Chapter 21 - Only ex-partner

The next day, Aura woke up from her sleep. He felt strange, as he remembered, he did not walk alone to his room and he was still in the car with Rendra at that time. To confirm everything, Aura came out of her room and was about to meet her sister. However, unfortunately, his sister is no longer home, it seems Alin has left for his campus.

"Don't tell me I slept last night in Rendra's car? Haish!" thought Aura then guessed who brought her to her room.

Aura went to the kitchen to get some water to refresh her mind. To this day, he is sometimes confused. Why when meeting with Rendra, the situation is always concerning, such as being slapped, being harassed by people, walking on the side of the road, and the last one waiting for a taxi on the side of the road. All of those encounters were nothing good at all.

Aura shook her head. He still felt strange and astonished. After that, he returned to his room and sat down on the edge of the bed whose window he had opened while enjoying the view from inside his room which showed the courtyard in front of his house.

A young woman makes a fuss over wanting to meet Rendra. Even though the receptionist had said that Rendra was meeting and could not meet anyone.

"Sorry Miss, Mr. Rendra is nowhere to be found now. Moreover, you also do not have an appointment with him. Make an appointment first, or come back later. Now Mr. Rendra can't see anyone" explained the receptionist.

"I don't want to know, anyway today I have to meet with Rendra!" it was the woman who made the receptionist stroke her chest.

"Well, you can wait there. Later I will try to convey, if the meeting is over and you want to see Mr. Rendra," said the receptionist resigned while pointing to the sofa in the waiting house.

The woman sat there playing her phone.

Thirty minutes, up to an hour. Rendra didn't see him either. Even at the reception did not tell her anything.

The woman went back to the reception desk and asked about Rendra's meeting.

"Has the meeting not finished yet?"

"Not yet Miss" replied the receptionist.

The woman continued to sigh because she waited too long for Rendra. However, he also could not have gone from there without meeting Rendra even once.

Shortly after, Rendra finished the meeting and left the meeting room. Just as Rendra was walking, the woman saw Rendra and called out Rendra's name.

"RENDRA!"

Hearing his name being called, Rendra turned to look towards the source of the voice. Because he felt that the person who called him was not important, Rendra did not care about him and continued walking.

"Damn it!" upset the woman who felt neglected.

"Sorry Miss, it looks like Mr. Rendra doesn't know you. The proof is that he did not come directly to you here," said the receptionist.

The woman stared intently at the receptionist.

"Looks fine! I am someone who has been in Rendra's life. I'm his ex, so don't talk like that! You're just an officer here, don't talk!" upset the woman then ran after Rendra to her room.

"Miss! You can't be like this! You can't go to the CEO's room without an appointment!" shouted receptionist.

The woman continued to run despite being chased by security because of her sassness. Until right in the elevator, he pressed the quick button so that the elevator immediately closed.

The woman had already reached the floor, where Rendra's room was. A few minutes later, the security who chased him through the stairs had arrived on the same floor. The woman looked back and continued to run until she reached the front of Rendra's room and immediately held the doorknob. When going to make it, the woman's hand was blocked by security.

"Let's take you out, miss. Mr. Rendra cannot be disturbed!" said security.

"REMOVE!" shouted the woman while stepping on the security foot with her high heels.

When the door opens. Rendra stared at the door.

"Ren, it's Kaila, '" said the woman.

The security went into Rendra's room as well, to take Siti's woman away.

"Sorry sir, this woman has gone into your room. I'll take him away from here" said the security guard.

"It's okay. You can wait for him outside. I'll talk to him for a second" Rendra asked.

Hearing Rendra's words makes Kaila's heart happy not to play. That means, his presence is slightly expected by Rendra.

"Okay, sir" the security replied, then went out and closed the door.

After the security came out, Rendra's gaze turned cold and a little creepy. Making Kaila who was initially a little happy so a bit creepy.

"Say, what do you want?" said Rendra with a flat face.

"Can't we talk first? We haven't said hello in a long time, Ren. Don't you want us to reminisce about our stories?" kaila.

Rendra smiled miris. For what is nostalgic with a story that only hurts his own heart. Despite his many fond memories, still, he could not accept betrayal and was also lied to constantly.

"Which story do you want to remind me of? About you who only wanted my money to support your affair with your lover? Or my card that you deliberately took secretly? You came because you can't use that card anymore, right?"

A cynical smile was seen again on Rendra's lips. He was too tired for many reasons the woman he had been with. And somehow, all of Rendra's stories end almost the same way. I don't know what sins he had committed before, until he had to receive the same pain.

"No Ren, I'm sorry. Everything is out of my control. He's just my ex. He and I have no relationship. Please believe. I came here because I wanted to improve our relationship" Kaila said.

"You and I are just ex. So you don't have to bother coming to see me. Our relationship ended a year ago. And after a year has passed, you dare to appear before me? What a selfless woman!" rendra said sharply.

"Ren, isn't there a second chance for me?" ask Kaila.

"The second opportunity is only for the person who is truly sincere to apologize and truly realizes his mistake and does not want to repeat it again. But, sorry, I didn't see that in your eyes. Besides, I've been disgusted with you too" said Rendra again.

"Security!" call Rendra.

The door is open.

"Please get him out of my sight!" ever Rendra.

"Okay sir" replied the security.

"Ren, please give me a second chance. I beg!" said Kaila while pleading there Rendra with both hands held together in front of the chest.

"Sir please take him away! And don't ever let this woman into my company again!"

Security is also nodding. Kaila kept begging Rendra for a second chance. However, Rendra was not as easy as it could be with the words of the woman who had hurt him.

"Come Miss, Mr. Rendra no longer wants to see your face. Instead of me taking you roughly, you better be self-conscious and walk out on your own feet" said the security guard.
