After getting dressed well enough, Jocelyn walked into her kitchen and began to enjoy the breakfast she had made.
This morning, he will be living his life as an office clerk. I don't know what's waiting for him up ahead.
He finished the white milk he made in one gulp. The morning breakfast was not heavy, just a piece of eoti that had been smeared with chocolate jam with warm white milk.
He picked up his bag and put it on and immediately walked out of his apartment. His first day, when he was late, he thought.
The road that had been stretched seemed to begin to solidify with vehicles that began to arrive.
The bus he was riding also never walked, it seems there was an accident in front of it, considering the ambulance and police car parked not far from the scene.
Feeling a little annoyed, he pressed the button on his side and got off the bus, he really shouldn't be late on his first day.
If he's late, his office life might not be safe anymore. Even from here it has smelled the smell of chaos.
Now Jocelyn has arrived in front of the office which has now officially become the place to work.
His eyes rubbed several times, he was fixated on all the luxuries of this office. Still in disbelief, he became part of the giant company in front of him.
After adjusting his breathing, he rushed towards the inside, towards the receptionist who had been seen watching him from earlier.
He went in and approached the receptionist who was busy checking the guest list in front of him.
As soon as he noticed the presence of Jocelyn in front of him, he raised his head and looked at Jocelyn with a smile.
"Sorry, how can I help you,?" The receptionist smiled. Jocelyn nodded.
"Excuse me, I'm jocelyn richards, the applicant who was told to have passed the interview and started working today" Jocelyn said enthusiastically.
Hearing Jocelyn's statement in such a way made her frown for a moment. The feeling of meeting results has not come out.
Seeing the gnawing receptionist, Jocelyn suddenly attacked in panic, he felt he had been tricked now.
"Is there a problem?," he asked later, the receptionist nodding doubtfully.
"The decision should still be debated at the meeting, and it is likely that the results will be announced tomorrow at the earliest" said receptionist Kate wilson.
"May I be deceived?" he asked himself, but he never found the answer.
"What miss brings a job-call letter?, maybe with that we can process this problem further," kate suggested to jocelyn, but Jocelyn shook her head.
"I don't have any, I just get information over the phone. There's no physical evidence whatsoever" jocelyn said.
Hearing Jocelyn's slightly disappointing reply made kate unwell. But the awkwardness between the two stopped when he heard the sound of ringing calls on his phone.
"Good day,"
"..."
"Okay, there's a buk,"
"..."
"Okay, I'll tell him,"
"Excuse me miss Richards, I was told by miss kim, secretary of mr. Efron's taking you to his room,"
Hearing kate's words made Jocelyn smile, she was nowhere wrong apparently.
As soon as Jocelyn agreed to what she said, kate immediately called out to the guards guarding across the automatic door using a walkie-talkie on her shoulder.
"RZ-01, calling the guards, please two guards immediately docked to the automatic door to deliver guests. Negative status, Secure clear. Over,"
"RZ-01 Response. Copy that,"
Suddenly the feathers crimped a little when he heard the response from behind the sound. It suddenly felt it was being observed now.
Shortly thereafter, he appeared to be a man in a black uniform complete with a firearm perched on his shoulder, as well as a pistol filling in both pockets of their pants.
Jocelyn swallowed her saliva with great difficulty, would it not matter if she followed these two heavily armed men?.
I don't know, he can't think anymore.
With heavy strides he followed the two guards. The man with a tall body and stout muscles walked in front of him and behind him he was followed by a large muscular man with a tattoo on his left arm.
He was taken up the elevator to the 8th floor, the top floor of the building. While in the elevator it was very quiet. The two men were not disturbed at all and carried out their duties well.
Different 180 degrees with Jocelyn who in silence let out cold sweat with a slightly trembling body.
Stand off...
The elevator stopped right on the 8th floor, when the door first opened, a table was being occupied by a blonde haired woman with slightly thick lips, who Jocelyn believed was secretary kim.
The two men escorted Jocelyn to the table alone, then rushed back to her post. Leaving jocelyn looking confused.
Looking at the person who would become his business colleague in the future bewildered, the woman smiled and extended her hand towards Jocelyn.
"Aileen Kim, her former personal secretary Sir Adams and now her personal secretary Mr. Efron," he explained as he began his introduction.
Jocelyn smiled, it seemed like the woman in front of her was friendly.
"Jocelyn Richards, please help in the future" said Jocelyn welcome aileen's hand.
Without further ado, Aileen immediately explained the duties of a secretary to Jocelyn.
Aileen seemed so satisfied that Jocelyn could learn so easily even though she had no experience at all.
The two kept busy until suddenly Aileen told Jocelyn to meet the boss for the first time.
He was nervous not to play, aileen had really given this job to him who was nothing more than an intern.
And now here he was, right in front of the door of his boss' room, the nervousness that was running through him was utterly inconceivable.
He knocked on the door slowly, as soon as he heard the order to enter, with a step so confident, he immediately entered the room.
His eyes widened in shock when he found his direct superior, the person he would serve as long as he worked here.
His eyes were still made in disbelief, he was completely at a loss for words now.
"Lo," he said in a surprised tone.
The summoned one only turned his head for a moment and then refocused on the document.
Damn it!
