Jocelyn sat the man on the couch to rest after what she had experienced.
He rushed to the kitchen to prepare dinner and thank God the man had no further problems.
while preparing the dishes for the dinner he would enjoy with the man, Jocelyn recalled the events shortly before.
[FLASHBACK]
After walking with a step that was struggling for carrying the load on his right and left, Jocelyn finally reached the front door of his apartment.
He pressed a series of random number combinations of his passwords and helped the man into the apartment and sat the man on the sofa to slightly relax the man's shoulders.
But it seemed that the man seemed to be in a lot of pain right now, even during the trip he did not speak at all and this made Jocelyn panic a little.
He really doesn't know what to do now.
Seeing the confused Jocelyn, the man smiled and told Jocelyn to take the P3K box in Jocelyn's apartment.
Once he understood what the man was saying, Jocelyn immediately took the P3K city and brought it before the man.
The man swiftly washed his wounds with alcohol while enduring the pain and of course making Jocelyn feel uncomfortable, he immediately closed his eyes.
Seeing Jocelyn close her eyes again made the man smile, she was inexhaustible with this one woman.
His behavior was slightly different from the women he had met before.
After that he sewed his wound with slightly trembling hands, he actually had no more energy, but the stitches had to be completed to prevent more blood loss.
"Hey, could you please get me that gauze, I can't move my hand, please,"
The man's words made Jocelyn open her eyelids again, she saw the finished stitches and the cold sweat running around the man's temples.
"You don't look well, are you sure we don't need to go to the hospital?"
Jocelyn said so while helping the man to bandage his wound with gauze, the distance between the two was close enough that even Jocelyn could feel the man's breath on his neck.
And that tickles him so much!
"Are you worried about me?"
The words that were thrown from the man's mouth were enough to make Jocelyn's face flushed, her body's reaction too honest.
"Your face is flushed" said the man back.
Jocelyn just remained silent unresponsive, her mind in a frenzy. He wanted to escape now but this man's wounds were still not finished.
"If I were you, instead of flirting with a foreign woman, I'd worry more about my wounds,"
"Really's? why should I worry about it when you're worried about my wounds?"
Jocelyn only aimed her shoulders indifferently while finishing her cloth on the man's wound.
His eyes were against the man's. Now he could see the man's face clearly, the color of his eyeballs, his hair and even that smile. He felt no stranger to all of this.
"Don't you mind if I ask you the cause of your wound?"
Jocelyn asked with heart. He does not want to sound presumptuous by interfering in the personal affairs of others.
"If I told you I objected, would you call the police?"
The man looked at Jocelyn with a flat face that made her a little uncomfortable.
"Well. You don't have to say it if you don't want to. It's none of my business anyway and I'm not forcing you to say it either,"
Jocelyn rolled her eyes irritated, in fact she was slightly offended by the man's words.
"Really?, but it looks like your face is saying otherwise. You don't look like someone who would listen well to me" either"
The man now spoke as if he had known Jocelyn for a long time by commenting on her appearance.
"Haha, comment as much as you can. But please don't cross the line by talking like you know me better than anyone else"
Now Jocelyn's speech sounded even more upset after she let out a made-up laugh.
The man looked at her a long time ago then smiled wryly. Or rather the man smiled with the intention to mock her.
"Don't I cross the line when you took me to your house?. So what else do I need to worry about?"
"You can't be like me. Do you know I've learned martial arts from childhood,"
"........"
"Taekwondo, judo, I even learned a little kung fu..."
"Sorry..?"
Jocelyn frowned in surprise, this man did not even feel the slightest fear.
"Yes then what will you do after telling me all the martial arts you've learned?"
"of courses. I'll punch you in the face, kick your stomach and stab you with the knife in that wound to wise it!"
Jocelyn said confidently. At least if the man had bad faith in him he had something.
He had at least a slight advantage, as the man was injured right now.
"You're going to be a murderer?. That doesn't suit you at all. But I can't conclude it too early,"
"........"
"Because usually pyschopaths have a sweet face like you,"
Jocelyn swallowed her own saliva. He said he would do that to the man in front of him.
But now he is the one who is feeling depressed. Likely the man was a psychopath, Jocelyn had never thought of him.
"Hell no!. I did that for martial arts, so don't twist the facts like that,"
"Really?, then what you gonna do if I did that to you?"
The man's words successfully made his hair bristled. This man is not an easy opponent.
"Screw you!" Jocelyn was upset with clenched hands and stifled emotions.
The verbal quarrel between the two ended in Jocelyn's defeat.
He actually felt a little afraid, but his frustration was greater than the fear he felt now, to make him unable to think clearly.
Jocelyn got up from her seat and was about to rush towards the kitchen, she had already delayed her dinner for too long because of this man.
But just as he got up, his hand was held back by the man.
"Oh c'mon, don't be mad. Everyone is just joking. Are you so attached to all this?"
Jocelyn again scrunched her forehead in wonder, this man is really something. One thing Jocelyn finally knew from this man.
Sucks!
"Are you drunk or something?, why do you sound like you're persuading your girlfriend not to get angry anymore?"
"Yes. I. Am."
His words suddenly made Jocelyn speechless.
This guy is pain in the ***!
"You gotta be kidding me. I really don't want to hear your babble right now. So please take your hand off. SIR"
The man did let go of his grasp on Jocelyn, but he instead replaced it by pulling Jocelyn right into the embrace.
And this is where Jocelyn is now, in the arms of the stranger she just helped.
"I can sue you if you don't let me go now" Jocelyn threatened the man.
"I'm looking forward to it," The man simply responded casually.
As she could no longer resist the man's outrageous behavior anymore, Jocelyn deliberately pressed against the wound on the man's abdomen.
The man groaned in pain and took off his embrace of Jocelyn to make the beads of the two meet.
There was a familiar feeling, Jocelyn was like she had met the man before.
"Have we met before?"
Jocelyn spoke her thoughts and continued to stare at the eyeball, until the man tilted his face and smiled in a knot
"Let's go, I think so!"
[END FLASHBACKS]
After passing through the awkwardness that occurred between the two, Jocelyn served the dinner she made on the table.
He cooked a few simple menus and was actually less sure if it would match the man's tongue.
"I don't cook a lot and I'm not even sure if this will suit your taste. I hope you don't criticize me anymore and appreciate it,"
Jocelyn said as she was, she did not want to try so hard to make a good impression because after all they would not meet again.
"No problem, I like new things too. And also I've contacted people to pick me up, so I won't trouble you any further,"
The man's words were only taken by Jocelyn and the two finally dissolved in silence while eating their own dinner.
