It hasn't been a month since Bryan and Selena broke up and avoided each other, they've had to meet face to face again.

Today, the two of them were coincidentally assigned by their respective homeroom teachers to request a test grid question sheet from a physics teacher, named Mr. Wahyu.

"Oh, Selena and Bryan. You were assigned here by your homeroom teacher, huh?" ask Mr. Revelation kindly.

Because it feels strange if they are cold towards each other in front of the teacher, inevitably they do not keep their distance or dodge when their eyes meet.

"Yes, Sir. We were assigned to take the exam grille material from Father." Selena replied politely.

"alright. Wait a minute" said Mr. Revelation while looking for the important material.

"Here we go. Don't forget to photocopy the sheets for your classmates before returning to the classroom." Mr. Revelation reminds Selena and Bryan.

"Good, Sir. Thank you." Selena and Bryan said simultaneously.

They also came out of the teacher room while carrying a lot of material.

After he finished asking the school staff to photocopy the papers, Bryan turned to Selena and said; "Let me bring them all."

Hearing that Selena immediately replied quickly; "No need."

"Selena."

"Bryan, please don't call my name again. Now, we're nobody anymore. Let's just say you never knew me." Selena said, looking away.

"Celena. You don't have to overdo it. I'm just offering to help you bring all this stuff to your classroom" Bryan replied slightly.

In fact, from the day they had to break up forcibly, Joseph had paid his wayward friends to spy on every act Bryan and Selena did in school.

In addition, their family bodyguard Joseph ordered to report to him about Bryan's activities outside the house in addition to at school. Joseph also threatened Bryan that he would report it to his father, if his sister tried to break the rules made by him or his father.

Bryan felt very depressed and suffering, as did Selena. That day, the whole school broke into the news of Bryan getting sick. The news even reached Selena's ears.

Unknowingly, the girl's eyes widened in surprise and she ran out of the classroom. Selena does not care how Bryan or his school friends react later. He continued to strengthen his steps and ran towards the UKS space.

Inside, Selena collapses and cries on the side of the bed where Bryan is lying.

"Bryan...! Bryan.. Please don't get sick. You have to be strong and be like your usual self." cried Selena so bitterly.

Some who followed Selena looked on with pity, but some were insulting.

Among the crowd of students in front of the UKS room, Carissa happened to pass by and asked one of the girls who turned out to be her classmate; "What's wrong?"

"That's, Sister Selena is crying over Bryan. They're both really poor. They seem to like each other. Why did they break up?" said the girl named Anna, innocently to Carissa.

Hearing Anna's words, Carissa's heart immediately burned with jealousy and she pushed the gathered people violently until she saw for herself what was going on.

Upon seeing Bryan who had regained consciousness and stroked Selena's tearful hair, Carissa immediately shouted and pulled Selena's hair violently.

"You...!! What an insolent lowly girl!! What the hell are you doing? Don't you realize that Brother Bryan has broken up with you?!" carissa exclaimed with a furious rage.

Selena groans in pain while trying to get away, then-

GREPP

"Take him off" said Bryan, as he got out of bed and clasped Carissa's hand rough, then stared intently at her.

"Sister Bryan..!" carissa said, her eyes widened in disbelief.

"let go. Or I'll break your hand" Bryan said firmly, with an expression enough to make Carissa tremble in fear.

Carissa felt extremely humiliated, her body trembling with anger and disappointment. He also ran away from that place.

Meanwhile, Bryan helps Selena stand up and..

"Selena.. Are you okay?" bryan said softly and slightly cautiously.

"I'm fine.. You must not fall ill.. Bryan.." Selena replied weakly.

"Selena. Then, forgive me for what I said a few days earlier. I didn't mean it." said Bryan.

"Yes, it's okay.." Selena turned and was about to step out of the UKS room, however..

"Selena.."

The man called his name again.

"What's up, Bryan?" reply Selena, she forced herself to smile and look at the man.

"Selena. I.." said Bryan stammering.

Instantly, Bryan's face stiffened. Outside the door of the UKS and among the crowd, he saw two people standing staring intently at Selena and Bryan with angry gazes and like they were about to do something in the end.

Now, it turns out Carissa was in cahoots with Joseph. I don't know what kind of horrible plan they're going to think. However, Bryan will prepare to protect Selena, with all his might and in his own way.
