Time shows at seven o'clock at night, seen Elle sitting on a sofa chair while staring at the screen of his cell phone that displays a picture of himself with Rendra. Elle smiled wistfully, she still did not expect that the man she loved had an accident and put her in a coma in the hospital.

Elle felt stupid because she did not realize from the beginning who the man who played Rendra was. Perhaps, if he had realized it earlier, the marriage would not have taken place, and he would not have felt the most pain.

"I hope you'll wake up soon, Ren. So we can go back to what we used to be." Lirih Elle while wiping Rendra's photo on the screen of his phone. "I beg you, quickly wake up to Rendra." Elle's tears began to fall and wet her beautiful face. His life was shattered as he recalled that painful reality. Sweet memories with Rendra, now back into his little brain.

"Lord, give your miracle to Rendra. I beg God." I hope God will grant that prayer.

"You still crying?" Nathan was suddenly standing in front of Elle. He looked at Elle with pity, but why did his heart ache. "Follow your crying, Elle. We'd better eat first." Nathan continued while putting down the food he had bought earlier when he came out.

Elle just fell silent, he did not respond to Nathan's remarks at all, so that made Nathan again sound. "Eat first, or I won't take you away to see Rendra." The speech was successful in making Elle look directly at him. His eyes looked very swollen from crying for too long.

"You're threatening me!" Exclaimed Elle with her hoarse voice.

"I'm not threatening you, Elle. I just told you to eat." Nathan sat next to Elle.

"I'm not hungry, you eat." Elle turned her eyes back to the screen of her phone.

"All right, it's up to you. But, I don't guarantee that you'll see Rendra tomorrow." Nathan said casually without regard to Elle's countenance which began to change.

"You're threatening me again!" Exclaimed Elle while tightly grasping her phone.

"Whatever it is, you're clearly threatening me." Elle was upset. "I'm not going to eat, and I'm not hungry at all." Connect again.

"Don't be stubborn, Elle. Eat quickly, you'll get sick." Nathan said in a slightly low tone of voice.

"I told you that I'm not hungry, you eat alone." Elle was getting upset.

"Hurry up and eat, don't test my patience, Elleiana!" Nathan gave Elle a sharp look in his eyes. He began to get upset that the girl was too stubborn and would not eat the food he had bought for her.

"No way." Elle was stern with her stance.

"Well, if you don't want to eat, let me eat you." Nathan's words scared Elle a little.

"You!" Elle looked at Nathan sharply, this man had already lied to her, still daring to threaten her anyway. Really sucks. "I didn't expect Rendra to have such a shitty twin sister like you." Say Elle while taking food on the table.

"Yes, I'm a real bitch, so you better take it." Nathan said before he put his food in his mouth.

Elle snorted in annoyance, she no longer let out her voice, and began to eat her food. While Nathan, he seemed to be smiling, then he went back to eating his food.
