The Widow of the Duda Doctor

The Widow of the Duda Doctor
Chapter 9 - Not Dying Tears

If in general women cry and grieve because the household relationship ran aground, Rina was just the opposite. He felt very relieved after Anton wanted to divorce him. Finally, the day he had been waiting for arrived as well, when he was able to break free and escape from the snare of that useless man.

In the past, when Rina asked for a divorce from Anton, the man always threatened to take Erika away to a place that could not be reached by Rina if Rina always insisted on wanting a divorce with him. Anton knows very well that Erika is Lina's weakness, so he always uses their daughter to threaten Rina. Apparently Anton was just bluffing, he didn't want to divorce Rina because he didn't want to lose his money factory. After he found a new, more promising money factory, he happily let Rina go.

A single drop of my tears I would never drop to cry over my farewell to that brengsyek man. His inner. Because of her hatred for Anton, Rina even felt reluctant to mention the name Anton even though in her heart.

"Sir, can you please take me to SD Pelita Harapan? I'd like to pick up my son, sir, it looks like he's home."

"Good, Mom."

After picking up Erika, Rina immediately directed the taxi driver to the location of her rented house.

"Thank you very much, sir." Rina said before she got off the taxi with Erika.

"Same-sama, ma'am," she replied. As soon as Rina got out of her car, the taxi driver immediately informed Ricko's doctor. "Sir Ricko, your patient has been delivered safely to my destination" he said, speaking to Dr Ricko on the phone. He even had time to photograph Rina and Erika from behind and he sent it to Ricko's doctor as evidence.

Meanwhile, as soon as Rina arrived, she did not go directly into her own rented house, she actually went straight to see Marwah, ma'am, there was something very important that he wanted to talk about with the middle-aged woman, because on the way home earlier, he was, he had taken a very important decision for his life in the future with Erika.

"Mother is very happy to see you coming home in a much better condition than before, Rina." Miss Marwah hugged Rina for a moment. "When Mom just finished making a cake to take to the hospital, I want to give it to Dr. Ricko as a thank you. Uh, you know you've gone home without telling me first."

Rina looked at Marwah. "Mom didn't seem happy to see me coming home" she said, laughing.

"Eh, it's not like that. Of course I'm very happy you've come home and are as healthy as ever, but I also feel I have to thank Dr Ricko. As long as you are cared for, he has taken care of you and cared for you well" said Ms Marwah.

"It's not really her job, Mom, as a doctor" replied Rina, then returned laughing. He laughed as if he had no burden at all. Obviously, the heaviest burden of his life so far was caused by Anton, and now Anton wants to divorce him, of course it makes Rina very happy and relieved.

Bu Marwah pinched slowly on Rina's arm. "You are this."

"Mom, actually after coming home from the hospital I came straight here because I wanted to talk to Mom about something. I want to say goodbye, Mom," said Rina, and it succeeded in making Miss Marwah surprised and hard to believe hearing it.

"Where are you going, Rina? Don't joke."

"I want to start a new life somewhere far away, Mom, in the place of my old best friend" he replied.

Miss Marwah paused for a moment, then said, "Anton?"

"Wait a minute wait." Ms. Marwah walked backwards and sat in one of the seats behind her. This statement of Rina was enough to shock him. "Mother still can't believe it, Rina, you're going far away and Anton himself wants to divorce you. It feels like all this is like a dream. All this time I knew Anton couldn't live without you. His life is too dependent on you, he's an unreliable man, he can survive on his own."

Lina smiled back. "Mother take it easy, now that she's found a woman who's more everything than me, Mom."

"What do you mean?" mrs Marwah did not understand.

"Look, ma'am, just now that I was on my way back here, I accidentally saw him along with another woman. After I approached, it turned out that the woman was indeed his mistress, and she preferred the woman over me, Mom," explained Rina.

Ms. Marwah snorted, then a moment later she smiled as she looked at Rina. "Actually I'm concerned that you're getting a divorce, but I'm also very relieved to remember how cruel Anton was to you all along. This may be the best path for you. Oh yeah, does Erika know about this?"

"No, Ma. I'll tell him slowly. Erika is too small to understand the complexity of adult problems."

Momentary silence. Both are equally soluble in each other's minds. But not long after, Marwah again smiled forced. Actually, what makes him sad is not that Rina and Anton are getting a divorce, but that he is sad because Rina and Erika are leaving, no longer being his neighbors. "Life better after this, son. Don't forget to keep telling Mom, huh?"

"Yes, Mom, sure. Whatever happens, I won't lose communication with Mom."

Before returning to her own contract, Rina briefly hugged Marwah's mother tightly, and they both shed tears of separation. Rina was very grateful for the kindness of Marwah ma'am all this time. For years, Marwah was the only person who always reached out when he needed help. The middle-aged woman had also replaced the role of her long-gone parents.

After entering her rented house, Rina immediately packed her belongings along with Erika's belongings. Although the situation is still unstable, but Rina still recklessly wants to go far with her daughter, fearing that someday Anton will still return and interfere with her life. He will not waste this opportunity to escape Anton's snare.

While on her way to the terminal, Rina had contacted one of her old friends. His main goal at this time was to go to the big city where his best friend named Ayra lived.

"Hello Ayra."

"Hello, Rin. How are you doing?" ayra asked as soon as she answered the phone call from Rina.

"My news, fine," replied Rina. "You?"

"If I, as I have said before, was always wonderful" Ayra replied, then laughed. He was always like that.

After chatting with Ayra, Rina expressed her intention that she was on her way to the terminal. He wanted to ask Ayra for help to accommodate them for a while once she and Erika reached the big city. Fortunately Ayra is a good friend, she happily wants to accommodate Rina and Erika at her house once both arrive at her hometown.
