin to immediately go to Mia's apartment so that it is not too late. But Kalin stopped his steps while passing through the mobile phone store.

"What else is it?" ask Dev.

"Mia doesn't have a cell phone" Kalin replied.

Dev understood, it was appropriate that Kalin was staring at someone who was calling. Apparently he thought of Mia who would need a cell phone. Dev stops and buys a cell phone for Mia.

"Dear, how is this?" ask Dev.

"Can. That's good" Kalin replied. "You guys buy the cards," Kalin continued.

When it's over, Danu and Kalin go home and head to Mia's apartment. Several times the call from Kalin was ignored by Mia. After Dev and Kalin were about to go home, Mia opened the door and closed her yawning mouth.

"Let's go in!" bring Mia.

"You're asleep?" dev asked who saw his watch.

It's still nine. Kalin elbowed Dev. Giving the code so that Dev is not surprised by Mia's habits.

After washing her face, Mia returned while wiping her face with a towel.

"What's the night here?" ask Mia.

"This," said Kalin handed over some goodie bag of his groceries earlier.

"What's this?" asked Mia who was surprised to see so many groceries.

"Well, thank you so much." Mia looks very happy.

"And this," said Kalin handed Mia a cell phone.

"Make Mia?" ask Mia.

"Yes" replied Kalin.

Kalin explained some of the apps in his phone. Application for ordering food and ordering vehicles. This will make it easier for Mia when she has not bought a car.

"You're sure a vehicle app like this is safe?" ask Mia.

"Why indeed?" ask Kalin.

"Mia was afraid of being kidnapped" Mia replied.

Kalin let out a long sigh and shook his head, while Dev closed his mouth which was holding back laughter.

"Oh yes, make up tutorial also I have sent ya! I want to see the results tomorrow" Kalin continued, ignoring Mia's question about the kidnap.

Mia nodded and looked pleased. After all, Dev and Kalin decided to go home.

Mia opened the luggage from Kalin and Dev. His smile was glimpsing at all the really pretty stuff. Kalin has made clothes, shoes and bags into a package. Until Mia will not mix the wrong clothes and shoes or bag.

Mia also opened a make up bag, then opened a make up tutorial post. At ten o'clock Mia practices her tutorials. The result was not too disappointing. Once satisfied, he washes his face and re-cleanses his groceries.

"Copy, Dev. Mia knew this was not a secondhand item, nor was it an unused item by Kalin. But this is what you bought for Mia. Mia will not forget your kindness! Mia promised to pay back all this. "Today I had a lunch with some partners at a restaurant near the office. I want you to come with me" Kalin said.

Seeing Mia's different appearance, it feels like Kalin is ready to bring Mia together with Mr. Ferdinan.

"But Mia was afraid to embarrass you" Mia said.

"I believe you can read the situation. Distinguish who you sit with. I'm sure you can, Mia." Kalin held both of Mia's hands. Convince Mia that she will definitely be able to.

"Help Mia ya!" said Mia.

"One thing you should know. There will be Mr. Ferdinan there" Kalin said.

"really? You don't want to come with you" said Mia.

"Why?" ask Kalin.

"I'm afraid he's scolding me in front of a lot of people" Mia said.

"You have to make them not dare to behave like that" Kalin said.

"How?" ask Mia.

"Only you know the answer" replied Kalin.

Between sure and not, Mia finally accompanied Kalin to that lunch. Actually Kalin could have let Mia go alone, but he had to make sure if Mia could or not. Kalin was worried that Mia could not face her in-laws. If it's just Mr. Ferdinan, maybe Mia can. But another story is that Mr. Ferdinan brought Mrs Nathalie to the lunch.

Kalin takes Mia to the resto. Upon arriving there, Kalin saw Mia so nervous. Before getting out of the car, Kalin held Mia's hand.

"Remember, don't look at Mr. Ferdinan. Keep yourself busy with some people there, as if you didn't see Mr. Ferdinan. Never say hello to them if they do not greet you. Never talk about Danu. Youunderstand?" ask Kalin.

"Why?" ask Mia.

"I just want to show you. Not to see you publicly cursed" Kalin replied.

Though unsure, Mia nodded and immediately followed Kalin to enter the resto. With her heart pounding faster, Mia circulated her gaze throughout the corner of the room.

DEG. His heart stopped as his eyes found two figures that had once been very kind to him. But after the passage of time, now they change when his wishes are not fulfilled. But it wasn't Mia's fault.

Mia immediately turned her eyes. Not ready if you have to look at it. Mia was looking for Kalin who suddenly moved away from her sight. Mia caught Kalin's intention. Maybe Kalin wants to see Mia cope with everything alone. But Mia did not have to worry, because Kalin would definitely help her if anything happened.

Like Kalin said, Mia made herself look so confident. His feet stepped very elegantly, and a smile expanded. Mia who got the attention of some people, greeted him with a greeting and self-introduction. No exception with Mr. Ferdinan and Mrs Nathalie.

In between her chat with some people there, Mia looked at Mr. Ferdian with the corner of her eye. He looked at Mia. But Mia remained indifferent and ignored the two.

Arriving while eating, several times Mia looked towards Kalin. He noticed how to eat Kalin. Slowly he followed how Kalin could look so elegant with his appearance. Although Mia is just learning, but she tries her best not to look nervous.

Until the show was almost over, Madam Nathalie and Mr. Ferdinan approached Mia. Those who couldn't help but be curious, ascertained for themselves whether it was Mia or not. Why is Mia so ordinary when there is Madam Nathalie and Mr Ferdinan there?

"Mia?" call Mr. Ferdinan.

"Yes" answered Mia.

Mia hid her sweaty hands. After that incident, this was his first meeting with Mr. Ferdinan.

"You're Mia?" ask Mr. Ferdinan.

"Yes, Sir. I'm Mia. It's great if you still recognize me" Mia replied.

Both of them no one dared to continue his words, only eyes that looked at him sharply that made Mia have to leave Mia immediately.

"Sir, I'm sorry." Mia left both.

"Mia don't you see me here?" ask Mrs Nathalie.

"Hi Mistress. Of course I see you," replied Mia.

"What makes you so arrogant like this?" ask Mrs Nathalie.

"Figured? I don't feel arrogant at all. I'm just following what you want, not to search and disturb your family again. You should be happy, Madam. From then on, I decided not to involve you in my life anymore. Thank you for learning life that means so much to me" said Mia very elegantly.

Madame Nathalie is gaping, she doesn't believe that Mia can change that fast. Even when she thinks that Mia has suffered with the loss of Danu, Mia appears as if she is reborn with a different Mia.

"I thought you'd easily forget my son. You cheap woman," said Mrs Nathalie.

Kalin almost intervened when he heard the curse of Madame Nathalie. But Mia who looks relaxed and replies to Madame Natahlie's actions casually, makes Kalin undo his intentions. He is still monitoring what will happen next.

"Forget it? You asked me to do that. After all, Danu mas no longer need to be sought, only the prayer that mas Danu need at this time. And I always say that to the man I love so much. Except," said Mia hanging her words.

"Except what?" ask Mrs Nathalie.

"Unless Danu is not dead. And you hid it from me" Mia said very casually. "I'll excuse you, there's still business." Mia continued her remark after seeing Madam Nathalie would argue over it.

Mia doesn't want to draw attention from other partners if she argues for too long. After feeling enough, Mia passed away leaving Madam Nathalie and Mr. Ferdinan filled with annoyance.

Mia approached Kalin who was waiting for her while raising her thumb and smiling widely. Kalin was very pleased with Mia's attitude today.
