Nathan and Elle are in his country. The two are in a car driven by David, Nathan's assistant and best friend. Along the way, Elle just fell silent while staring at the streets of the capital that looks very dense, while his mind was always on Rendra who is still lying in the hospital.

Nathan occasionally glanced at Elle who was sitting in the back seat, Elle's face look sad, making Nathan's heart a little sick. Nathan is very sure if the girl is currently thinking about the condition of her twin sister. However, why did Nathan feel pain in his heart? Is she really in love with her twin sister? Only God and Nathan know.

"Damn it! I can't fall in love with that girl. Yeah, can't!" Nathan's mind rubbed his face rough. Then he again glanced at Elle who was currently still displaying her sad face. "Why does my heart hurt like this? It was as if I was not willing to see him grieve because of someone else. Awake, Nathan. Remember that! Lo did all this for Rendra's sake, lest you get stuck with your own game." Nathan keeps waking himself up so he doesn't fall into the game he plays himself. Because after all, being a substitute was his choice, and all that he did for Rendra.

"You okay, boss?" David asked, glancing at Nathan.

"What's wrong with me?" Nathan turned around in annoyance.

"No idea, boss. I asked him if you were okay." David said a little annoyed to get the question from the boss and his best friend.

"Did you not see if I was okay" Nathan asked, adding to David's annoyance, but he still acted as usual.

"I saw it, boss." David said with his voice unchanged.

"Then why are you still asking. It sucks." Nathan said as he turned his face to the street in front of him.

"I just want to make sure, boss. Are you okay or not. It's wrong." Sahut David while focusing on the steering wheel.

"Focus it on your steering wheel, don't talk too much." Nathan said as he closed his eyes.

"What did you say just now? Are you tired of being my assistant? You're.... " Nathan's words were stuck in his throat when he heard Elle's voice from behind.

"CAN YOU TWO SHUT UP! Or, if you want to fight your mouth, you can get out of this car." Exclaimed Elle who was disturbed by the debate Nathan and David. When David immediately silenced his mouth tightly, he did not expect that Elle could be so creepy, if it was disturbed. Meanwhile, Nathan immediately looked back, he looked at Elle who was currently looking annoyed.

"Don't get angry later on old spit." Nathan's words made Elle even more upset.

"You are old!" Elle stared at Nathan sharply.

"Ckkkp... If I'm old, there's no way that many women are tempted by my good looks." Nathan said with confidence.

Elle snorted, she no longer opened her mouth and chose to turn her face towards the window. While David, he was seen laughing making Nathan immediately look at him sharply.

"What are you laughing at, David! Are you laughing at me?" Nathan's question sounded cold in David's ear.

"No, boss. You see, I didn't laugh at all." David returned to his expression.

"You think I'm blind huh! Fucking singles." Nathan's words immediately made David immediately round his eyes perfectly.
