Chapter 19: The Threat

POV (Fisa Campbell)

So he left me, you Satomi. You also deliberately ran so fast that I couldn't catch up to you. I'm afraid.I'm afraid a few times I think about this when he's not around.

But even so, I had to trust him and wait here while preparing for some threats.

The incident at the gym yesterday made me very afraid, I accidentally hit someone and it turns out that my person was my Junior High friend.

Balric laughed but I was not upset at all even though he came back to call me princess with the addition of a spoiled word, there was no reason for that, just that I thought of a good idea to upset him.

As he laughed, someone came to rebuke him and I thought about making them both upset at once.

I just listened to the conversation between the two of them and retreated slowly, aiming to break the topic of both of them.

Balric would definitely keep watching me while talking to his friend and after I moved back a little, he would definitely reprimand me.

As I retreated, as expected, he called out to me and their topic finally broke out.

But the expression of anger was covered by returning his expression as before. Maybe they can trick others, but not me, I can tell the feelings of the two of them who are still angry just by looking at his expression.

"We from A class are much more athletic than you! Look at the E class, they are just trash that will be thrown away someday.hahaha!"

Again they hide it by mocking class E. They were in A class, but I doubted it because of her nervousness.

Somehow I felt that they were both too scared and nervous in excess just because of the physical examination, even though there was no judgment here.

I wondered how people like them both got into A class, because they weren't athletic and that was already apparent from the start. The evidence was reinforced when they were angry when I called them non-athletic.

Maybe now's a good time to use my idea because they're in A class. From what I heard earlier Class A will do the checks first, so I'll hold them here and make them late for the checks.

But the furore only happened in a few seconds, because after that teacher Smith came to us and calmed all the students here.

He told us about the points deduction and left afterwards, I felt guilty about losing 10 points.

But I also feel happy that they both got a 25-point deduction, the cause of which was obvious because they were late for the physical examination. Looks like my plan to piss him off is getting big success results.

I already pissed him off when I called him not athletic, then when I hugged Satomi and hit him without a care, and the latter made him drop points for being late.

Even so, the guilt still enveloped me, eliminating 10 points could have made Satomi angry, so I would apologize to her several times.

But it turned out that he wasn't angry, he just told me to hold back next time, his expression didn't show any anger either and I just felt a flat feeling from him and maybe, he looked curious.

We then talked about a lot of things while relaxing in this sports hall.

Finally the E-class turn arrived, my name and Satomi were called to come forward, it seemed like the pair who had the highest points would be the first to be called. I don't know if this system will benefit or harm us in the future.

Then after that Satomi and I had to separate into a different room according to gender.

This is where the thing that scares me, this female teacher invites me to talk about a scary thing while doing an examination.

He said that being first is sometimes scary. Because points are life for students, so they could just force me to make a point transfer to defend their lives.

I already knew that the transfer of points could be done by agreement with one of the parties, but I did not know that it could be done forcibly without being known by the school.

I would feel safe next to him, but what if he wasn't around.

Plus all E-class students will continue to target me, not only my class, but it could be all classes from first to third grade.

Then after I finished the examination, I walked out of the room in fear and I looked at Satomi with an expression I did not want to show her.

A few minutes after Satomi left, I felt the situation was still safe and harmless.

But everything changed when Beny came to me and offered me something strange.

"Campbell.help me dropout Satomi, I'll give you 500 points if you succeed and be my partner!"

"Your offer is very good, but people like you can't use points.so how can you do it?"

"Of course not. I took Charles and Lina's points secretly"

"Hurriedly? Whatchu mean?"

"You don't need to know, now help me get it out!"

He was too suspicious, after all, 500 points worth 500 Dollars seemed ordinary to me, maybe I would reject him as raw as when I rejected Balric.

"Beny Heiko's.. Meade Balric. You swapped positions and let Balric enter class A"

"..."

"Balric doesn't look athletic and I can tell you clearly, but it's different from you. You're very athletic and it's kind of impossible for someone like you to enter E class, how do you do it?"

"Good analysis, Campbell! But it was too late, there was no solid evidence to prove it!"

"That's not what I'm talking about, it's just that time will go on and if your plan fails then your life will end, it's like a gamble isn't it?"

"Whispering!!! Shut up..!! You don't know anything!"

Beny was very angry when I said that, I myself still do not know the plan and there are still many things that are not clear for now.

He shouted very loudly and made the entire class stare at us. The expression of his anger I could feel clearly, but he could not harm me because many people saw this incident in class.

"Damn..! You will definitely regret talking like that!"

Beny quickly dropped out of class after threatening me again and he said he would make me regret it.

I seem to know some strange things here, like Beny and Balric being able to switch class positions. I was just guessing and making small talk with Beny, but it turned out that my guess was right and made him angry.

So it all comes back to the original question of who the two of them really are. I'm pretty sure ordinary people wouldn't be able to do such a thing.

Maybe for now I have to entrust all the events that happened to Satomi, then I will tell her everything I know when she comes back, because I am very sure she can understand it well.
