Elle looked at Nathan strangely, the man who had already expressed his feelings was seen hastily entering his room. Elle peeked out from behind Nathan's non-committal door, looking, Nathan was tidying some of his clothes into a suitcase.

"Why did he put his clothes in a suitcase? Is he going out of town?" Inner Elle wondered. Elle was very curious, but she did not want to ask Nathan directly. "That's none of my business. Why am I thinking about it?" His mind again as he walked away from Nathan's door.

Not long after Elle left, Nathan finally came out with a suitcase containing his clothes. Nathan came down the stairs in a hurry, his facial features looking restless, making Elle who accidentally saw him again wonder.

"Where are you going? Are you in business out of town?" Elle asked, stopping Nathan's hurried footsteps.

Nathan looked at Elle, tried to smile, then he answered gently. "Yes, I have to leave now."

"Why so sudden?" Ask Elle again.

"David forgot to tell me that today I have to go out of town." Nathan replied lying. In fact, he will go to Germany to see the condition of his twin sister. She accidentally doesn't tell Elle, because she's afraid Elle will be worried and sad.

"Oh, when are you back?" elle asked with eyes still fixed on Nathan.

"After it's all over, I can just come back." Nathan took a breath, then took it out slowly. He then walked up to Elle and gently rubbed Elle's hair. "You're okay, am I staying?" tanyanya got a nod of the head from Elle. "All right, then I'll go first. If there's anything you call me, ok." Nathan said, revealing a sweet smile on his face.

Elle nodded, giving a slight smile to Nathan. "Go, be careful on the road." Elle said, Nathan returned to his smile and nodded his head. After that, Nathan returned to his legs and left Elle.

"I'm sorry, Elle. I can't tell you about Rendra. I don't want to see you hurt, Elle. I'm sorry." Nathan's mind as he sped up his footsteps towards the car park.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean it." Nathan said as he thrust his hand at the beautiful woman.

"It's okay...... " The beautiful woman's words were stuck in her throat when she saw the face of the man who hit her. A face that was familiar to him, and a face that he had always longed for all this time.

"Nathan!", "Vanessa!" Call the two together.

"Why are you here, Nathan? Are you.... "

"I have to go now." Nathan returned to his feet in a hurry, even Vanessa speech he ignored because the one in Nathan's brain is his twin sister, Rendra.

Vanessa stared at Nathan's departure wryly, the man who used to be gentle and warm, had now turned cold and like everyone else. Vanessa was completely devastated, her tears began to pour down her beautiful face.

Vanessa really did not expect she would meet Nathan again at this hospital, the hospital where she had to undergo treatment.

"It's okay. Let's go." Vanessa turned and put her foot back.
