Kenzie Meeting With Mr. Arseno

Kenzie was still standing and was just about to sit down when the middle-aged man asked him

"What do you have to dare to date my son?' His voice was calm but cold. Even he looked at Kenzie with a sharp look of eyes as if it could be piercing.

When just entered, Kenzie already knew that this man was not a random man. He was one of the wealthy businessmen who worked in construction. His name is well known everywhere, Arseno Wilandra. A widower with 1 daughter who was abandoned by his most beloved wife because of illness. He was never close to other women and loved his daughter very much. He also never showed his only daughter in public on the grounds to protect her.

Kenzie was speechless hearing Mr. Arseno's question. He showed a faint smile and slowly sat down on the chair facing him.

"I don't have anything to give Meisya, because I also won't ask for anything she has" Kenzie replied in a calm manner with no fear or anything on his face even though he was surrounded by Arseno's men who stood guard at the restaurant.

"How can you be so brave to date him when you have nothing? I don't want my son to suffer after he chose to live with you" Arseno looked resolute and authoritative as she spoke to Kenzie

"How can you be sure that Meisya will suffer after living with me? We don't know yet because we haven't lived together and the most important thing is that we, not you"

"It's true that you're going to do it, but as a parent, I want the best for my son" Mr. Arseno was visibly upset with Kenzie saying he didn't have any plans ahead

"As a partner, I will do my best for him. Although I currently have nothing, but I will definitely give my partner whatever he wants"

"Huh, just the production manager how can you give me whatever my daughter wants?" Arseno snorted annoyedly at Kenzie

"Production managers are just the initial work. I'm still young so much I can still achieve in the future" Kenzie replied confidently

"I never wasted my youth. My brothers and I were raised with enough capital to shape our future. And now I'm trying to achieve what I want to achieve" Kenzie continued to answer what Arseno was talking about

"It doesn't mean you can manage to get the future you want" Kenzie has already started to get annoyed with Mr. Arseno's annoying attitude

"Heeuh, if it wasn't for Meisya asking for my help, I would have shot this old man dead!" Inner Kenzie continued to grumble grumpily facing Meisya's father

"It is not certain that I will fail. After all, now I have started to see the results of my hard work. So I'm very confident that I will succeed" Kenzie responded with a calm and confident attitude

"For a year rain is removed a day, you've heard that proverb right?" Asked Arseno with a thin smile that looked arrogant

"Then, you must not be too sure before all is proved. It could be that your hard work will collapse within a day" Arseno insisted that Kenzie would fail

"Why do you keep saying that? Are you trying to destroy my company?" Kenzie is suspicious of Arseno who keeps trying to corner him

"Don't be so prejudiced first. I only give advice as a person who has a lot of experience in business" Arseno still replied with a calm attitude

"I'm not prejudiced, I'm just asking why you keep cornering me" Kenzie smiled faintly at Mr. Arseno

"I want you to stay away from my daughter. Otherwise, I will do something that makes you regret!" Arseno brought her face closer to Kenzie and threatened with a sharp look in her eyes

"If your daughter doesn't ask for help pretending to be dating. I also don't have to bother like this" thought the lazy Kenzie

"You know me?" Ask Mr. Arseno in full detail

"So you're dating Meisya because you know she's my daughter?" Arseno still continues to suspect Kenzie

"Let's go. We should have lunch soon. You must be tired today?" Meisya smiled at the annoyed Kenzie

"certain. Then, excuse us, Mr. Arseno" Kenzie stood up and they left the restaurant with their hands together

"See you, papa!" Meisya waved her hand as she walked away leaving her father

"I can't let him take away my most precious treasure. You can't take my daughter!" Murmured Mr. Arseno while staring at the back of Kenzie and Meisya who was getting away

"Father must be in trouble to face my papa? Forgive me" Whispered Meisya as they walked out

"Do you hate me so much?" Kenzie asked staring cynically at Meisya

"Why don't you say that?" Meisya looks panicked from fear

"You're trying to kill me slowly right by asking for my help to see your father?"

"Huh? It's not like that... " Meisya panicked again and felt bad for Kenzie
