Decision has been made

Amidst the intense fanfare that I have adopted in preparation for the Kalabendhu. Captain Icar raised his hand.

"Sorry if I'm sassy! But may I express my opinion in this meeting."

It was welcomed by Yudi, the boisterous audience became silent to listen to the opinion of the captain of the Great Kingdom.

"Please give your opinion, Captain Ivar!"

After getting permission from Goobu, Ivar immediately expressed his opinion.

"Thank you for the permission, then my opinion. First we must consider the benefits of this village. The Great Kingdom of Girisetra had high walls and some war equipment as well as protection rajah. However, there is one thing we always do when the Kalabendhu monsters appear."

Rawu nodded as he received the captain Ivar's explanation. Then the other hand was outstretched and it was Widura.

"I'd argue it's better than us making a wooden wall, but what destroyed our village was a 3 to 4 meter tall monster what should we do."

Captain Ivar smiled as he glanced at the serious Buto nation listening to this discussion. Then his hands courteously pointed at them.

"They are the big type, but such an enemy can definitely be faced because there is a Buto nation here. That big monster will be taken care of by the Buto nation, while our little one overcomes."

The audience nodded when they heard Captain Ivar's reply. Asuman concluded.

"So, small enemies will be overcome by traps and attacks of the size of the house, while the big ones will be fought by the Buto nation. I think your opinion is very logical."

"Don't forget we also have the support of the Rajah made by the Kunti dynasty, so that the percentage of our success to survive increases" added captain Ivar.

Everyone agreed, then Yudi immediately gave a decision.

"So we agreed to use the plan of Captain Ivar. Then the plan of the Ivar chapel will be used, then Lord Goobu! is there anything extra in our plan?"

Goobu then got up from her chair.

"I agree, because the plan to face Kalabendhu has been taken, it's time to work. Let's show you, if we can survive Kalabendhu!"

The place rumbled with cheers of spirit, responding to the Goblin Lord's words.

Soon Yudi arranged the places to be dug and ordered as well, building a tower to oversee the appearance of the monsters later.

Captain Ivar himself was amazed to see the scenery in front of him, because in the kingdom of Girisetra there are only humans and some other houses. Sometimes there is a commotion if the atmosphere is peaceful.

Unity in the kingdom of Great Girisetra only occurs when Kalabendhu is coming, then all unite to survive the threat that always comes.

Although Ivar does not know the details of how their daily lives during peacetime. However he could feel the atmosphere around the village which was full of warmth and tenderness.

It was as if there was a wise Arif figure that made everything resonate with nature and also calm. The thing that surprised him the most was that the leader of this village was not a human but a Goblin.

Generally there is a strange sense among other houses to be ruled by the Goblin dynasty. But the Kunti dynasty which is usually arrogant, seems to obey and does not bother.

Also the other houses received leadership from the Goblin, instead they respected and appreciated the leader.

"Captain Ivar! I feel we are in the ancient kingdom of Majapahit. In the history book of the Babad Tanah Jawadwipa, the ancient kingdom had many regions and its inhabitants consisted of more than six or more different houses. They are prosperous and safe, and there is no dispute. Now, looking at this village, as if seeing a miniature of the ancient kingdom of Majapahit" said one of his subordinates.

"You're right, it's the only kingdom that bears the title of [Wingit Kingdom]. A title that could no longer exist, unless the Great Mahaprabu Hayam Wuruk was reincarnated into this age." replied Ivar while nodding and looking up at the sky.

They worked together to make holes and mounds as set, and also built towers to keep an eye on the appearance of Kalabendhu monsters.

While working on the plan everyone laughed and rejoiced, the Kunti and Tuyul fought a clay-throwing war. The Goblins and Wanara even fought using wooden swords.

The humans judged the Butos so that sometimes the wood they brought fell, so basically they did the project cheerfully.

Not thinking about the approaching Calabendhu, but that does not mean they underestimate the routine disaster. They simply let go of the burden, to deal with the upcoming heavy situation.

Without feeling three days have passed and tomorrow Kalabendhu will arrive, when everything goes according to plan. Yudi confirmed his determination.

'Whatever happens we will protect this house. Tomorrow is the determination, it has been three days we make plans run unimpeded then tomorrow. The first stage of this village facing Kalabendhu began.' he muttered.

That night everyone gathered together with their families, feeling the warmth that was probably the last time it could be felt from the people who were about to fight against that ruthlessness calamity.

The Tuyul have given the results of work to those who will advance to the battlefield, the Kunti have completed their work installing the Rajah of protection in this village.

The Buto and Wanara took turns to stand guard, just in case monsters came to attack the village of Amarta. Captain Ivar and his troops also participated.

In his room, the King of Goobu was kneeling on an altar of Goddess Sri. Which is a deity and protector of the House of Goblin and several other House.

"Oh Goddess Sri! Give your blessings to this newly built village, always keep my people safe and through Kalabendhu safe."

"You are the Loving One! For the sake of all beings, at the time of the world's initiation, you turn your body into the essential necessity of all creatures."

"From Your head comes a coconut tree. From your nose, lips, and ears come various fragrant herbs and vegetables. From your hair grow grass and various beautiful and fragrant flowers. From your breast grow sweet and sweet fruits. From Your arms and hands grow teak trees, sandalwoods, and various useful wood trees; from Your genitals comes the palm tree or enau facing the sweet nira. From your thighs grow various types of bamboo plants. From Your feet come various tubers and silt plants; lastly from Your navel comes the rice crop of food that is most useful to all creatures."

"Oh Goddess fulfills the needs of all beings, grant the request of the servant!"

So solemn the Goblin King did not expect that the morning had begun, indicating that Kalabendhu would soon begin.
