Chapter 13: Punishment

There are still many things that I do not understand for now, it turns out this school is much more troublesome than I thought.

This time I played the given phone because the teacher allowed the students to open it. It looks like a regular cell phone, but there's no social media here, the school really tells its students to stay away from the outside world.

I opened an application called "Point List", finished pressing it I see the appearance of e-money applications in general, there is my name and also Fisa at the top of the balance, for the amount of the balance is in accordance with my estimate of 1,500 points.

Then I opened the history of points and found the number +500 with the description "First Place Pair Exam", then there is also the number +1000 with the description "Default" below it. All points will be displayed in the points history section.

While the students were playing on their phones, Laurent suddenly opened his voice and explained something.

"You have to pay attention and be careful in buying something because if your point reaches the number 0, then you will be in the dropout!"

Some students were surprised to hear the word dropout after Laurent explained it.

I understand, points cannot be used carelessly because if it runs out of points it will be immediately issued.

Not using points at all is indeed the best option. But something is awkward, the school has prepared some student needs so I guess the points will not be too useful.

Although only Charles rampaged, but the reduction of points still happened to both of them.

This is the pairing system, for example if Fisa makes a mistake then I will also be affected and in the end our points will be reduced. So right now, Fisa and I should be able to look after each other to not make mistakes.

Laurent told the students not to play cell phones anymore and to pay attention. He will explain about the punishment, it may be about the person who does not get a partner.

"The punishment for making a mistake is not just a point deduction, but it can also be confinement in your own room in a few days!"

A prison sentence sounds cruel, but it may be aimed at disciplining students who cannot abide by school rules.

My curiosity was answered now, the penalty for Beny was a 1,000-point deduction, so it was the same as being expelled.

Hearing Smith's words, I can conclude that if he dropped out of this school, then obviously his life would be ruined. I think it's really good to test my skills, and some students might even come to their senses and go to school more seriously.

I heard Beny muttering while lowering his head, now he looks desperate because of this.

It turns out that someone can change quickly depending on the situation, such as Beny who initially just acts too underestimating all things, in the end he can also feel hopeless because of the threat given.

If my own name was killed in society, it was certain that I would be isolated in this world, everyone would not accept me including my parents, they would be very disappointed to see my condition later.

The next few days will probably be more interesting because I wonder who the couple wants Beny to seize. If he's after Fisa, then I hope that he can provide an interesting resistance.
