The widow's sealed

The widow's sealed
Chapter 5

Mia woke up, staring at the clock stuck to the wall of her room. At four, Mia rubbed her eyes. Look back at that clock. Yes, it's still four o'clock. Mia pulled back her blanket, trying to close her eyes again. The room is too good, it feels like Mia still wants to enjoy the atmosphere of sleeping in that room. But because Mia was used to waking up at dawn, her eyes could not be closed properly.

Mia put away her blanket and woke up. Sit back on his bed. Close his eyes for a moment. Mia is very grateful for her life. Although there was no love in her heart other than for her parents, Mia could still smile. Happy to be able to live in a luxurious house that has never been imagined before.

Mia immediately got out of her bed and cleaned herself up. Then Mia immediately cleaned up the spacious house. Mia who had taken a bath, now smelled of sweat again. Every now and then Mia held her waist, feeling tired because the size of the house she was cleaning was three times that of her house.

Haji Hamid observes everything Mia does. Eyes glazed. "It's still small, but you've had a lot of weight, Mi."

Seeing that his house was very neat, Haji Hamid came down and pretended not to know that Mia was cleaning up all the work in her house. "You did all this Mia?"

"Yes, Mr. Haji. Sorry if it's not too good and less clean" said Mia.

Haji Hamid thumbs up and smiles at Mia, then passes towards the dining room.

"You want to make coffee, Haji sir?" ask Mia.

"May," replied Mr. Haji.

"Here, Mr. Haji his coffee!" Mia handed over a cup of coffee to Haji Hamid.

"Thank you" said Haji Hamid then sipped coffee that was still steaming hot smoke. "Here, you go to the grocery market." Haji Hamid handed over five hundred thousand rupiah to Mia.

"A lot, Mr. Haji."

"Buy a lot so that a week does not need to go to the market anymore. But I can't drive you."

"Mia can be alone, Mr. Haji."

Mia slips bread and chocolate jam on a plate. Just in case Haji Hamid wants breakfast while he is at the market.

Like a child who was alone with her parents, Mia kissed Haji Hamid's hand. Once again, Haji Hamid rubbed his head. "Be careful on the road!"

Mia nodded and left the big house. He intends to ride the ojeg at the next crossroad. His footsteps, seen by some gossiping mothers who were there.

"Tuh, young leaves Pak Haji."

"Well, how do you want to be like Aki-aki?"

"If the business is already money anyway, the same one who already uses a stick also wants."

Mia swallowed her saliva hard.

Mia passed away going to the market and buying some groceries. Spending the money given by her husband. He returned home after spending nearly an hour.

"Sir Haji." call Mia.

One time, two times, three times, four times still no reply from her husband.

Mia started to panic, where was she? Mia keeps her groceries in the kitchen then finds a paper on the dining table.

'I'm out first! You rest, don't be too cape!'

Finally Mia could breathe a sigh of relief. The comfort given by Haji Hamid unconsciously made Mia feel very afraid of being left behind by Haji Hamid.

Mia cleaned up the vegetables she had bought from the market. Done it. Haji Hamid has not yet returned. Mia chose to sit back and watch tv in a room with a soft sofa there. Mia sat up and leaned back, looking very comfortable. Turn on the tv and watch some shows that are aired on some channels. The longer, the more unfocused. Mia changed the tv channel many times. He fell asleep on the blue sofa.

When she wakes up, the first thing she does is look at the clock. Two o'clock? Mia immediately turns off the tv and searches for Haji Hamid. Several times Mia called out her name, but it was still the same. There is no lawfulness. Haven't come home.

Mia immediately cooked, just in case her husband came home in the afternoon. Finished cooking, Mia took a bath and relaxed while waiting for her husband. It was getting dark, but her husband still did not come home. Bad thoughts had stopped in Mia's head. Maybe A, maybe B. But finally Mia brushed off all her bad thoughts. Mia does not want her thoughts to be a prayer for her husband. Although Mia does not love the old man, she is not ready to become a widow at seventeen.

Mia was staring at the wall clock, it was getting late. Mia came out of her room and waited for her husband on the sofa. The longer, the more sleepy he felt. As hard as anything to keep his eyes open, but eventually lost as well. Mia fell asleep on the couch.

At ten o'clock the night Haji Hamid just got home. She saw Mia sleeping on the couch. "Mia, move to your room." Haji Hamid shook Mia's body slowly.

"Eh, Mr. Haji." Mia saw the clock. Ten o'clock? "Where did Mr Haji come from?" ask Mia curious.

"It's night, you sleep there! Tomorrow I'll tell you everything." Haji Hamid passed leaving Mia still staring at his back. The longer it got farther away and unseen in his view.

Haji Hamid is 47 years old. But not as old as other men his age in his village. Maybe because Haji Hamid has a lot of money, so not too much burden in his life.

In reality, Haji Hamid is a lonely man. In his entire life, he never married. Even during his stay there, he was never visited by his family. Haji Hamid is not a real person there. But his habit to easily blend in with the surrounding community makes him feel at home there.

Mia wakes up and moves into her room. Although the curiosity is still very large, but the drowsiness is much greater.

No need to wait long, when his body lay on his bed then immediately Mia entered into her dreamland.

While in his room, Mr. Haji was opening some papers that were full of his signature in each sheet.

Haji Hamid took off his glasses and immediately cleaned the papers and put them back in their original place. He's breaking his body. Occasionally his hands rubbed his waist and rubbed it with a balm. His age is not young anymore, making him feel very tired after cleaning up some things in this day.

The scent of balm tonight, coloring the room of Haji Hamid. He closed his eyes to rest, because tomorrow there were already some activities that he had to do.
