The University Hospital of Heidelberg

Nathan and Elle are already in a hospital, where Rendra is being treated. The two were seen walking in the footsteps of a woman dressed in white with an object hanging around her neck. The woman was none other than Alexa, the doctor who was handling Rendra all this time.

"Come in." Said Alexa when she arrived at the door of the room where Rendra was lying.

Nathan nodded, and he grabbed Elle's cold hand. "Are you ready to see it?" Nathan asked as he looked at Elle. Elle just nodded her head slowly, she did not make her voice even a single word.

"Alright, then, let's go inside." Nathan said again. Elle nodded her head again, and after that Nathan began to pull holding the door of the room, and opened it slowly. The two begin to enter the room, followed by Alexa's doctor behind her.

It appeared that a handsome man was lying down with some tools on his body. Elle immediately stopped her footsteps, her eyes fixed on the handsome male figure who was none other than Rendra. Elle's heart ached again, her tears began to fall soaking her beautiful face. No matter how much he tried to strengthen himself, but in fact he was unable.

"Don't cry, didn't you promise not to cry in front of Rendra!" Nathan said when he saw the tears that soaked Elle's pretty face.

Elle immediately wiped away her tears, she tried to smile, but still she could not. "My tears fell by themselves, I couldn't help it." Lirih Elle lowered his head.

Nathan reached out his hand, hesitatingly rubbing Elle's back, trying to calm her down. "If you cry, Rendra will feel sad. Strengthen yourself, Elle." Nathan's whisper.

"I know, but you have to be strong, Elle. For Rendra, okay." Nathan wiped away the tears that kept falling soaked Elle's pretty face. While Elle, he just fell silent and tried to come back strong as before he went to the hospital.

Moments later, Elle finally returned to move both legs to the gurney, where Rendra lay weakly helpless. Elle stared fixedly at the handsome face that looked pale, her tears without feeling back dripping wet her beautiful face. "Rendra, why is this all happening to you, Ren. Why?" Inner Elle shouted.

"Open my eyes, Ren. I'm begging.... " Elle sobbed while tightly grasping Rendra's hand. He still did not expect if the man who used to always smile sweetly, was now lying with a very worrisome condition. "Ren, don't you love me so much? If you really love me, please open your eyes, look at me, Ren. I miss you so much, miss your voice, joke your laugh, I miss all your treatment, Ren." Lirih Elle sounded very sad in Nathan's ears who had been standing behind him.

Nathan was seen sighing, he rubbed his face riled. Seeing the condition of his twin sister like that, of course, made Nathan's heart hurt. However, Nathan can still hide his sadness compared to Elle.

"Rendra, the woman you love is already here, do you still not want to open your eyes as well." Nathan's mind while staring at his twin sister who was still at home closed both his eyeballs.

"Nathan! Can we talk for a minute." Said Alexa doctor who had just stood by the door. Nathan nodded his head, while Alexa's doctor immediately rushed out of the room.

"I'll be out for a minute." Nathan's pamphlet to Elle. Elle just nodded her head, she did not look at Nathan at all, because her eyes focused on the man she loved.

Again, Nathan exhaled, then he turned around and took his legs away leaving Elle still weeping for her lover.
