Chapter 3 - What Is Having a Husband For?

Lina was silent in her tears. He thought of a way out for the problem he was facing right now. Even now the money left by Anton is not much, but he still feels he must check the contents in the hospital, should not not not, for fear of unwanted problems. Especially since he woke up, he felt his lower abdomen felt uncomfortable, it felt like pain towards the moon. 

"There's no other choice. I have to borrow money from Marwah. Hopefully, Marwah ma'am will help me," muttered Rina as she wiped her tears. 

Rina went to knock on the door of the neighbor's house, after making her point, happily the middle-aged woman lent him some money requested by Rina. 

"Thank you very much, Mom. Thank you very much." So happy and relieved, Rina hugged her neighbor tightly. 

"No need to worry, Rina. You've been considered like your own child," said Ms. Marwah. 

Rina felt very grateful to have a kind neighbor like Ms. Marwah, so this morning she was able to go straight to her main destination, which is the hospital.

A few hours later, inside the Obstetric/Cosetrics room of the hospital. 

"The condition of the mother's womb is very weak, you should multiply the rest and avoid stress. Do not forget to eat healthy and nutritious foods, too" said obstetrician named Ricko doctor. 

"Okay, Doc" replied Rina. 

The handsome doctor who was about 35 years old also looked at Rina fixedly. Since Rina entered the room, the bruise on the woman's cheek was quite attention-grabbing. He suspected that the young woman in front of him might experience KDRT. 

"What's the cheek, Mom?" Question doctor Ricko reflex has Rina holding her own cheek.

Doctor Ricko nodded in understanding, between believing and not believing the words of one of his patients this morning. 

"Oh fell, huh? Next time Ibu Rina should be more careful, for the safety of the fetus in the womb Mother. And don't forget, next week you should come again yes, but remember, invite her husband also to accompany." 

"All right, Doc." Lina smiled wryly. He was very confident that Anton would not be able to accompany him. 

After redeeming the medication prescribed by Ricko's doctor at the hospital pharmacy, Rina immediately looked for public transport to return home. 

While on the way to the rented house, Rina was more pensive. He thought of what Dr. Ricko had said that suggested he rest a lot, avoid stress, and eat healthy, nutritious food. But how can he eat nutritious food, while the money left in his wallet is not much, and it is only enough for him to use to buy instant noodles. Yes, that was the most only enough for him to eat until tomorrow with Erika. About Anton, Rina does not need to worry, surely her husband will only come home at midnight. Moreover, this morning Anton has looted the money owned by his wife.

Why do I have a husband if I have to suffer constantly like this? Inner Rina, while holding her chest that feels pain and tightness. It felt like he wanted to cry, but he tried to hold it because he was ashamed of the other passengers.

During this time Rina has shed a lot of tears of sadness because of Anton's treatment. Moreover, for many years Anton seemed to forget his obligations as a husband. Rina has asked Anton for a divorce very often, but Anton refuses hard and instead threatens to take Erika away if Rina remains desperate to divorce him. Lina had no idea where Anton would take their daughter. To be clear, Anton said he would never allow Rina to meet with Erika again. Of course Lina didn't want that to happen. For Rina, Erika was everything to him. 

It's okay if Rina has to suffer from living in a household with Anton, she will try to survive, the important thing is that she can stay with her beloved daughter.
